Not too close to the centre but conveniently located, clean with very basic kitchen.

Close to the bus stop and markets.

I wish there was at least one armchair. The pullout bed and the dinning room chairs were the only seating possible. The mocca pots for coffee/ espresso were in a very poor condition. There was only salt, pepper and some sugar. No other supplies to cook andthing therefore must but everything. The kitchen pots and pans were old.

The apartment is spacious and in a lovely location. Walking distance to most sights.

I found the air conditioning was not cool enough for us. We were told it cannot be set under 26 degrees, by law. This seems unusually high and we found it uncomfortably warm.

Great price/quality balance and would recommend staying here

The apartment is a bit outside of the city center but it is still only a 20 min walk or it is conveniently located next to several bus stops. It was very mobility-friendly. Communication was good and the host was there with the keys as soon as we arrived. The apartment was bigger than expected, clean, quiet and warm. Overall, I would recommend this apartment and I would stay here again.

There were was no shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom and minimal toilet paper provided, so we had to go buy some on the first day. Also, the wi-fi wasn't super great - it would be ok as long as you don't expect to use it to work.

Highly enjoyable stay in a fantastic location!

This is a spacious clean and well laid out property. It is bright and airy with high ceilings and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom and kitchen and separate dining area are all excellent. First floor and has an elevator. The neighbourhood is lovely with lots of lovely places to eat and a 20 min walk to the centre. I highly recommend it!

A few more towels and of better quality would be good. Also some washing up liquid and another roll of toilet paper!!😁

Very good

A great apartment in an amazing location near central Bolonga. It's a decent walk to the center city - but plenty to see and admire along the way. The apartment is very modern and spacious, and very quiet.

The apartment is pretty bare in terms of necessities you need when on a short-term trip with carry-on bags. For example, there was no salt, pepper, oil, paper towels, extra rubbish bags etc. After we arrive from a long trip, we appreciate when a host provides the essentials - the trip is too short to purchase these items. It also makes you feel extra welcome when there is a bottle of water, beer/wine, or a bit of coffee so you can have a rest before going to the supermarket.

Il personale non si è interessato minimamente a me. Né all’accoglienza con ritardo rispetto a quanto stabilito e risposta “non è un problema mio se hai aspettato” né con i saluti finali dove nemmeno hanno voluto contattarmi per capire cosa era successo. La frase di chi accoglieva “tanto anche se fai reclamo se ne fregano” era proprio adatta. Peccato

Consigliato ma occhio al parcheggio

Appartamento ben caldo e spazioso. Bagno piccolo ma comodo e finestrato, con lavatrice. Un po’ scomoda la nicchia con tavolo e sedie che rimane in una zona giorno staccata dal living. Per il resto buona la posizione seppur si faccia un po’ fatica a trovare parcheggio. Ci tornerei!

La pulizia degli ambienti decisamente da rivedere, soprattutto in cucina. Stoviglie maleodoranti sia nei cassetti che negli stipi.
