A comfortable, pretty apartment with amazing views of the bay and mountains.

My sister and I were very pleased with the apartment. It was very nicely decorated and very comfortable. The views of the bay were beautiful. It was nice to be in a town that wasn't over run with tourists. We were there in May when all the roses and jasmine were in full bloom so the fragrance when we arrived was lovely. The family were very helpful when we had questions about the area and how to get about. I would recommend this beautiful apartment.

Probably the best value for money place in Risan

This is a beautiful apartment with the most stunning views over the Bay of Risan. Sergei was very friendly, helpful, and responsive, and the whole place has a homely feel. There were no guests coming until late the day we left and he allowed an extra few hours stay free of charge. One really nice experience.

One of the best family holidays we had

It was an utterly delightful trip. We were on family holiday in Sep’19 and been lucky with the weather going for a swim and outdoor activities every day but it may as well be a beautiful time if we would have to spend few days staying home for everything is geared in this place to providing perfect holiday. It’s even better than on pictures. Master bedroom and lounge facing the bay surrounded with gorgeous mountains. This view of course, is “piece de la resistance”, so to speak, and the apartment replete with everything one would possibly need. Truly, everyday for us started with words 'Another day in paradise'. The place has good atmosphere, amazing hospitality of hosts Irina and Serguei makes it feel like home. They give good advise on things to do whatever your travel preferences are. Enjoy majestic panoramic vistas from the balcony, take a pleasant stroll in the surroundings, indulge yourself in delicious local food on Sunday market, take a boat trip, all work together to seduce you with serenity and little touches of magic. Perfect place of destination if you are a group or family looking to get away from it all, de-stress and enjoy the wonderful Bay of Kotor.

Very interesting and unusual place. The interior is modern and comfortable at the same time. The price perfectly displays a balanced ratio of price and quality. The most important and striking feature of this place is the view of the bay from the terrace. This is really unique. Highly recommend for a relaxing holiday far from the tourist bustle.

Montenegro is primarily a mountainous country, this implies a really steep uphill. If you by car -pay attention to the brakes and tires. If without a car - be ready for physical exertion. Which is useful in any case)

Все просто шикарно, апартаменты чудесные, волшебная атмосфера. Уютная кухня, на которой есть все необходимое, большая ванная комната, две спальни с шикарными видами из окна. Хозяйка просто чудо, добрая, отзывчивая, отвечала на все вопросы внимательно. Эта квартира скрасила наше пребывание в Черногории еще более яркими красками и эмоциями. Безмерно благодарны всей компанией за такой отдых ♥️

Такого просто нет. Апартаменты находятся у подножия горы, от дороги придется идти, если вы без машины, но это никак не испортило впечатления, наоборот- виды у этих брусчатых улочек сказочные.
