    We had an exceptional stay at Huma Hotel, made truly memorable by the incredible warmth and hospitality of the entire team. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that everyone here works with genuine passion and goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and cared for. ​A special mention must go to Ranjeet, who was exceptionally helpful, attentive, and welcoming right from day one. Another big thank you to Lamis at the breakfast egg station for starting our mornings with such delicious food and a bright, friendly smile. We also had a fantastic experience at Shanti Spa—the ladies there were wonderfully skilled, professional, and created such a relaxing atmosphere. ​While I unfortunately couldn’t catch everyone’s name, every single staff member we encountered was kind, polite, and eager to help. Thank you to the entire team for your dedication and wonderful service—I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning!

    I don’t usually do negative reviews but this one really got to both me and my husband. I can’t get over how awful our one night stay at Huma hotel in Kotor was. We were not planning on staying in Kotor but after a very long drive from Albania we did our research for the top luxurious hotels in Kotor and Huma was one of them. Surprisingly that was not the case. To start off with, from the main road and specifically once you arrive to the destination on google maps, there were no clear signs of where the main entrance was, after spending a good quality of time trying to figure that out we found the hotel parking and there was the surprise. The guard/security gave us the worst attitude as we were communicating in english telling him that we would like to park and check in. He refused to let us in although as clarified on Agoda, the parking was included. We then figured out where the main entrance was which was intimidating as all building looked the same. After entering, the receptionist was checking us in to our surprise gives us a paper of a fully refundable 300 euro deposit for towel cards (this was super funny as I travelled around the world, never had I had to face such a policy). Of course I refused to sign it. He checked us into a room that wasn’t even sea/bay view which I already paid for (even though it was the last room on the platform). Confirming our room type and not providing us with it was not ok. The room’s hygiene was so bad, especially the bedsheets that obviously were not changed and had an awful scent. In the morning, we requested a late checkout, and they didn’t compensate for the events that happened the night before and only gave us half an hour extra. While checking out we had to pay an extra parking fee which as I mentioned earlier supposedly was included in the price on Agoda. The only positive thing I will mention was the hospitality and kindness of both the lady who prepared the omelette and the barista during breakfast.

    We had our room on DND and the housekeeping keeps on entering our room twice daily. We stayed for 7 days and we told the front desk that we don't need housekeeping we even asked for Manager and he said he will make sure it does not happen, after a few hours someone knocked and attempted to open again for housekeeping. SO frustrating we just wanted to relax but they keep on stressing us out.
