Could be a great hotel but not ready yet.
Beautiful mountain and bay views. Nice quiet location at the end of the bay road. Easy parking, lovely decor, delicious breakfast.
The breakfast room is tiny and part of the reception area, so although it was fine out of season, I can’t imagine how it would work when the hotel is fuller. Loads of things weren’t finished - the air con didn’t work and the rooms were boiling (26°C constantly). Spa isn’t finished so there’s no steam room or sauna. Gym is tiny. Just felt not quite built yet. Also, there are panels of light switches on all the bedroom walls; most of them don’t work here and they’re all really brightly lit which is distracting at night.

Tiny place. No air con. Dirty pool. We need to ask for iron or hairdryer and such items even if it's mentioned. No place to put your shower jel or other items on the wall. Total waste of money

Was a little bit far from Town costing 15euro in taxi or a long walk. Many restaurants nearby closed for season making it hard to dine.

We really enjoyed our 5 night stay, the hotel was in a great location, the views were absolutely incredible, the decor in the room was modern and the bed was extremely comfy. Overall we had a really lovely stay! We would definitely return to this hotel should we visit Kotor again! On our final day we also had an invitation to visit the Essenza spa, I believe this was very newly opened, pool was amazing however none of the other facilities we could use such as sauna, steam room as they weren’t working. A very beautiful hotel with the views being our main highlight especially from our bedroom. Breakfast was good it was nice to sit outside and admire the beautiful surroundings!
There were a few small issues that could have made our stay a 10/10. There was a very odd smell we think it was coming from the bathroom, it was a sewage type smell we stayed in room 10. A few of the fixtures were missing on the outside of the room this is just very small attention to detail. The cleaners did a very basic job each day, I wouldn’t say they cleaned the room it was the bare minimum. The toilet in the reception area was out of order which was again a small inconvenience. The beach bar had a food menu, however didn’t serve food which meant we had to up and travel for lunch it would have been nice to have the option to relax and have food there. The toilet at the beach bar was faulty the chain didn’t work again something small but should be a fairly quick fix.
