Fabulous hotel, I loved it.

WOW, what a lovely hotel. Ideally situated near Tivat centre, marina & beach. Very comfortable spacious & clean rooms. Comfy bed. Very helpful staff. Fantastic sea views. Absolutely brilliant stay, would make this my hotel of choice if returning to Tivat area.

If being picky, the lift was quite small really only being big enough for two people, or one person with a suitcase.

The breakfast was phenomenal - beautifully presented, great quality and top notch service. We only ate dinner in the restaurant once but that was also excellent. Highly recommend. Beds are super comfy too, and the roof terrace is lovely.

More could be made of the bar area (with dimmer lighting) if you just want a drink in the evening. Pool is small and there’s a lack of sun loungers/outside space.

Lovely staff and hotel

Very helpful staff, reception available 24-7 via WhatsApp. Nice new building, lovely rooms and amenities - the pool was great, albeit small, with the sister restaurant delivering drinks and food to there.

The only qualm with the hotel - the walls are very thin, so expect to be woken up by hoovering/to hear upstairs and downstairs neighbours.

Perfect!

Gorgeous boutique hotel. Beautiful rooms and lovely staff! Hotel has a What’s App which is great to ask for taxis, trips. Ladies on reception are amazing and come back to you straight away. The food in the restaurant is really good. Perfect location, quiet with a couple of bars/restaurants but only a 10 minute stroll to the marina/port.

Fantastic location - close to the Porto Montenegro Marina as well as the older Tivat; great rooftop terrace with a small pool overlooking the bay and the marina; great restaurant Mila in the hotel with an exceptional cook and a diverse à la carte breakfast; a very pleasant staff; every room has a nice balcony.

This Hotel is a Gem!!! The staff are not only extremely helpful and organised Taxi's to pick me up from the Airport so I could avoid the Sharks that try and rip you off, they booked restaurants for me and organised hotels back, they also organised a boat tour which was incredible!!! The room was Perfect, large Bed, TV for those that want, lovely bathroom and a Terrace to sit on. There is Nothing I can fault with this place. The Restaurant downstairs served exceptional Food, Breakfasts almost looked too good to eat.

Great stay, best restaurant in Tivat 🇲🇪

Amazing hotel in the up and coming Montenegro. Very clean, modern and not really like the other hotels in the area in terms of boutique style and restaurant. The pool area is amazing, big enough to relax and sunbathe - but small enough to feel like a private pool area. We were at the restaurant MILA 4/5 nights of our stay because it was THAT good. Don’t waste your money at the over priced restaurants on the port. Plus you get 10% discount as a guest! Breakfast was also amazing. Would recommend staying in this hotel if in Tivat. Staff on reception and the restaurant were all so friendly and accommodating. Would definitely return if coming back to Tivat!

Not that is was a problem for us - but if you’re not that mobile the hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk to the Tivat port. The hotel beach isn’t (maybe it is but isn’t policed by the hotel) exclusive for hotel guests, it was like a public beach packed with locals and other holiday makers not staying at the hotel, which put us off going!

Lovely hotel with lovely staff

Great hotel with fantastic staff who were really helpful. Room service via whats app was amazing, the pool area great for relaxing and it’s only a short walk to the beach. Food in the restaurant probably the best we had during our stay, breakfast was exceptional, super fresh food and quality produce.

Beautiful boutique hotel in a great spot

Friendly staff, beautiful hotel in a great location, excellent food. The rooms were a generous size The rooftop swimming pool was excellent.

The soundproofing is not good. We could hear people taking in the next room, heard their shower running. Were repeatedly woken by people in the hallway. Paid extra for a balcony room, the balcony overlooking the car park and the dilapidated building next door. Very disappointing.

Highly recommend and would definitely stay again

Loved the balcony looking out to sea. Liked that it was a small hotel in a residential area. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast and the food in the restaurant was a delight particularly after 2 weeks travelling around Montenegro we had become rather bored of the same dishes at every restaurant we visited.

The room was quite small but for a few nights it was perfect.

