The best hotel anywhere we have stayed at and we have been to many. Will be back.

The location was super quiet - very peaceful - breakfast was really good - we had the delux room facing see which was fantastic. Everything in hotel was top quality and the taxi driver from the airport was correct in saying it is the best hotel around. Most impressive of all was the staff who are exceptional and a valuable asset to the hotel.

An unforgettable luxury weekend

This hotel is outstanding! We are fortunate to stay in lots of wonderful hotels but this is absolutely exceptional. The location is stunning. So quiet and beautiful. A wonderful coastal spot. The Chedi is beautifully decorated. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed as well as a beautiful ocean view. The spa was one of the best I have visited, so relaxing, great facilities and brilliant treatments. We loved swimming in the pool and sea and also loved our visits to the restaurants. Wonderful service - such high attention to detail and every member of the team we encountered was warm, friendly and knowledgeable. There were many great touches but it felt almost magical when we were dining at The Japanese on tje balcony on a balmy evening and the Zagreb orchestra started playing in the amphitheater next door. A very memorable trip. Cannot recommend highly enough and cannot wait to return. Wonderful.

Luxury in every way

Easily the best stay in a hotel that we have had. Every little detail was perfect and was the complete luxury stay. The best feature of the hotel is the staff. Every single staff member was friendly, knowledgeable and went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Right from check in and having a welcome drink and all details given to us, to sorting out day trips, hire cars, recommendations etc. The staff recognised us and remembered our room number which was a very nice touch. We were given a free room upgrade. The room was spacious and well equipped with tea, coffee and water. Each night we were given a complimentary gift which was a nice touch. The room was very clean and serviced twice per day. Very comfy beds and good air con. The pool was area was quiet and relaxing, the pool very refreshing and nice views across the marina. The spa was very nice and the massages we had were amazing. There is free access to spa facilities outside of having treatments. The food was outstanding, lots of good breakfast options catering for all cuisines. The evening and poolside meals were very tasty. There is free access to two beaches, both of which are nice and have bars, free sun loungers and towels. The sea was very clear and perfect for swimming. We didn't have children with us, but there was a small kids club and play area if required. Overall, highly recommend this experience, true luxury in every way, absolutely faultless.

Beautiful setting and hotel which smells divine. Pool is small but very stylish overlooking marina. Staff are incredibly friendly and attentive.

We found the restaurants were quite samey in terms of menu across the resort - and the music in most was standard lobby hotel like vs ambient or authentic. Food was not always 5star imo and the cost of wine extortionate. A bottle on the beach was €85 whereas same bottle in marina shop €22. Cheapest bottle on menus was c €50 and really not good. I guess it caters more for those who can afford to pay €150+ without care.

Beautiful location and hotel complex. Well laid out and easy to find everything. Variety of seating, viewing, relaxing locations. Spa - exceptional. Staff - faultless.

Jacuzzi in the spa would have been a lovely addition. Better monitoring of number of children in the pool area as this is not a kids hotel but a couple of days, it felt like one. The food was a bit hit or miss, staff handled problems well but kitchen needs to step up.

It's a gorgeous hotel with VERY helpful staff, beautiful setting.

The hotel is beautiful and we loved our room and view. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast has an amazing spread of every kind of food imaginable, good service. The coffee was inconsistent sometimes very good, other times not. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was good but not outstanding. Our waiter was very good and recommended a great wine. We enjoyed being able to have front row seats in the bar area to watch Wimbledon and the staff was very attentive.

The shuttle bus should have expanded periods we ended up having to pay to go back and forth to tennis. The pictures of the beach make it look a lot nicer than it is - you think you're going to get a white sandy beach and it's not that at all. It was also noisy with lots of kids. You might consider a section for hotel guests without children. We left after an hour. The restaurant at the beach and pool had limited lunch options. The hotel staff didn't provide us with recommendations of all the restaurants right on their doorstep or provide information about the convenience store there as well. We think you should make people aware of what's nearby.

It’s pretty far away from the airport in Dubrovnik. It was a 3 hour drive. Would not recommend. Flying to Tivat is much better.

We had an excellent stay, the staff were exceptional. The room was a very spacious with a sea view. We had a great stay!

Unfortunately the swimming pool wasn’t heated which made it unbelievably cold throughout the day.

The staff and service are excellent – but that’s where it ends.

The room design is quite simple, with basic IKEA-style furniture. The bed and overall setup feel more in line with a solid 4-star hotel, not a 5-star experience. While the hotel is new and clean, it doesn’t deliver the luxury or attention to detail expected from a true 5-star property. There are other hotels in Montenegro that offer better design and value for the price. If you’re specifically looking for a 5-star experience, this hotel may fall short of your expectations. However, if you’re simply looking for a clean, straightforward room similar to a good 4-star hotel, this could still be a decent choice — though in my opinion, it’s not quite worth the cost.

We had the pleasure of staying at The Chedi Luštica Bay, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The staff is incredibly kind — not just polite, but sincerely warm and attentive. Special thanks to Andrea, who was consistently present at the reception and, we believe, served as the manager during our stay. Her professionalism set a wonderful tone for the entire team. Every detail is thoughtfully considered. The rooms are cleaned twice a day, and we were pleasantly surprised to find small daily gifts left in the room, along with a consistent replenishment of coffee, tea, and bottled water. Everything is sparkling clean, and the private beach is just a few steps away. Breakfast was a true highlight: a diverse and high-quality selection, with fresh juices, Prosecco, and à la carte options available at no extra charge. The food was always fresh, delicious, and presented with care. We also appreciated the efficient and high-quality room service, which added even more comfort to our stay. We can’t wait to return, it's a true gem

Second stay not better than first time

The restaurant and breakfast staff, 10/10 so was gone bell boy

When arriving I explained my flight got delayed so I arrived 2 days late, I didn’t mind I had to pay for unused nights, what I didn’t like they couldn’t give me extra 1 hour checkout given that I paid for 2 days I didn’t get to use. First morning we were on our way to the beach the lady refused us saying they’re full, we came to pool side and some child went toilet in the pool so couldn’t use the pool, another staff said she will arrange us to the beach, we waited and she never returned back, just kept us waiting without any further information It’s my second time staying will be last time, I noticed when the hotel is empty the service is good, but when it’s peak season the service is poor. I still recommend this hotel the location is beautiful and hotel itself is quality, I don’t recommend during summer as it’s not a pleasant experience.

I loved my stay in The Chedi! The staff was amazing and so friendly. I enjoyed the facility and the little gifts left at the room like Montenegrin oil, and jam. I wish the hotel had an option to buy these locally made products as they would make great gifts.

The only downside was the food level at the hotel’s restaurants The Spot, I could see the effort in making the dishes but I feel they could improve the flavor compared to other areas of the stay especially given the price point. The Rok’s sushi was lovely and the salmon sashimi was fresh!

True 5* stay

It is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed. The breakfast was the best. The staff were excellent. The property itself 5*.

There were not much to do as Tivat was 20 minutes drive and rhere were traffic jams to get there. The Spot restaurant was okay. Service staff. is excellent.

Nice, but I will try another place, next time

The staff was helpful and very nice.

The ocean view rooms are not ocean view, they are marina view. The ocean was 200 meters away from my room. In front of our balcony was the maintenance room and during the day all we heard was machinery being repaired, not ocean waves. The beach is not sand but stones and pebbles. We needed shoes to walk the beach.
