Even though the location is good never ever return again

Location

Inappropriate and dangerous behavior of hosts. They were knocking the door and yelling “Schneller” at 10:58 trying to break in the room and throw us out from the room (even the check-out was at 11-00). We left the room at 11:06 and received a lot of negative awful emotions that completely eliminated the 7 days of our vacation.

Location is wonderful, Donja lastva is such a quiet, authentic laid back seaside village and the property is minutes from the sea

Good places around, professional apartment manager.

Unfortunately we arrived at Sunday and we couldn't be registered at the same day. Owner doesn't speak any English so we didn't recognize that we'd have to register straight ahead. We didn't recognize it has to be done within 24 hours since owner didn't speak well. As a result, we ended up in police department, where they explained to us that now owner has to pay a fine. Next the situation and overall vibe quickly became extremely hostile, leading us to simply leaving the apartment on the next day after escalation happened, since owner became extremely rude to us and shouted on us multiple times. Thanks to Ivana we at least received money back for remained nights but the overall experience was ruined. Also wifi was extremely poor.

Great place to stay!

Great place close to the sea. The view is great, there is a very nice patio, where you can work, chill, have a lunch or drink wine :) the hosts are extremely pleasant people, we`ve talked sometimes, and it was always a pleasure for me. You have all the facilities you need, especially I liked the kitchen. It is so nice equipped, that you have everything you need and even more. And I loved the cats, who walked around sometimes or just chilled on the grass, or staircase :) My best wishes to the hosts, and thanks a lot for your hospitality!

Чудесное место, чтобы остановиться в Тивате.

Очень уютный домик и прекрасные хозяева. Комната, в которой мы жили, была небольшая, но в ней было удобно оставаться все 10 дней. Вид с балкона просто волшебный. Достаточно хорошая звукоизоляция, соседей в другой комнате не было слышно. Кухня и общая обеденная зона просторные, удобные и чистые, там всегда был порядок. Отдельно хочу отметить чистоту во всем доме в целом, и в комнате. Можно пользоваться стиральной машинкой, что очень было для нас важно. Она не портила вещи и хорошо работала. От дома близко к набережной, поэтому однозначно советую этот вариант всем, кто хочет много времени проводить на море. На пляжах намного меньше людей, чем в центре, и чистая вода. До центра города и ресторанов 15-20 минут пешком, но для нас это был плюс, так как хотелось спокойствия. А ещё у хозяев есть очень ласковая кошка)

1-2 раза в день можно было чувствовать неприятные запахи от соседей, похоже на проблемы с вентиляцией в санузле. В целом это нас не сильно беспокоило. Это не недостаток, просто информация о кровати: если вы ростом выше 185 см, то кровать может быть не совсем удобна. Также матрас достаточно тонкий и не жесткий.

Un séjour agréable et une vraie détente,

Pas de petit déjeuner mais une cuisine à disposition. Frigidaire dans la chambre. Plage & restaurants à proximité. Pas trop loin de porto Montenegro.

Pas de TV , pas de seche cheveux. Moyen de locomotion nécessaire

Osjeća se kanalizacija u cijelom gradu. Plaže bi mogle biti čistije..(za goste koji ne plaćaju ležaljke i suncobran)
