The place was not cleaned properly, spiderweb was in every corner. To the one who has arachnophobia, it was an awful experience.

Great location and wonderful helpful and friendly hosts. House Grabic is a beautiful heritage building and the owners have lovingly restored it. The room that we had was comfortable and clean. We felt safe and it was very quiet. There is a lovely beach directly across the road (20m). We highly recommend House Grabic.

Stunning, beautiful, friendly, unique stay

The house was fantastic, very quirky, spacious and very welcoming. Alexandra was such a super host. Looked after us, but left us to enjoy her home. She bought us wine and beer. But the icing on the cake was the beautiful clay bowls she made for us. Just such a beautiful place, we will be back.

Great location opposite beach , a short walk to Porto Montenegro

The owner was very friendly and hospitable, and allowed me to checkin much earlier. The location is excellent for free parking and directly opposite a gravelly beach . Also the fashionable Porto Montenegro is only a few minutes walk away . There is also a nice cafe on the beach , 2 mins walk away .

The only negative is that the towels smelt of cigarette smoke .

A bit too pricey for what you get, but all in all totally okay.

We stayed just one night at this place. All over it was totally alright. The communication with the owner was fine. The room was clean and the AC was working perfectly.

Our room was full of different decoration and styles. It had an restless effect. Sometime less is more. :-). All over the price was a bit too much for the room we got.

The accomodation has the charme of an 100 years old house, perfect placed directly in front of the coast. Both the rooms and the garden are designed with love and heart. If you can accept a small but fine room, antiquities instead of plywood, plastic and "luxury", you are here on the right place. Mrs. Aleksandra will be happy to welcome you.

The place is just right at the water, you can see the bay from the window. The house is very neat and authentic with lots of small pleasant details and pieces of interier, everything for comfortable stay is there - good comfy bed, AC, private bathroom. The host is super nice and welcoming.

Fantastic place to stay!

Fantastic stay in a beautiful apartment. Aleksandra couldnt do enough for us. We just loved it. The location is amazing opposite the seafront and just 10 mins walk to the main port. Would definitely recommend ❤️

This house is designed with so much care and love to details. There are adorable antique pieces all around. my room was very clean and spacious with fully equipped kitchen. The beach is right across the street and Alexandra was so nice and helpful!

Amazing and comfortable

We loved the beautiful garden and how close the sea is. It is perfect for people who don't like sunbathing because you can take a swim and just cross the street back to the shade of the garden. The beach in front of the house is very nice. The house is beautiful and clean, there is everything you need in the kitchen for those who like to cook. The room was comfy and we didn't need to use the air conditioning at all. The hosts are exceptional! Also, we loved meeting all the cats that play in the garden. We are planning on coming back again.

Great accommodation to just chill!

Great room in a lovely location, House Grabic fully lived up to expectations. Clean and the house is full of character being in a superb location opposite a small beach. Aleksandra could not have been more helpful with regards to restaurants, places to see or helping with transportation. Loved my stay there.

I have to first thank our wonderful host Sandra for being so kind and helpful. Location of the house is perfect. Garden is beautiful and the house reminds on Van Gogh's Yellow House in Arles! Just charming. I'm sure we'll come back.

The house is very nice, it has it’s artistic charm of old Boka times. My stay was very pleasant, it’s a perfect place for reading with a see view. Aleksandra was very helpful in every possible way. She made my stay even more comfortable.

Weirdest place in all my travels all over the world . Just very strange.

Location was good for what we needed. Walking distance to the port where we need to board our ship.

it is an older house, we had access to a common full kitchen, the backyard with sitting benches, which we did not use . Close to the port. Bedroom was fine, windows we could open for fresh air. Host was very pleasant. I found it a bit strange that her grandson maybe 13 or so was always sitting on the bench outside in the hallway. He could not speak English so when we ventured into our room he was always there, and when we said hello, would just look at you and no response. weird. The other thing I found kind of disturbing was when we went to go into our bedroom, which was on the bottom floor, i the hallway was a sort of office there a desk, with a type writer and there was a wad of money, attached to the top with a message saying, we just have left the money here for you. In the hallway, so hubby took a picture and the next morning ,Larry said to our host, I hope you received the money that was left on the typewriter, and I took a picture of it. The mum said ha ha that was play money that my son printed off as a joke???? Really, I did not think that was funny. It was very creepy. would I stay here again. An absolute NO, and we took all our money and stuff with us, as I did to feel safe leaving anything in our room . Just very strange.

Perfect stay

Everything was more than perfect. The house is like from fairytale, located right next to the shore in quiet neighborhood but few minutes walk from vibrant city of Tivat. Fully equipped for all necessary staff with beutifull space in the garden to sit and enjoy greenery. Special thank you to the host Aleksandra that was so nice and at disposal for everything needed. I will definetly go back!

Awesome family business with great sense of hospitality

Alexandra is a great host. She gave me the immediate feeling to be at home. The house is cosy and in first line of the Sea. The rooms are a bit on the small side, BUT that is compensated by the garden, the front terasse and the back terasse which from which you have access to the common kitchen. Everything was tidy and clean. I will go there next time I am in Tivat.

Alexandra and her family was very lovely and helpful. Always told us to say if we need anything. There is a small beach in front of the house which isn't crowded on weekdays.
