It was a home from home with friendly people

The stuff was exceptional! My luggage didn’t make it for few days and they did everything to help me get it. The hotel manager even drove me to the airport to pick it up. And breakfast was excellent!

Good location

The hotel’s location was very convenient, both for the airport and for reaching Porto Montenegro, which was about a 15-minute walk away. The walk went through a somewhat dark neighborhood, but it wasn’t too bad. The breakfast was good, and the service was enjoyable. The room was clean, though a bit small and dark. Overall, it’s a good place to stay if you have a flight from Tivat Airport.

lovely country friendly people was on my own for a few days but felt safe .Great holiday.

Hotel clean, friendly staff . good breakfast They arranged taxi to airport for me there own transport . Nice sun terrace easy to walk to port and main shopping area but also close to local beach and resturant and bars.

No resturant or bar service after12,00 , My room overlooking building next door which was being renovated and was close to hotel therefore blocked sun on my rooms balcony but used sun terrace instead

Nice hotel, perfect for a first night when arriving with a late flight.

Comfortable room, great breakfast. 10 minutes drive from the airport, and a walking distance from a marina and some restaurants.

Close enough to the airport and an easy ride to Kotor.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, good breakfast, walkable to restaurants and little beach, transport for hire. The hotel manager gave us a ride to Kotor (40 Euro) and is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the area.

Check out is at 10am. Usually 11am or 12 noon is the normal. The area around the hotel is under construction and could be noisy, although not when we were there.

Friendly and attentive staff, clean room, tasty breakfast included. The manager went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

The location was not beach front but only a 2 min walk to nearest beach and 10 minute walk to Porto Montenegro.

We (couple) enjoyed our stay.

Crew was nice. We met 3 staff members and everyone of them was polite. They recommended a nice restaurant. The room was clean. Breakfast was tasty.

The water in the shower went slowly to the drain, so the shower took us a bit longer, but it is a minor thing.

Fabulous

Helada hotel competes with big famous hotels with pride. The team is wonderful, the rooms are sparkling and the bed is very comfortable. Big showers and with a big balcony to enjoy fresh air. A/C in each room and a generator will turn on automatically if the electricity will go off. It is located 7 minutes from Tivat marina and it’s restaurants and stores. Parking for your car is available and it’s located only 2 kilometres from the airport. For me and my wife this hotel and its team deserve a 10! SUPERB!

Room with the balcony was clean and cozy. Hotel staff was friendly.

The water temperature in the shower strongly depends on how many other guests are taking shower at the same time. That means you will take contrast shower regardless of your wish :)

Superb

The room was exceptionally clean, the maid service was quick and thorough, Toiletries were above average. The breakfast was awesome and to cap it all off.... The staff were really friendly and responsive to any inquiries.

The bathroom in my room (room 302) was a little cramped, but still not a big deal. My view was horrible, there was no balcony, and very limited water views from the hotel overall. In an area like Tivat, the views are a big deal, but unfortunately, this can't be fixed at the Helada. They definitely make up for the deficits with excellent service and a motivated staff.

One star should be removed

Comfy beds and good shower. Nice breakfast.

Next to the main road and loud traffic all night. No pool or any extra for a 4 stars hotel. No garden view as they claim, as there is no garden but chairs on a concrete slab looking against a new building stopping their view to the sea. I guess the 4 stars were given before the neighbour built against them.
