Excellent location and astonishing view

The under-roof apartment is amazing with astonishing view from windows! This area is so nice for 4 to 6 people! The host is absolutely lovely and nice! And there is an AC inside 🥰

Maybe I suggest to add more information how to find the entrance (or add photo of front door) And hot water doesn't stay for long (maybe we did something wrong) Anyway this is a really well-located beautiful place!

Great location and clean room

Amazing location in Porto with a great view! There are lots of restaurants and ATMs just downstairs, which was really convenient. Daniella the hosts was incredibly welcoming and kind — she made our stay even more special. Highly recommend!

The Riva Guesthouse is a hidden gem situated perfectly for a wonderful holiday in beautiful Tivat.

My friend and I spent 6 nights at the Riva Guesthouse with our wonderful host Danijela. The stay was excellent, with nicely furnished rooms with en-suite bathrooms, and my friends room at the front had the view of the picturesque harbor. The guesthouse has the feel of friendly home. It is situated above a row of excellent restaurants and bars, providing the background murmur of a vibrant and exciting location. But should you require a little peace, then closing the windows and blinds will keep the local atmosphere to a minimum. There is plenty to visit within walking distance, the new high end Porto Montenegro complex is 5 mins away with fashion outlets and classy dinning and views of multi million pound yachts, but further walks either way along the bays coastline lead to small bars and restaurants with many different styles and clientele, with prices to suit all. If you have a hire car then there is a small, affordable public parking area 3 minutes walk away. During our stay there was a sleek modern sail ship moored on the harbor directly in front of the guesthouse, along with several reasonably priced tour ships, of which we took one enjoyable one day sightseeing trip around the Bay of Kotor. Along with the longer tours on offer you can also find faster speedboat tours and water taxis.

There was a little noise from another resident one night, but it was a minor annoyance and wasn't repeated.

Great location safe & friendly guest house.

Location was perfect for us as had friends on the marina we were visiting so walking was not far. Host was lovely & arranged our taxi back to the airport could not have been more helpful. Would stay again as felt safe.

Beautiful stay in Tivat

I cannot fault this property in any way, perfect location & amazing host. Danijela was so welcoming from the minute we walked in, offering us some snacks and juice. She gave us lots tips of places to go and see. Also, a lovely added touch giving us a fridge magnet to go off with :)

Her beautiful energy and hospitality made our stay extra special. Danijela helped us with everything we needed. She went beyond and above to ensure our stay was pleasant and memorable. the location was absolutely fantastic, and we had a sea view which was amazing. the staff were incredibly polite and very welcoming and made us feel immediately comfortable. the room was perfectly tidy and clean, and the staff even gave us a bowl of cherries as we turned up! we were genuinely amazed at how well presented and well priced this was for such a spot on location.

it is a fabulous property and would highly recommend

the location was fantastic right in the centre close to restaurants and bars supermarket and the sea ! the host was super helpful nothing was a problem!

needs a sign on outside of building for property hard to find . the bath towels were very thin and small although very clean and replenished every two days . new pillows are needed but I definitely wouldn’t say I didn’t like the property!!! minor problems only .

We loved everything! The accomodation has the best of locations, just in front of the sea and with small beaches just around the corner. The accomodation is well equipped with all facilities. Cleanliness is spotless. Wifi is very reliable. Beds are comfortable. Hospitality was overwhelming and the sweetest host Daniela was very welcoming and helped us with anything we needed. Such a sincere and warm person! All in all the four of as had an excellent time at Riva guesthouse and beautiful Tivat. Our best recommendations!

Daniela is the best host. She's warm, friendly and exceptionally nice. It is centrally located right opposite the Marina and the sea. The Guesthouse is incredibly clean. I really enjoyed my stay.

It gets a bit noisy because of restaurants downstairs but it's manageable.
