Outstanding hospitality, excellent cuisine, and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere.

The staff at this hotel are truly exceptional. From the ladies at the reception to the waiters and the entire restaurant team, everyone is incredibly kind, positive, and genuinely welcoming. You immediately feel the good energy the moment you arrive. The food deserves special mention — breakfast and dinner are easily among the best in town. Even though we are currently staying in a rented apartment, we still come back here just for breakfast, which says everything. This place is not just about accommodation; it’s about the people, the atmosphere, and how they make you feel. Highly recommended.

It was a beautiful and romantic stay, we would absolutely come back again.

We had such a wonderful overnight stay here, the location is particularly beautiful and we had a delicious and scenic dinner on the terrace next to the bay. We also had to leave before the breakfast service to catch our flight and they very kindly prepared us a packed breakfast to take with us.

There isn’t reserved parking for guests as such, though there is lots of parking along the side of the bay.

Lovely hotel for romantic stay, probably best with a car and just a couple of nights

Beautiful location, room with terrace overlooking the bay and wonderful sunsets. Good shower and comfortable bed. Reception staff was very helpful. Robes and slippers provided. Pretty restaurant terrace.

Set plates for breakfast. Would have been fine for a couple of nights. I stayed for a week and struggled with lack of variety and particularly chia seed puddling and limited variety cut fresh fruit and mini cinnamon pasty and glass of freshly squeezed orange juice every day! Second course was choice from list of about 8 different set plates, looked much better than tasted. Ate in restaurant just one evening. Bruscetta was a slice of bread with topping. They do not cater for dietary requirements. I had paid full price for single occupancy for a double room and I was told I could only have 2 coffees included at breakfast. Coffee machine in room was difficult to operate and no milk provided, though I did buy some from supermarket and kept in minibar fridge in room. Lovely terrace was across all 3 rooms divided by planters, not so private. I had middle terrace, end terrace to the left got morning sun. Music speaker for outside restaurant was placed directly under my room terrace, general noise from restaurant. Other hotels had agreement to use the restaurant for breakfast. Long walk into the town and buses run approximately once per hour.

Wonderful, spacious beach-side hotel

The room was spacious, under the roof. Second floor without elevator. The hotel is fantastically located right on the bay and adjacent to a beach. It also has a wonderful restaurant. We had to leave at 5 in the morning and the hotel made us breakfast boxes

We loved the breakfast it was so fresh and delicious, and the dining area outside was just beautiful. Exceptional quality of the food and great choice too. The room was perfectly clean, with a really comfortable bed and immaculately presented, with stunning views across the bay. We loved the quiet location, just a short walk from the town.

Stunning location, beautiful sea views, wonderful breakfast/dinner spot overlooking the water, great coffee and cocktails, helped us arrange a fantastic boat trip and taxis when needed. Staff very attentive and delicious food,

Gorgeous Stone walls and sea views. Clean spotless rooms, great breakfast

We had a lovely 3 night stay at Carrubba that sits right on the bay if Tivat. Gorgeous Stone walls and sea views. Clean spotless rooms the seaside theme aesthetic with a mixture of art and curio pieces makes for interesting decor. As a family we had 4 rooms. The suite on the ground floor. The large room in the Annexe and 2 rooms on the 2nd floor all overlooked the water. Unfortunately no lift so hauling luggage was a pain but staff helped out. Built around the carob street, starlings nestled over the entrance and a ginger cat rests peacefully in the sun. The restaurant attached- Punto Crudo has a lovely garden at the back as well the the seafacing terrace. The food is very good! The chef is well trained. Breakfasts are amazing with a "starter" of chia pudding a French pastry and fruit and the "mains" had amazing truffle eggs (real grated truffle) or cheesy French omelettes or Pancake with mascaporne and fruit compotes. Service was very good Nick who checked us in. Anna and Aleksandra were all amazing. We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay here and would recommend it to others, particularly couples.

We have just returned from a lovely one week stay here and couldn’t fault the hotel, restaurant or staff. A lovely team who went above & beyond for us and were accommodating to our needs during our stay. The breakfast was big (including a starter!) and plenty of choice, and there were plenty of nice touches such as having beach towels at our disposal to use each day. The room was as advertised and the aircon a lifesaver in the heat. Everywhere in the hotel is clean and well maintained & the location is perfect to give you that balance of a more quiet & friendly area, within walking distance into the port. There is a little shop, a couple of restaurants/bars and even a beach club very close by. There is a small pebbled area adjacent to the hotel with a shower & some seating, not a ‘beach’ as such but as expected in the balkans a small stoney area to relax and access the sea, the only comment I would have is that it can be popular with the locals at certain times of the day, so isn’t exactly exclusive to the hotel.

Coziest hotel in the bay

Just the most beautiful Boutique hotel with paying attention on a lot of details that made our stay here unforgettable: The room was very well equipped with anything that was needed (enough hooks, cozy lights, all sorts of books, tea, fresh water, comfortable bed ... the list could be longer). The breakfast was excellent and the view topped everything. We are very glad to have found this little gem!

It doesn't happen often, but I have to admit: There is really nothing negative to say! Even the parking, about what we worried a little in advance, was easy and enough space.

Very Disappointed

The location and the quality of the room and outdoor areas.

The restaurant was closed and we were not informed of this before our stay. The reception and service we received was poor and the fact that we specifically booked this hotel for the restaurant was very disappointing. We raised this disappointment with reception and were given a bottle of wine as compensation. The nearest restaurant was quite a walk away from this hotel and when we prepared to leave there was a thunderstorm. There was no one in reception to assist with a taxi. Very poor customer service.

Highly recommended, been the best stay of my life

Great location, serene views, away from the hustle of the city centre. The rooms were spacious and well equipped with all basic amenities. The bathroom has a well designed his and her basin with a bathtub. The room was opposite the restaurant which served a great variety of seafood with a breathtaking view. The place made you stay longer and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Great locations and property but rooms need to be refurbished/modernised and service can be improved

Very nice new hotel, on the sea. The restaurant is good, breakfast is a bit too complicated in my opinion and the staff is not very open to changing what they do. I.e. when you ask them if you could swap some fruits or the yogourt for another mini croissant they say categoricaly NO we can't do that, or just simple scramble eggs instead of their parmesan cream on top it is impossible. Otherwise, the beach access is nice, the view is great, it is quiet but far from Porto Montenegro

It is in an old building and the refurbishment was ok but not outstanding, i.e. it is dated furnitures in the rooms, bathroom would do with a refresh and the FF&E (especially the air cond) would ne to be upgraded. The wifi should also be upgraded especially for when you are on their "beach" part. On the "beach" part, I think they would do extremely well if they were swaping the lounge chairs by a few proper sun beds and offering decent table service and wifi. The Biggest negative is the time of the breakfast, i.e. 8:30am start and finishing at 11am for internal guest but 1pm for external guests. Only on the last day after I complained because I saw some people having an early breakfast, was I able to get a breakfast at 8am instead of 8:30am. But this is still VERY LATE especially in the summer when you plan to go hiking in the national park or even go to do some siteseeing and want to avoid the heat.

Beautiful location, breakfast could be better

Beautiful view out to the bay, clean and comfortable room, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast wasn’t the best. There weren’t any options for people with dietary requirements (I’m lactose intolerant). Also, if you want to visit Kotor Bay, it takes ages from here in high season because there’s only one tunnel through to Kotor Bay and you’ll be sat in traffic for ages.
