The rooms were extremely well appointed, clean, well maintained and comfortable. The view from our room although not ocean was nice. Our son had the best view out over the port. The breakfast was our favourite meal of the day. The quality and choice both buffet and menu was very good. The service was extremely friendly and efficient. The breakfast room location was perfect. Tables well spaced out and comfortable seating. We all loved the coffee. The pool bar was great for lunch. Excellent range of food. Great quality.
Above all else we found the service from the concierge to be exceptional.
Big shout out to Bosko who went the extra mile to come up with great excursions for us.
The wifi in places was patchy and even non-existent.
A steam iron in the rooms would be useful.
The biggest disappoint was the lack of tap/draft beer in the hotel.

The hotel was beautiful but had been took over by 90% of conference people who some were very loud and coming out with bad language not what you expect from a hotel like this
The conference people majority were lovely but a small number were loud and bad mouthing did speak to staff about it but said not much they could do about it but the hotel gave us a free meal we paid a lot of money to go to this hotel
