Just perfect for a relaxing holiday

We rented the penthouse and four apartments. They are spacious, convenient, clean with nice furniture, well equipped kitchen. The house has its own small beach, so you can easily swim in the sea which is perfect in this bay. I cannot imagine a better accommodation in Kotory Bay.

The fantastic location and laid back holiday environment was a gem. The staff was excellent and went above and beyond. Breakfast was delicious

You must have a car to go anywhere. As well the price was high. While they can’t control it the neighbors were ridiculously loud.

Lovely stay 10/10

It's a lovely family owned villa and we did feel like at home. I was travelling with my friend and my two dogs. In addition to that one of us is vegan, so we are not the easiest guest :) But this place delivered. The room was big and cozy with a serene sea view. The staff put water for the dogs in the room and gave them a lot of cuddles, not something you'd typically see in Montenegro, I was pleasantly surprised. As for food, there is a restaurant on the ground floor of the villa, breakfast in 10Eur and the did have vegan and gluten free option (I messaged the hotel before we came) for breakfast, as well as on a lunch menu (we've ordered vegan beet soup which was delicious). There is also an option to rent a paddle board which we did once and went to an island right before the sunset. 10/10 would do it again!

The shop in front of the hotel is closed on Sundays (but the hotel bar had drinks and ice-cream to purchase, so it wasn't so bad)

We booked this last minute because we were let down by an Airbnb in Tivat so I think we payed slightly more but worth it

Great calm location (easy access to main road and other direction opportunities), an direct access to the sea (additional water sport accessories as plus). Very nice and kind staff, great owners hospitality. Very clean room with good equipped kitchen. Everything was great, pity that we had to leave. Highly recommended to families ! (Attached photos are the views from the Villa Lav beach)

I couldn't find anything that could be improved... Traffics on main road are out of scope :-)

Traumhafte Aussicht, hervorragendes Frühstück und sehr aufmerksamer Service.

Wir waren 14 Tage im Aparthotel Villa Lav in Montenegro und hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt. Die Aussicht auf die Kotorbucht ist einfach traumhaft. Das Frühstück war ein echtes Highlight: frisch zubereitet, sehr liebevoll angerichtet und mit toller Auswahl (Spiegeleier, Omelett, Pancakes, Joghurt mit Granola). Besonders der sehr gute Kaffee hat den Start in den Tag perfekt gemacht. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Bett bequem und die Klimaanlage hat im Winter angenehm geheizt. Der Service war ausgezeichnet – kleine Probleme mit Fernseher oder Licht wurden sofort behoben.

Im Keller gibt es eine Sauna mit Vorraum. Diese war zwar nutzbar, aber leider nicht sehr gemütlich, da der Bereich schon etwas älter und in die Jahre gekommen ist.

Небольшой уютный отель. Очень красивый вид из окна на море и горы. 👍 Комфортный чистый 2-комнатный номер с кухней . Можно заказать вкусный завтрак. Удобное местоположение, особенно если вы на машине.

Завтракать можно только на улице у воды. При ветреной погоде некомфортно.

-Tolle Lage direkt am Wasser -Sehr nettes Personal -Wunderbares, mit Stil angerichtetes Frühstück, nicht in Plastiktöpfchen, sondern sehr schön angerichtet, gesund mit Obst und Nüssen! -Sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis

- Der Heißwasser-Boiler in der Küche ist laut, wenn er anspringt. Man muss ihn nachts ausschalten um zu schlafen. Das Wasser ist morgens aber immer noch heiß genug um zu duschen.

Saját strandal,napozóágyakkal ,napernyőkkel rendelkezik.A foglalt apartman helyett a legfelső szinten lévő penthouse-ra cserélhettük a szállásunkat ami nagyon szép gesztus volt a vendéglátóinktól.Tágas nagy nappali,felszerelt konyha,kényelmes kanapék,szép antik bútorokkal fűszerezve.Full kilátás a Kotori öböl ezen részére a teraszról.Modern tágas fürdőszoba.Ízletes finom reggeli,gyümölcsel megtoldva.

A reggeli csak választható sajnos,kicsit lehetne bővíteni a kínálatot.
