-The shape of the attic roof in the room might look quaint and appealing, but getting in and out of the bed, especially at night ,is very dangerous and could result in serious head injure.
-The curtains weren’t wide enough to cover the windows, so expect to wake early.
-Also the exhaust fan in the bathroom makes an unholy noise and is freezing cold, when it’s windy outside and the wind is forcing its way inside.
The plumbed room heating wasn’t available because it’s centrally controlled to operate when management decides, not when the paying customers need.
We were given a bar radiator, which are very dangerous and have to be strictly monitored, and definitely couldn’t be left on overnight.
-There is no lift, but reception arranged for a muscular young man to bring our suitcases up and down the stair. 🥰
On the up side the included breakfast was sensational, and the views and location exceptional.
