Lovely friendly welcome, I felt very comfortable here and the owner is very helpful. The rooms are well appointed and very clean, with nice views`from the balcony. There is also a terrace and kitchen facilities as well as a kettle and fridge in the room; I had the single room which was comfortable and pleasant. This was a quiet, peaceful stay at a really good price; I would recommend staying here in relaxing Risan over Kotor, which is a short drive or bus ride away.

There was nothing to dislike. The road up to the rooms is steep, but it's a very short distance.

Friendly host. She was willing to listen to our grievance and do something with it. Close to the beach.

Always check your booking with the host. We got separate beds and wanted one bed. Other guests wanted separate beds and got one bed. Check if you don't want a shared bathroom. Loud AC.

The property was nice, clean and easily accessible! The parking is right on the spot and the view is very nice. You get to choose from a few really good options and you have everything you need in the rooms. The communication is great and very fast, Lorena is super nice and welcoming as well as her parents. We will be back for sure!

Room and bathroom are clean.

Batroom isn't in the room and it smells bad although it looks clean. Parking is a nightmare. Host isn't pleasant as expected based on previous reviews. Actually, there were some unpleasant situations.

Wonderful view, cool room, good location, excellent hosts

Fantastic. My partner and I stayed here for 13 days, in the room with the balcony. Magnificent view of the bay. A set of chairs, a small table, and a reclining sun shade made for great relaxation time. The room was clean, the shared bathroom was clean, the shared kitchen was clean. There was a small wardrobe, which was quite useful, and a mini fridge in our room. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner in the room was great, easy to use, modern, and cooled the room quickly. The bathroom even has a bidet. The property itself is beautiful. We had to handwash all of our clothes, which was no problem at all, and our balcony had a clothes line, which got a lot of sun during the day so there was quick drying. The owners are very kind and welcoming. Whenever we'd sit with them they offered us drinks. They also gave us a small bowl of figs from their garden, which was unexpected, pleasant, and delicious. This was our first vacation as a couple and we wanted a lot of alone time, and this was also no problem. The owners were respectful of our privacy, which was greatly appreciated. The room is situated in a great place, about a 8 minute walk to the nearest beach, and there are 4 restaurants, 3 grocery stores, souvenirs, an atm, a bus stop for the blue line (which reaches Kotor), and a tobacco shop within a 15 minute walk. Essentially in the center of everything you'd want and need to do in Risan. The owners also took care of the tourist tax for us.

-Our taxi had trouble finding the property and dropped us off at the wrong spot, but keep an eye out for the yellow sign on the driveway and you'll be able to find the property (this is no fault of the owners, but keep this in mind) -The latches on the door to our room and the bathroom need an extra push to fully close -The kitchen is well stocked, but could use a spatula

Great place to visit Kotor Bay

We booked the small two single bed room, that was clean, with everything you need. The share bathroom was also clean an big too, with bidet. We used the kitchen, that got everething to cook your own meals. Mr. Branko, the owner, and his family have been so welcoming and friendly. They offered us beer and an excellent homemade pomegranate juice and talked to us suggesting places to visit in the zone. The place is at 5 minutes walking from the bus stop, from which you can take the bus to Kotor, Perast and Budva. We will definitely recommend Lorena Rooms.

Best stay in Risan

The view from my balcony, the very clean (!) rooms but most importantly their very lovely owners. This is hospitality at its best! I was delighted by their caring and sweetness every day. You got everything there what you need: either you cook in the shared, well equipped kitchen or go the few minutes down to the centre where bars and restaurants can be found. A plus was the refrigerator in my room, with a bottle of cold water waiting for my welcome. If you don’t come by car: busses to Perast or Kotor going every half/an hour. I enjoyed my stay with Alda & Branko very much and highly recommend staying with them.

Sehr sauberes Apartment mit wunderschönem Blick.

Wunderbare Lage, außerhalb des Trubels und wiederum nur ca 300m zu Fuß an den Strand. Sehr nette Gastgeber! Bei dem Vierbettzimmer war mehr als genug Platz für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder; eigenes Bad über den Gang. Sehr schöner Blick vom Balkon & alles nötige fussläufig zu erreichen.

Bien placé mais prestations décevantes

L’emplacement et l’accueil est très bien.

Il y avait trop de bruits avec les portes des chambres. Nous n’avions pas internet et pas d’eau chaude car le ballon d’eau chaude était éteint. Dans la salle de bain il y avait un torchon qui ne faisait pas propre. Déçue de ce logement.

Ruhige Lage an der Bucht von Kotor

Ein sehr nettes Gastgeber Ehepaar erwartete uns, wenn wir auf der Gemeinschafts-Terrasse saßen, wurden wir immer umsorgt. Wir hatten das kleine Zimmer ohne Aussicht gewählt, etwas beengt, aber dafür mit Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher, bequeme Betten, alles sauber.. Restaurants und Café in Risan gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. gute Busverbindung nach Kotor. Risan selbst ist ein ruhiger Ort mit kleinen gepflegten Stränden vor Ort.

Die Auffahrt zum Parken, bitte nur vorwärts hochfahren.

Lorena mükemmel tatlı bir ev sahibi, bize çok yardımcı oldu odaya girdiğimizde herşey hazırlanmış ve temizlenmişti, ayrıca bilgilendirme brüşürleri vb hazırlıklar vardı, etraftaki market restoran gezilecek yerler tesis geçmişi herşeyi hızlıca görebildik. Manzara mükemmel ve plaja 7 dk mesafee, ayrıca etrafında ki restoranlar da harikaydı. Her şey için Teşekkürler Lorena.

La gentileza de las personas que atienden. Muy amorosos, con café, galletaS, charla. Un ambiente familiar. También el tanto y el cuarto son grandes, cómodos, limpios, con todas las cosas que uno necesita. La cocina muy cómoda. Se puedo uno hacer su comida o desayuno con toda comodidad. Estuvimos felices

Sehr nettes Apartment in guter Lage

Super Zimmer in Strandnähe mit sehr freundlichen Gastgebern. Badezimmer wird mit einem weiteren Zimmer geteilt, war also überhaupt kein Problem.

Wenn es irgendwas auszusetzten gibt dann dass der Kühlschrank etwas laut war, aber ehrlich gesagt war ich froh überhaupt einen Kühlschrank zu haben!

Perfekt ophold med den sødeste vært

Lorena er den sødeste vært, som tager virkelig godt imod en med en læskende granatæble juice, som hendes mor har lavet. Meget behjælpelig med selv de mindste ting og spørgsmål. Meget imødekommende og vil helt klart anbefale at bo her!

Værelset var en smule småt og der manglede en skraldespand på værelset, men ellers var det skønt!

Upřímně doporučujeme i díky přátelskému přístupu.

Ubytování bylo prostorné, čisté, plně vybavené. Byli jsme nadšení přístupem majitelů, už první komunikace byla velmi přátelská a vše probíhalo nadstandardně příjemně. Po příjezdu jsme byli mile přivítáni a každý den jsme si povídali o zážitcích z cestování po Černé Hoře. Paní Lorena nám navíc neocenitelně pomohla při drobné havárii způsobené dámou z Černé Hory, vykomunikovala vše nezbytné, abychom mohli odjet s dokumenty pro pojišťovnu. Jsme velmi vděční!
