i know this area well, i almost bought a place here. i will say .. the room really sucked a twin bed, terrible mattress, no window. i liked it was upstairs and i could ahve some outside space the people that worked there were rude rude not addressing me, not looking at me just terrible... so not worth it.. not even a blanket, but the rudeness really did it for me. .the room should not be a room but more of a closet

We asked to be upgraded to a better room ( at extra cost of 100 euro per night) and I believe that we had the best room in the hotel. We were very happy with this room. The regular rooms were very small and pokey with very small and slippery shower cubicles. To be honest, I would not be happy to stay in the other rooms due to lack of space to put suitcases and tiny bathrooms and shower.

Charming Stay, be warn of access

Location was perfect for our stay. The staff was very lovely and welcoming. We enjoyed the room and breakfast with a view. We didn't regret staying there instead of Kotor. The Hotel is really well located within the town and it is easy to walk everywhere, enjoy a view on Our Lady of the Rock.

Access is not very practical. There are no parking on site. You have to park at the entrance of the town but it is very limited and can be crowded. On the South parking all the spots are "privatised" by another Hotel and their staff are super rude and will shout at out if you try to park somewhere. On the north parking it is all booked by boat tour people. We stayed patient and waited for someone to leave in order to park overnight. You have to call the hotel who then meet you at the city entrance gate with a golf cart and drive you to the hotel.

Good but had some problems.

The staff was the best , they were helpful and very polite . Loved them all . The location is fantastic,

but they must renovate the hotel a little bit , paint it etc and also pay more attention to the details on the room ( there are no shoes etc) Also the rooms are not as beautiful as on the photo. The shower was powered by solar pannel and i could do a douche because the water was frizzing cold . This was not mentioned… also the bed was not comfortable, was very old which should be a problem for a long stay .

Location was very good. Some of the employees were nice too. Design of the hotel was modern. Some of the rooms has fabulous view.

Breakfast was not enough. There is no elevator also there is so much stairs. Balcony would have been fine.

We checked in and then checked straight out again and booked into the Hotel Conte a few doors up. The hotel is VERY run down and the photos on their website and Booking.com are VERY favourable over what it really is like. Reception is dark and dingey, the staff were not bothered in helping us try to sort parking out, they ended up sat out the back eating their lunch (still on show to any guests walking past). The room was stale, outdated, plaster peeling off the walls and not a place Id like to stay. Right outside the room door was a bottle of drink that a previous guest had obviously left but no one had cleared up. The area/steps around the vicinity was untidy and dirty. Smacked of noone can be bothered to do anything.

You absolutely cannot find anyone to talk to at the hotel. You cannot get a response to your messages. There were not even slippers in the rooms. There was no duvet cover on the duvet. There was no one at the reception even though we said we would arrive late. Although there were rooms available at the hotel, they said they could not give us a room at the front, which they sold for the same price. And the only person we could talk to was a waiter. When we wanted to talk on the phone, we were rejected, and when we asked for a refund, we were left without an answer. In short, it was a hotel that would never be stayed at, except for its location. The breakfast was not good either.

Immediately feeling home !

Super well located in the center of the village with a nice covered dining room and a terrace on the waterfront. The staff is super helpful. They have a small electric golf cart and come pick you up with luggages at the (mandatory) parking located at both ends of the village.

Not a luxury place but very clean hotel with a great staff making you feel at home, very customer-minded.

Ideal place for mind reset

Right before staying at Vila Perast Boutique Hotel I read some negative comments saying "no water in bathroom"/ "poor breakfast for this price"/"no ability to have a breakfast on the terrace by the sea". These are not cases during my visit. What I like - friendly staff, good breakfast, amazing view, quiet room, excellent location, cleanliness

In my room for one person - there was really lack of space in bathroom. I am S-size person but still. Also not sure it is applicable everywhere - but in my room shower drain was clogged. Ventilation in top floor rooms is not so good, but it manageable by open windows.

Disappointment

The location

Cute boutique hotel ? A JOKE To say that we were disappointed by our room is an understatement, for a hotel clearly trying to position as one of the best hotel offers of Perast, the experience is nowhere close to the carefully curated online “marketing” and price point. Even if we did not book the biggest room category we were at least expecting something haft way to what is pictured on the reservation. Room and Bathrooms are no way near the pictures (dirty, moisture present as if not cleaned..) Booking: All pictures are 3D Taken with wide angles (to make the room look bigger) and high luminosity 0 sitting arrangements in the room (apart from the bed) Carefully meant to confuse the consumer, you do not really see which type of room you are going to get, advertised bathrooms are only the ones for the nicest (renovated rooms) and not correspondant to the room right type. The only problem with the hôtel ? We wish, the buffet is nowhere the standards of a boutique hotel of this category, restaurant is the only waterfront property empty throughout the day ? Maybe it is a sign something is going wrong. We felt cheated, one advice book somewhere else, Apartmani Armonia had a way better price positioning and offer.

Gréât view in Perast

Location is perfect, good breakfast with breathtaking view, bed is big, room spacious. The birds are singing and it’s so peaceful.

I booked the room 1-2h before arriving. I received a message instructing there is no parking and I should stop at the parking before the town ( it costs 15 eur and there is a chance that you should wait for more than 30 min) and to call so that a golf cart from the hotel take us. Unfortunately this day the receptionist was not there and when I called no one answered so we were walking with all our bags. When we arrived we needed to wait because there was no one. Back then I was upset because we spent hour waiting for the parking, then walking, then waiting at the hotel and it was late for walking. Anyway it happens …

A descent Hotel with the nice location

The Attic room seemed first quite dark and small. Comparing to any other room we saw, this was definitely quite a big room. The breakfast was ok, nothing too special. The location was fairly good - Perast itself was quite cozy. We spend there 3 days, was definitely enough. There are free parking on the road if you are able to walk 10-15 minutes to the Hotel.

The hospitality was not quite there despite on woman in the Receptionist - she was always friendly. The ladies working in the breakfast were passive and did not have any normal friendly manner towards guests. This place has a lot to learn how to create nice stays.
