No ventilation in a number - poor sleep quality because of that.Total insanity! And impossible to open a window - too noisy outside. A home away from home

The hotel is stone throw away from Porto Montenegro and a 7-10 minute drive from Tivat, Montenegro. I’d like to thank Maria (the very welcoming receptionist) for considering my early check-in so I can catch up on sleep. She also shared a few tips about Tivat. I also like to thank the other lady receptionist for giving me hot water every night.

Nice and clean hotel in prime location

Very nice small historic hotel in the prime location and with a reasonable rates. Our room was smaller and basic, but perfect for our short stay. Comfortable clean bed, spotless bathroom, air conditioner kept the temperature controlled. Hotel is definitely “tired” and needs renovation (as we heard, the major renovation is planned for January-February 2026). We didn’t expect 5 stars luxury suites for the price we paid. But we appreciated a lot perfect cleanliness of the room and very welcoming friendly helpful reception ladies.

Probably, due to fire safety, there was no kettle in the room. Electrical outlets were loose and limited.

Great location but very dated.

The location was very close to the harbour.

The room was very small, with a single bed and the decore was very dated. I was only staying for 1 night as a solo traveller but if I was there for longer it wouldn't have been a comfortable stay at all. 80euro for 1 night was very expensive for a room only.

Friendly staff. Good harbour location. Comfort room but dated.

Staff were all friendly and attentive at the reception and restaurant. Room had all the items a good hotel room would expect, plus even drinks in the fridge. It was quiet. Had AC. Comfortable bed which was cleaned every day. For the price you couldn't get any closer to the wonderful harbour with the impressive ships.

Appearance-wise, the standard room was quite underwhelming for a 4-star hotel, although it was otherwise fine.

Charmingly authentic hotel in a great location.

The hotel is in a great location, very central and has its own restaurant. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was very comfortable, clean and everything worked.

The shower in the bathroom was a little challenging to use just with how it was positioned. Despite this, I still managed to shower adequately.

The staff is the most helpful, accommodating and friendly. Shout out to Bosko at the reception and Danika at the restaurant! Excellent location.

Peaceful hotel in good location

The hotel has a nice old time feel with the pictures of past Tivat on the walls. The location of the hotel is very close to the pier. Hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are a bit old but comfortable with air conditioning.

The wifi acted up a bit. The pillows are not for tall people.

Staff was rather rude. We didn't have a breakfast even it was first said to be included in the price. Very loud music from club nearby. Air conditioning did not work. Very hot in the room. No parking nearby.

People who work in the hotel are exceptional. Location is superb, near the sea and town center, breakfast was tasty with multiple options, our room was beautiful, large and very clean.
