Nice place, not quite finished.

Good location on the water and near the port. Would be a great apartment in a couple of years once finished.

Apartment didn’t seem fully finished - holes in the ceiling and walls with wires exposed, paintings stacked up in bathroom (see pictures). Wires everywhere near TV. No hot water on first day. No instructions on how to find the property (location on booking.com was incorrect). Owner fairly unresponsive. Very loud bar next door until gone 1am. WiFi didn’t work on first day. Air con wasn’t really air con and no control of it.

Amazing

First, the location was beyond perfect. The porch is right above the sea and the view is just what you'd want to look at with the morning coffee. Second, a beach for swimming (Open beach, no fees) is located 1 minute of walk from the apartment. There's also a convenience store and many restaurants around. Lastly, the host was probably one of the kindest hosts we've had. He'll really do everything he can to help you. 10\10 would return

I wish the mattress was a bit comfier, and that there would be more basic products available like extra toilet paper and some soap and sponge for the kitchen. The next door pub is quite noisy.

Excellent location, wonderful rooms, mediocre facilities

Location - once we got to it - was amazing. Unfortunately the room we booked wasn't available for the first four nights we were in Montenegro. Both apartments we experienced were very clean, well-furnished. Owner was helpful.

We weren't able to get into our booked apartment until day five of our trip. The owner, though, kept us in the loop about that (there was a lost key from the previous booker). However, once we got into the correct apartment, it had no Internet for the entire stay. There was also no hot water after an initial shower. We were in that place for 5 days (10 day trip overall). Due to the problems, we were messaging the owner every day asking for/receiving updates, so it wasn't the relaxed trip we'd hoped for.

Perfect!

Everything! Perfect location, close to best beaches of Tivat and also close to Porto Montenegro. Wonderdul accomodation! Very comfortable and very clean. We were in a room with 2 big beds - great choice for 5 night stay. Included breakfast is delicious, a la carte restaurant has great food choices for lunch or dinner. The best is service and staff - very friendly and responsive to any request! I will come again!

Very clean! Slippers, bathrobes and all necessary bath accessories are in the room. Wonderful view from the window. Perfect location, nice beaches close to the hotel, very nice port with variety of restaurants. Helpful staff.

Terrible wi-fi. It was impossible to work or watch movies. There was not electric kettle in the room. Cups, tea and coffee were also missing. If the breakfast is included in your option, you can only order one dish. Every beverages are for extra money, even tea and coffee.

Enjoyable short stay by the sea

I very much liked style of the apartment, its location and breakfast. The apartment itself was comfortable and there were all the necessities (bath robe, slippers, shower lotion and hair dryer).

The wall was broken on one place.

The forniture and the room is brand new! Bed and pillows were very comfortable, everything was super clean. the host and the stuff were super kind and helpful, i really recommend to stay here! If you need food there is also a delicious restaurant just at the end of the stairs

Расположение отличное, до порта Монтенегро, магазинов и ресторанов - 7-10 минут пешком. Вид с балкона просто великолепный!!!

В апартаментах не было необходимого минимума (например, чайника и пододеяльников). Хозяин Марко обозначил при заселении, что если что-то будет нужно, он принесет. Так и было с мылом и шампунями, а вот отсутствие постельного мы обнаружили уже поздно ночью, когда ложились спать. Огорчило отсутствие чайника, вместо него электрическая турка, что очень неудобно. Также в ванной экстремально влажно, если есть возможность - нужно добавить вытяжку. И, конечно, заставило понервничать то, что хозяин не отвечал на сообщения в Букинге. Пришлось даже обращаться в поддержку трижды.

Son iki gün sıcak suyumuz yoktu,bizimle ilgilenen kişiye yazmamıza rağmen bize geri dönmedi,soğuk suyla yıkanmak zorunda kaldık. Otelden erken ayrılacağımızı da yazdık yine dönen olmadı en son anahtarı paspas altına koyduk çıktık. Bu iki durum olmasaydı 10 numara tatildi. Daha uygun fiyata daha güzel yerlerde kalınır bence
