Apartment was nice, but procedures were disappointing

Location was good, apartment was spacious.

After payment was made the price was higher compared to presented price, which was really unpleasant surprise. In booking there was no information about expected amount for city tax. Check-in information was sent in separate e-mail address which is confusing due to it can easily be handled as phishing Usually such links are included in confirmation e-mail.

A very successful trip and a great apartment

a very large, spacious apartment with all the necessary equipment - a stove, a microwave, a well-functioning hairdryer, a set of towels and air conditioning. The apartment is not located in the center, but you can get there by bus in about 20 minutes (which costs about 2.5 €). A well-stocked shop is located about a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Very good and quick contact with the owner

Lovely apartment in Bologna

The apartment is lovely, very modern and roomy. So many nice details, from pretty soaps to kitchen supplies. Very comfortable and great for a family or long term stay. Federico, the property manager, was very attentive and helpful.

The remote keyless access that relies on your phone to unlock 3 different doors (front gate, building door and apartment door) was especially complicated. We had to perform multiple tries to get the apartment door open. Also, if you don't have internet or your phone battery is dead, you cannot open the doors. I would recommend a different system. While the posting said there is parking, it is street parking, so first come first serve. We had a late dinner and there were no spaces close to the apartment so had to walk a few blocks. Not horrible just inconvenient.

Appartamento molto spazioso con tutto il necessario ci ritornerei volentieri alla prossima Bologna!

Posizione ottima eravamo in macchina, l’appartamento non dista molto lontano dai supermercati bar etcc.. peccato per il maltempo avendo un bimbo di 2 anni avremmo voluto approfittarne di più nel visitare Bologna, ma è stato fantastico poter passare il Natale a Bologna tra parenti e amici. L’alloggio era super e molto spazioso non ci è mancato nulla e l’host super disponibile e gentile. Ci ritorneremo volentieri

Séjour agréable en famille dans la banlieue de Bologne

Le calme, la facilité de parking, le confort de la literie, la situation géographique très pratique pour visiter Bologne et les alentours, la disponibilité téléphonique de l'hôte

Le manque d'équipements dans la cuisine (ex : couverts en nombre très réduits), le système d'accès à l'appartement uniquement par téléphone qui ne permet aucune souplesse horaire (à la minute près) sauf à anticiper et payer un supplément, le peu de puissance électrique (impossible de brancher four et plaque en même temps)

Modern en comfortabel appartement, perfect voor gezinnen

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in dit erg moderne en schone appartement. Wij verbleven hier met ons gezin van drie en het appartement is daar perfect geschikt voor. De locatie was ideaal voor ons, zeker als tussenstop onderweg met de auto naar Bologna. De omgeving is rustig, veilig en het appartement was uitstekend onderhouden en zeer hygiënisch. De host was bovendien erg behulpzaam en goed bereikbaar. Al met al een heel fijn verblijf dat we zeker kunnen aanbevelen!

Een kleine praktische tip: het inchecken verloopt volledig online. Dat was even wennen, maar zodra je weet hoe het werkt, gaat het vlot. Het is handig om dit ruim van tevoren te regelen, omdat je foto's van je identiteitsdocumenten moet maken en een smartphone nodig hebt. Ook de toeristenbelasting wordt vooraf voldaan met een creditcard of betaalpas.

Якщо вмикаєш тільки праску, щоб погладити одяг - вимикається уся електрика в квартирі, потрібно спускатися на перший поверх і вмикати її. Це було не зручно. Так в цілому помешкання не погане. До центру за 20 хвилин можна доїхати на автобусі. Квартира чиста. Не було келихів для вина і дзеркала великого.

Très bon compromis pour visiter Bologne

Appartement très confortable. Conforme aux photos La ligne 14 vous amène directement au centre en 20 mn. Pas de pb pour trouver des places gratuites dans la rue. C était finalement le bon choix d être en dehors du centre de Bologne. L appartement est dans un immeuble un peu ancien avec une insonorisation perfectible.

Struttura molto carina, spaziosa, pulita ed accogliente. Appartamento collocato in un condominio molto tranquillo, incluso di ogni comfort, adatto a famiglie. Ho soggiornato per 3 notti con la mia famiglia, ed è stata un’ottima scelta. Termosifoni e climatizzatori in tutta la casa; lavatrice; cucina completa; culla disponibile per i più piccoli…e molto altro. L’host, Federico, molto gentile e disponibile.

Parcheggio in strada disponibile, ma limitato soprattutto la sera.

Soggiorno a Bologna

Più di un commentario , le foto del sito riassumono tutto , appartamento grande ben arredato con letti molto comodi , cucina equipaggiata con tutte le stoviglie necessarie per cucinare , con lavastoviglie e un grande frigorifero , grande stanza da doccia, quartiere molto calmo lontano dal centro rumoroso ma ben collegato con l'autobus . Siamo stati accolti da Federico che ci ha assistito efficacemente durante tutto il soggiorno .

Tutto positivo , non abbiamo trovato niente da ridire sull 'alloggio.
