An excellent choice for the great value of money

Excellent location, very friendly staff! I was even upgraded to their apartment with a very nice sea view! Very good restaurant on the boardwalk and very good breakfast. Would love to come back.

Plan to park far and lug your own luggage

Gorgeous view and great breakfast (not open buffet though).

No parking anywhere close, have to park (for all hotels in the area) about 12 mins away, pay 8 euros per day for part, and roll luggage to hotel. Hotel didn't have elevator so had to carry luggage to 2nd floor (it's really 3rd floor but it's considered 2nd). No bellboy, AC wasn't really working.

Unacceptable, waste of money

Only the Location

First there was no parking, also there was no elevator so we had to go up stairs 2-3 times a day and it was on the 3rd floor. Moreover, the ac was not working and when we called them (using our personal phone because theyre hotel phone doesnt work) they came to fox the ac, they took the filter out infront of us and it was full of dirt and mold (we have photos), our rooms were suites with 2 rooms and 1 room had no ac at all and the other had bad ac and with our stay for 2 nights there was a concert outside and we couldn’t sleep till 1am because of how loud it was. We think they shouldve informed us about the concerts when we booked. Also on each floor there was the housekeeping utilities thrown everywhere all over the stairs, it was untidy. There was also no boiler? There was cups for tea and tea bags but no boiler. When we talked to the receptionist about these issues, the ac, the boiler, everything else she told us “if you dont like the hotel you can leave” which was really rude and unprofessional. It wasn’t a hotel really, it was 3 floors only with 3 rooms on each floor with no elevator. The furniture was also old and dusty, they weren’t ready for our stay at all. We have photos of all of this and videos including the concert lights and how loud and the dust and the unorderly places of the equipment i can send a lot of videos by mail if you want

Good stay near Port Montenegro.

Great location near Port Montenegro and close to Tivat airport.

The interior of the room is somewhat outdated. We had an early flight, so we couldn't have breakfast. The breakfast boxes were promised but not delivered. The entrance to the hotel is located in the backyard of the restaurant, where dirty dishes and garbage are visible. There is no elevator, which can be an issue when carrying luggage to the 3rd floor; no assistance was provided by the staff.

Some good some bad

- location good - tasty breakfast - room was clean and size was ok

- Air conditioning didn't work well. Heat and humidity made us feel very uncomfortable. Didn't sleep well. Luckily we stayed only one night. Another one wouldn't have lasted. Hopefully they will fix that problem in that specific room.

Best hotel and staff ever

We booked Astoria hotel in Tivat and requested Astoria staff to shift to Astoria Kotor. The staff were so helpful they did the change and gave a better room as well in Kotor. The room was amazing. As our flight was early and we would miss breakfast, they packed lunch for us without even asking about it. Astoria is the best.

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Staff are amazing and accommodating. Rooms are spacious and neat. Location in the Center of the town. Beautiful views. Variety in the breakfast is awesome.

Pleasant stay at Astoria Hotel, Tivat.

Location was great. The young lady on reception was very pleasant and helpful . Breakfast was excellent.

The awful view from my bedroom window - room faced rear with building work going on and all kinds of debris left lying around. Can never understand why the occasional half hour tidy up isn't considered a good idea. The WiFi above first floor level was rubbish .

Overall it was very cool relax after difficult travel

For me it was awesome stay overall. Hotel staff is nice and helpful, the room is spacious enough and very clean. The bathtub is huge and gives you a tone of relaxation after difficult days if you have some :) I would be happy to come back there if I will stay in this city again

The breakfast is pretty much good selection of regular restaurant menu. Quite tasty, but unfortunately the real state of what you will receive is not the same you were told on reception. For example, you receive the rule which says that you can combine different dishes but in reality I was not able to do this, the restaurant staff restricted. Anyway it was tasty enough :)
