The apartment is so clean and well-equipped, with everything we could need. The kitchen is tiny yet perfect. And the view from our own little terrace was sensational!

The shower has no door and doesn’t drain well, so water all over the floor remains all day if not mopped up. It wasn’t an issue for us but there are quite a lot of steps to get to the accommodation.

I had an amazing two-night stay at Guesthouse Žmukić. Everything was absolutely perfect—from the prime location to the warm and welcoming hosts. Our apartment offered a stunning sea view that truly felt like a little piece of paradise. We enjoyed coffee with that breathtaking view, which was truly food for the soul. The hosts were incredibly kind and heartwarming, always ready to help with anything we needed. I would definitely love to come back and stay here again. Highly recommended!

A perfect place to enjoy Perast

I thoroughly recommend Guesthouse Žmukić and would definitely return. Such welcoming, helpful hosts; a lovely, spacious room (and bathroom!) with everything you could need for a comfortable holiday (including great AC, nice shower, beach towels); and the best location and view one could dream of in Perast. The owners go above and beyond with kind and generous gestures like taking care of any washing you have. The room was a joy to wake up in and return to - and the gorgeous shaded terraces were the perfect afternoon retreat following a day of sun and swimming.

Such a nice surprise! More than we expected

We were happily surprised when we entered the room. It was typical and modern at the same time! The view was breathtaking! The kitchen super complete, good Wi-Fi, TV and AC. The host was super helpful.

Parking was terrible but it’s because cars can’t enter the historical Perast center. The bed could be bigger was a 183cm person can’t stretch the legs fully.

Outstanding Stay in Montenegro!

We had an exceptional time at the Guesthouse Zmukic! It was spacious, beautifully decorated, clean, and had the best views. Only a minute walk from a beach cafe where we spent all day swimming and relaxing, this guesthouse was ideal for us. Katarina was a spectacular host who was always available to answer any questions and lend us a hand. We loved waking up to those stunning views from the window. The guesthouse was also equipped with a kitchen with all utensils if you rather a cozy night in. Overall, this was one of the best holidays we had with our accommodation was 10/10. Thank you Katarina and family, or as they say in Montenegrin, Hvala!

Very nice studio with a beautiful view of the sea. Super nice host and very helpful!

Parking can sometimes be a bit tricky in Perast, so we had to park a bit further away. But the host offered to take us so we didn't have to walk far with our luggage.

Katherine was incredibly helpful – I had to arrive early for a meeting, and she made sure I could take my call from the terrace without any issues. The room was beautiful, with a fantastic view. I really appreciated the warm welcome and thoughtful touches. Highly recommended!

Charming

Katarina is really kind, attentive and helpful. Parking in Perast is difficult, but Katarina offers her help and even propose us to take us to our car. The studio was flawless, cute, with everything you need and the view was incredible. Katarina, thank you again.

This was my third visit to the area, but my first time staying at this property — and it exceeded all expectations! The apartment was incredibly clean, spacious, and fully functional. The view is absolutely breathtaking. We were pleasantly surprised to find coffee capsules and milk provided for both days of our stay — a rare and thoughtful touch. There was even a water filter jug for tap water, which was a big plus! The shared terraces in front of the house are simply magical, perfect for relaxing at any time of the day. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful, yet completely unobtrusive. Thanks to their assistance, we were saved from a mistake we made — we hadn’t realized the property doesn’t offer private parking.

This is not a downside of the accommodation itself, but more of a heads-up for future guests: make sure to check the parking situation, especially since most accommodations located along the waterfront road don’t have dedicated parking. That said, the hosts offered us several great suggestions and solutions, and even helped us at check-out by driving our luggage to the spot where we had parked.

Fantastic place to stay! Beautifully set up with everything you could need. There’s a lovely terrace with great views, a brilliant little kitchen and a gorgeous bathroom. Loved it! I wished I could stay here longer.

Blissful fortnight in a stunning location—5 star treatment / accomodation

We spent a blissful fortnight at Guesthouse Zmukic. The apartment was stunning - traditional stone building - loved the authenticity of the building. The view from our balcony was amazing & we felt so relaxed and happy. Our apartment was immaculate - comfy bed, table & chairs both inside & on the balcony. Lovely hot shower- kitchen with two ring hob, fridge and every utensil you would need- even a coffee maker & teabags! Our hosts were the warmest & kindest family & went out of their way to make us welcome- not intrusive but on hand instantly if needed as we did as I injured my ankle - Mirela came with pain relief , bandages & a foot massage. Can’t thank them enough or stress how fantastic this place is ❤️❤️❤️

Location great, and balcony overlooking the bay superb

One of the nicest apartments I have ever stayed in . The balcony was awesome, spent many hrs there with a glass of wine , watching the boats come and go . The apartment was well equipped, with a great kitchen and bathroom. Would highly recommend a stay here, but make sure you have the room with the spacious balcony. Failing that , there is another communial balcony lower down, which is just as nice . The location is great , with a 150/200 metres walk to your car , the other side of the barrier . Cars are not allowed to enter the seafront after 1st May , but this isn’t much of a problem to be honest .

Our holiday was wonderful at Guesthouse Zmukic - couldn't have chosen a better place to stay.

Everything was perfect for us. Home from home and very welcoming owners. Accommodation was extremely well equipped, clean and comfortable with lots of lovely and caring extras. We wanted for nothing. Owner, Katarina and her family were the perfect hosts and made our stay first class.

Really great and relaxing stay.

It is a beautiful apartment. The room was recently renovated. We liked the view of the bay in the morning (picture attached). The terrace is above Moritz ice in the soft shadow of wine grapes. The owners were great and eager to help. Would have stayed longer if I knew how good it would be.

As we stayed for a few days, this was not the issue, but there is only one relatively small cabinet, meaning that for the longer stay you would have to leave your clothes in suitcases.

We had the most amazing stay - we loved having coffee overlooking the view which is even better in person. it’s very close to Perast beach which is small but beautiful. We didn’t want to leave! we also got help figuring out the bus times. we also loved the communal terrace.

Memorable stay❤️

The room is spacious, everything is decorated in accordance with the town. I travel a lot but this is the best view ever. You can also use the huge terraces in front of the house in the shade of many trees (they have kiwi). +++ The room next door we had small kitchen only for us. The bathroom is little outdated but very functional and clean, with pleanty hot water. The family is super friendly and they helped us with everything we needed. I recommend everyone to stay at their guesthouse. Wish them a good season ❤️