This was my favourite hotel in Montenegro. The staff were so so friendly and couldn’t do more for you. The breakfasts were the best breakfasts I’ve ever had when travelling. The rooms were immaculate, bed was comfy, pool had a beautiful view of the port. It was genuinely the best hotel I’d love to be back!

Nice hotel, crap management

Staff very helpful

My partner did not take the cooked breakfast that was included as part of cost and yet when she requested an additional coffee I had to pay 1.80 euros. The amount is irrelevant, but this would stop me ever going back to the hotel again. Bad, bad business.

We loved the Hotel and staff, and the food was super

Breakfast was very good apart from having to pay for second cup of coffee or tea, the staff were excellent, friendly, very helpful and polite.

There is nothing that can be done about the location as it was a fair walk from the Port where we did like to visit it wasn't helped by the extreme hot weather

Great hotel with lovely beach

Room was very modern and spacious, the bed was very comfortable and it was soooooo nice to have simple-to-use aircon, first time we have come across such a simple and effective system. The shower was spacious, but would have liked to have a small shelf to put our own bathroom stuff, like a bar of soap (I found the soap dispenser very hard to use). The beach was lovely too. Sadly, there was not much to do around the area unless all you want is to flop on the beach, but we are keen walkers and there was nowhere really to go apart from the marina and the old marina areas. Also would have liked a simple breakfast of poached eggs on toast, but all options were quite complex and usually included something not to my choice. One moan - only one small cup of (excellent) coffee included with the breakfast unless you wanted to pay more. Seems a little mean for such a high rated establishment.

No soap dish in shower, no second cup of coffee with brekki unless paid for. Our room was on first floor so that any view, such as it was, was very restricted. Wish we had had a room on 2nd floor or above.

We had an excellent stay at Casa Manor Boutique hotel. Every member of staff was pleasant and welcoming. The rooms were modern and tastefully decorated. The a la carte breakfast was delicious with so many unique options to choose from. Drinks were great too. Our room was spotlessly clean. Thank you for an excellent stay, would love to return.

An excellent hotel in Tivat that we would certainly revisit

The staff were truly exceptional, friendly yet professional - nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant Mila and s really very very good and despite trying other establishments in Tivat and further afield we kept returning to Mila. The rooms ac was good, very clean and the pool had ample towels for a swim or lounge about. Overall an excellent boutique hotel that is great value for money.

Very little. We were surprised when we saw our room which was overlooking the car park at the rear. All of the photos have sea view and non depict the rear view which isn’t great. I wish Booking or the hotel made it clear that half the rooms were rear facing and no sea view. We tried to change rooms but they were all taken so that was a bit disappointing frankly - we would have liked to have known that’s all.

Exceptional restaurant with friendly staff, getting a discount as a guest was a nice bonus. Large TV with cable was welcome, as was the fridge and coffee-making facilities. Nice pool area on the roof top.

Fabulous little hotel with a great restaurant

The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. One of the The receptionists was delightful, she greeted us every time we went passed with a warm smile and genuine interest in our day. Beautifully finished rooms that had everything you need for a stay.

Beautifully decorated. Amazing view from the roof terrace. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was delicious and well- presented.

Only minor issues - the music in the restaurant was too loud. Best not to sit next to the speaker! I’m gluten free and there were limited menu options. Only 1 gluten free option for breakfast.

Excellent stay, will definitely return

Very modern boutique hotel, situated in a fantastic location. Excellent service, food quality was superb. We had a family emergency and had to return home very quickly. The hotel could not be more accommodating and offered us a voucher to cover off the 2 nights that we had to cut short.

Could do with a rooftop bar, or buzzer service to notify staff that you want a drink. Save you going down to the bar all the time.

Decoration is nice and the breakfast quite delicious.

The building acoustic is awful and we could hear every chat in the corridor, parking lot and even the guests upstairs. The staff communication also failed miserably as they forgot to tell us when checking in that the restaurant of the hotel has incredibly loud live music on Fridays until past 11pm which prevented us from sleeping and resting after a long day.
