A truly unforgettable, luxurious experience that made our vacation feel like a perfect staycation.

I loved absolutely everything about Hotel Palma. The location, amenities, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere were outstanding, but what truly set the experience apart was the exceptional service. The staff arranged airport transfers, beautifully decorated our room with balloons and flowers for my partner’s birthday, and consistently went above and beyond to make our stay special. Ana at reception was especially wonderful, offering thoughtful recommendations and ensuring every need was met. The spa facilities exceeded our expectations, and the food—both at the breakfast buffet and the restaurant—was delicious. It was easily one of the most luxurious and memorable hotel stays we’ve ever had.

Wish we could've stayed a little longer and maybe experience their deluxe suite rooms overlooking the beautiful beach.

Beautiful place and excellent location with a privat beach. The rooms are clean and tidy and the breakfast is excellent.

The location is good unless you are arriving by car. You cannot reach the hotel entrance by car and it is difficult to find parking.

Rude staff

Overall location is nice and facility seems clean

Staff. They are rude and they caused a lot of stress last day of my vacation. I've asked the reception if they can arrange taxi in the morning and they told me "no need to book" we can find anytime. I was at the reception 5.30 am in the morning and they told me, no one answer the phones we have to wait 15 minutes at least. We waited half hour and nothing. They didn't bother to say if taxi service is available or not until I asked. Ah not over, they said we should go to parking lot and taxi driver will be there. There were a line of people who wait for taxi and we couldn't communicate with the driver because of the language barrier. He pointed our luggage and didn't pick up us first and left, and you can imagine the stress at the moment. So, special thanks for nothing to staff. Ahh also toilet flush didn't work during our stay, I had to go to "helpful?" reception and asked them 2 times for this problem to fixed. First day its fixed, next day same issue again.

Lovely location

Great location and nice pebble beach

They live their clock and will not bend the rules. They close the breakfast door at 10 and I’ve noticed they don’t replenish after 9.30 so if you get there at 9.50 you get the left overs. Even if you arrive early and room not ready you cannot use the beach. Strange

I highly this Hotel for your stay in Montenegro to everyone. Do not go past this Hotel.

Great location, location, location. Plentiful breakfast and covered all needs. Rooms not large but comfortable with plenty of storage areas. This Hotel is right on the beach and beach promenade. Many restaurants along the promenade and also mini mart for shopping needs, ATM only 5 minutes behind the Hotel. Beach chairs and towels were NO charge…which is a huge saving. Lovely terrace balcony for drinks overlooking the magnificent scenery of Tivat Montenegro. Staff helpful and courteous. We were close to ferry wharf to do a day trip by boat and close to bus stop to catch local bus for 4 euro to Kotor. Highly recommend extremely scenic.

Brilliant location on the end of tivat strip, next to the beach, lovely breakfast, rooms were gorgeous!

The opening time for the swimming pool was 1300 which is extremely late. Was not able to get towels for the beach as we went off peak, but that wasn’t communicated and the weather was 25degrees!

Disappointing stay in Tivat

Room was spacious and very clean. Shower was outstanding and hotel breakfast was great.

The main reason I provided an overall poor rating was because my room was overly hot. When I called the front desk the night that I arrived and told them the room was entirely too hot, they told me there was nothing they could do, that they were not turning the AC on yet. I opened the room window, but not enough breeze came through to make a difference. They did not even offer me a fan. So, my six nights at the Palma were terrible for sleeping. Also, the spa, stream and sauna were not open until 1pm! I was out doing things during the afternoon and would have liked to taken a steam in the morning.

The entire stay was tense because the wi-fi was constantly not working, the hotel has the most weird wi-fi connection system, it was impossible with such a connection. There is literally nothing from the minibar in the room, not even a kettle. I periodically needed hot water and it was impossible to get it unless you order it in the restaurant.

Fab hotel and exceptional location

The hotel is in a great location, right next to it's own pebble beach and a short work to many wonderful restaurants. The hotel also has a very good restaurant and the breakfasts were excellent. The staff went above and beyond to help us and I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Location was good, really impressed by the gym (proper weight available, often hotel gyms are not very good, but this one had a nice selection of free weights). Staff were nice.

Brealfast was ok, but a bit unhealthy. Would want more healthy options. Coffee was awful.
