We had an exceptional stay at The Chedi Luštica Bay.
From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the outstanding service provided by every member of the staff. The reception team was welcoming and professional, room service was attentive and efficient, and the dining room staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience.
The hotel itself is immaculate, elegant, and beautifully maintained. Every detail reflects a high standard of quality and sophistication.
The spa deserves special praise it is truly luxurious, relaxing, and exceptionally pampering. It creates a genuine sense of indulgence and well-being, making it the perfect place to unwind and recharge.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a combination of luxury, comfort, impeccable service, and a truly memorable experience. We look forward to returning in the future.

Location, breakfast, easy access to the beach, spa, swimming pool, very helpful staff. One of the best places I have ever stayed

The restaurant and breakfast staff, 10/10 so was gone bell boy
When arriving I explained my flight got delayed so I arrived 2 days late, I didn’t mind I had to pay for unused nights, what I didn’t like they couldn’t give me extra 1 hour checkout given that I paid for 2 days I didn’t get to use.
First morning we were on our way to the beach the lady refused us saying they’re full, we came to pool side and some child went toilet in the pool so couldn’t use the pool, another staff said she will arrange us to the beach, we waited and she never returned back, just kept us waiting without any further information
It’s my second time staying will be last time, I noticed when the hotel is empty the service is good, but when it’s peak season the service is poor.
I still recommend this hotel the location is beautiful and hotel itself is quality, I don’t recommend during summer as it’s not a pleasant experience.
