The landlady was very nice. We felt part of her family. She speaks English and gave us advice on how to save money and help us sort transport. Even lend us things like EU plug and non standard toiletries like wax stick. It is walking distance to town centre and House5 nightclub yet very quiet location. Room is big, has a balcony, furniture, 2 sockets and AC. Take a jumper and bag with a zip if you planning on going to Monte 1350.
Flat is on the first floor. It is not a problem, but you need to be aware if you can't manager stairs or walk up hills.

The home is clean and tidy, it was nice to have a balcony. Spacious room. This is a family home, staying in a room of the family (lovely family) and sharing their bathroom and kitchen. While it was fine for us, it should be disclosed in the advertisement. Nice quiet location, value for money and easy to get by bus to kotor and walk 10 mins to town or beach.
Ran out of toilet paper and had to message host, family member sleeping in kitchen area so felt we couldn't make a morning coffee, a mirror and rubbish bin in the room is needed, we paid cash but mother didn't have enough change. Just little things but not very professional.

The hospitality of Ana in extraordinary I felt there as a real family member. The location is also great- close to the city center and Tivat Marina. Can’t wait to be back, I love the peace of the neighbourhood.

Location was good - friendly host
You are very much in a family home - all sharing same bathroom and was a bit noisy in the house. Beds were fold out beds so are very basic.
For one night it is okay but very simple.
