Everything about our experience was incredible. We arrived to warm, friendly and attentive Professional staff and this was evident in every area of the hotel and restaurant. We received an upgrade as on the booking I said it was a special occasion. The room (suite) was fantastic, up to date and clean. They brought us complimentary cake. The pool and spa areas are lovely and have steam and sauna areas along with jacuzzi. The food in the restaurant is exquisite
This does not apply to us

Spa and inside pool maybe should renovate

The area was pretty and interesting to see the mega yachts moored up. Nothing much in Tivat but OK for a base out to other places but there are nicer places to stay. The breakfast was very good and the bed comfortable.
The room we booked looked nothing like the picture and was small and cramped. The air con was not working so it got very warm and felt claustrophobic in the night. No desk so working on laptop had to be done sitting in chair or on bed. Technically it had a sea view but only a partial one. The balcony was very small and most annoying was the outside music playing throughout the complex in the morning when we just wanted to sit quietly on the balcony with a coffee or tea. The spa was disappointing as the steam room and Haaman rooms were out of order. The inside pool was too cold to swim in. We would definitely not stay there again.

The hotel is really luxury, the room is very comfortable. It is in fact an apartment and not a room, really well equiped and you can feel as a king. The lady who meets you on breakfast was amaizing and very pleasant. Also all the waiters were extremely nice. The same I can say about the consierge service
1. In the reception sometimes smiles have been missing
2. The cleaning was bit strange: they brought water in the morning to the living room and afternoon it was moved to the bedroom. What is the idea?Last night we didn't get hygienic accessories. Also a trush bin was without a nylon bag
3. There is a kitchen in the unit, but without any kitchen accessories. What for the kitchen is good in this case. Do you think somebody will come to such hotel and will bring his pots from the home?
4. For the first night we got some fruits in the room. We stayed 3 nights and for the rest days we didn't get nothing. I think in the hotel of such a level some welcome symbols should be on everyday base, There was no any sweets, chocolade, cake, and other possible small gifts which make your stay really especial.
5. The breakfast was good, but really nothing above other hotels with lower level and with lower prices.

Breakfast and dinner and staff in these areas were excellent
The outside bar was poorly attended and served

Location was amazing, staff were great!!
Housekeeping were hopeless, dirty cups left in room after cleaning. Bathroom not cleaned daily. Had to ask 3 days for milk and sugar, ashtray not replaced 3 days running. Only bar in hotel closed for private party on Wednesday, nowhere for guests to have a drink.

Excellent breakfast choice with a la carte options served in Murano restaurant.
Lovely pool area with plenty of beds and several pools.
Good sized fully equipped room and bathroom.
Evening turndown service
Reception staff are generally not as friendly as the rest of the staff although concierge was very helpful.
Monotonous poolside music.

Great location. Quite nice rooms.
Technologically backward. Don’t have a pillow menu and then run out of pillows. Food average but expensive. Reastaurant Staff looked miserable and unhappy.

Super clean hotel. Great location adjacent to the marina. Pool was really smart as was the service from Viktor and the team. Murano restaurant was exceptional..Suite was beautiful, great facilities and design. Highly recommend this hotel, a slick, chic establishment.
We asked twice for extra hangers, they never came. Also waited 45 mins for a wine glass. Seems to be a disconnect with phone request and housekeeping. Otherwise service was friendly and efficient.

Breakfast was very good.
Pool was great for children and plenty of sunbeds.
View from our room was brilliant.
Short walk to shops and restaurants.
Late check out at no extra cost on last day.
Cleaning of rooms needs to take a step up.
Some staff attitudes need re-aligning to ensure customer services is their priority.
Walked into hotel Italian restaurant at 18:00 - it was empty - they refused us a table saying they are very busy from 19:00 onwards. We assured them we would be done in an hour - basically told no can do. Walked past the restaurant at 19:30 - maybe 30% occupied - asked the staff why they refused us a table considering this nonsense and just got the impression they could not be bothered with serving us at that time and nor did they care when we challenged their ridiculous decision.
Many times called room service at night and it was abysmal at best - both time taken and attitude of staff - it took 45 minutes to have two beers bought to the room at 22:00 AND they were too warm and undrinkable ! It continued to last day when we asked for staff to collect our luggage for check out. They never arrived despite the 20 minutes notice. We carried them down ourselves and even then at reception - no one cared that we had had to do so. For a hotel that charges this much per night and purports to be a 5 Star Luxury hotel, they are not meeting expectations and they are lucky there is a lack of competition in Tivat.

