Very good stay overall

Excellent view with all the amenities. Very friendly owners who let us check-in early. Right in the city center.

Room was pretty small. Pillows were a little uncomfortable for my preference. I had two pretty average nights of sleep. Air conditioning unit in our apartment was old. During the second night, it stopped, then started up while making weird sounds. Check out time was 10am. I wish a 11am check out was standard.

Guest House Dragutinovic was so beautiful, I didn't post too many photos on Facebook because I didn't want to create FOMO for my friends who were back home in winter on the other side of the planet. The views were magical in every direction - even from the bathroom! Everything worked (the owners had lived in it to make sure it flowed). Everywhere was walkable, and buses and boats were available for trips out of town. The accommodation was quiet and peaceful, even at the peak of high season. The hosts were lovely and helpful, providing suggestions for places to see, where to get groceries, and beaches to try. They even gave me some local wine and figs from their garden. I also especially appreciated the transport from the airport, and carrying my suitcase up and down for me at arrival and departure.

There was nothing not to like. Be aware, however, that there are many, many stairs to climb (79 steps, I think) and 1) you might get lost in the stairwells (I did on day one) and 2) if you have any mobility constraints, this location might not be a good fit.

I highly recommend this Guest House

I stayed for two nights at Guest House Dragutinović in Perast, and it was absolutely perfect. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay—with stunning views that made it hard to leave. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the hospitality. The host welcomed me with a warm smile, made me a fresh cup of coffee, and even gifted me a bottle of wine on arrival. That thoughtful gesture set the tone for a truly relaxing and memorable stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Perast!

This is a very nice room centrally located in the old Perast town. Small but comfortable and clean. Very nice hosts. Great air conditioning. Views. Nice shared patio.

This is a basic, private bedroom and bathroom. All other facilities are shared. It works okay, but all drinks or food must be fetched by leaving your upstairs room. Perast is a VERY tricky town for parking... this is not the accommodation's issue... but just beware.

Amazing stay at the most beautiful location!

Right in the heart of Perast. Such a steal for the price. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Everything was so clean and well set. Couldn't ask for a better location. It felt like staying in King's Landing ( iykyk). The owner was very kind and accomodating. She even looked after our bags even after we checked out, when we went for some sightseeing. I definitely recommend!

Large, clean, authentic appartement. Very well equipped. Fantastic view over the bay and islands from the window. Nice garden with a straight view (though small) over the Sveti Dorde and one of the bell towers of the town. The owner is very accommodating and helped me bringing my suitcase up the stairways to the appartement. Fortunately, we didn’t have much trouble parking the car thanks to the owner’s advice.

Lovely studio apartment, very spacious, spotlessly clean, cooking facilities with everything we needed. A very well-planned and beautifully renovated space within a large old building. Bathroom spacious with good shower. Small shared garden area outside the room, with nice sea view.

The apartment had everything one would need for a few days - the kitchen is fully equipped, as well as the bathroom. I was pleasantly surprised when I entered, because the pictures posted don’t do justice to this place. The view from the living room and from the garden is definitely my favorite thing, every day was breathtaking! Also, a big thank you to the hosts! They are super lovely, easy to talk with, and their hospitality just adds charm to this whole apartment!

It was a really authestic house in Perast with a relativly big backyard. The accomodation was a bit similar to my flat ehat I have at home and was refurbished 2 years ago. This place was a work of a family so they can really proud for it!

Everything was amazing! Anka and Krsto are the most loving people. In the house u have everything that u need, it’s so clean and quiet. U have my full recommendation to stay in this beautiful apartments. We will be back for sure.