We liked nothing about this hotel. Location was great but that didn’t make up everything else that was a disaster
This hotel was beyond disappointing. It’s not a 5 star hotel. It has 5 star rooms that only the people who pay premium receive. We had to demand better rooms as the first room has a broken AC that didn’t work. No water pressure in the bathroom and broken furniture. The other room was like a bad dorm room in size and looks. After we demanded and demanded - to staff - some cared and some didn’t but think they changed us because they were tired of us complaining and asking for the mangers etc. the upgraded rooms were 5 star but I was told only premium gets those rooms. 5 star should be 5 star across the board. If the room size is different and it’s on a higher floor with a better view - those should be the differences - not rooms with broken AC furniture and water faucets and the most disintegrated towels. Also house keeping was awful. Glasses that were used were left unchanged from the night before - crumbs from previous guests on patio. When they changed our rooms we felt like we had changed hotels. Breakfast is also not good - wide selection yes but all the eggs are powdered eggs and the service is slow. We stay in 5 star hotels all over the world and this was NO 5 star !! Would never recommend this hotel regardless of location on the waterfront.

The location is stunning, amazing views and great place to see the sunset. Most of the staff are absolutely amazing, the pool and bar are so lovely.
Some of the staff were a bit off in the restaurant and the pool got very very busy (in August)

The location was exceptional and very close to all key restaurants. We loved the views and the pool itself was amazing. Great breakfast location outdoors as well. Super nice building exterior and interior. Also good check in process.
The No adult pool completely ruined our stay. There were screaming children across all 4 pool areas. We paid a lot of money to have a relaxing trip. We were told that the pool at the ends is adults. Many of ither guests were complaining about the same and we were all extremely annoyed and ended up leaving to one & only hotel to pay again to get some peace. Here they made sure to have an adult pool and much bettwe service/luxury feel. Also pool service and breakfast service is not 5 star in terms of the staff attentiveness. They dont seem interested to serve and be available. It takes at least an hour to even flag someone down. Also, they limit you to 300 ml water per 24 hours - I have never heard of this in a 5 star hotel at this price. If they fixed the above, the hotel would be a 10/10.

The staff were very good, especially in the restaurant and round the pool. A special mention to Shivangi at breakfast reception, always a lovely warm welcome - and Evgeniia who is a real credit to you! The pool area was excellent, the spa facilities were very good, Sauna, steam room etc.
The suite was a good size with a nice kitchen area, with large fridge and oven, microwave etc. The issue we had was we couldn't use any of the cooking facilities as the ample cupboard space was full of nothing - no plates, no cutlerry, no cooking utensils, not a pot or pan - nothing. We had two cups, two tall glass tumblers, two short glass tumbler and two wine glasses. Ok, and two teaspoons for the cups. Why provide a nice kitchen and then don't provide anything to enable guests to make use of it?

the only good thing about this place is the location.
This is more like a 2 or 3 stars hotel. NOT a 5 stars and definitely not worth more than 150 euros per night. The staff is totally inexperienced, worst service, inattention to detail, the staff whether at reception, restaurant or pool seem like they don't care about clients and don't really work at the hotel. You have to call Housekeeping several times to ensure they come and clean the room and they don't even clean the bins, no attention to details, always done in a rush.. You have to physically go to pool waiters and ask to take your order a few times before they actually pay attention..They don't smile, no greetings, like an effort or a favour. Always felt unwelcome at this place. Common areas in lobby and lounge are dirty and you ask the "busy" workers who constantly chat among themselves they have an attitude and clean half of the space.. I asked for the manager Angelo Zuccalo to complain but apparently he is too busy attending clients concerns. If you want to visit Montnegero , the only place worth your money (same price as Regent) and time is One and Only Portonovi. Forget the rest, the people are generally not well trained for hospitality.

They should do much better for a hotel like this.

Location at the Marina was excellent and there is a variety of top quality restaurants in the area. Also a quick 10 minute drive to Kotor.

Location and design of property
They don't have enough employees. There is only one waitress on the pool area. We were in loby cafe for one hour and no one came to ask us if we want to drink something. We could not reach room service, we were told several times that they are too occupied. We were also told that main restorant is completely reserved for dinner and yet we were alone the hole night. Hostess is very unprofessional, waiter was very kind.

Exceptional service. I typically pre-arrange some trips, but used the concierge a few times on this visit, and they were superb. Private boat out to Perast at very short notice was the highlight. Check in was not fast, but didn't care; it was an experience in itself - fresh rose water, great advice from the desk etc.
Pool area was great and not too crowded, despite July.
Lots of nearby nice eateries with waterfront seating.
Small gym for a hotel this size. Breakfast was okay but not great - the a la carte good only if eggs are your thing. More buffet options at a typical UK Premier Inn :)
The location is a decent base, but if I returned, would stay in more 'authentic' nearby old towns. This is very much elite / pseudo-elite fare - lots of designer-wear-for-breakfast folks.
Traffic is a real problem - likely only for July/Aug - so going to Kotor/Perast/Budva and similar will take an hour and more by taxi. There is the (expensive) personal boat option, with advance notice.
