STAY AWAY KEEP YOUR MONEY In my 24 years of travelling this is the worst experience I have ever had. I specifically booked this hotel to relax with my sister. Unfortunetaly, it did not met my expectations. First of all, the hotel looks nothing like the pictures. I arrived around 3h00 and I was really tired after a long flight. When we first arrived at the reception, the staff did not even bother to show us where is the pool, the beach and the parking spot.We went to our room to freshen up and we called the reception to ask where is the pool. The lady told me to wait 5 minutes outside for her colleague. I sat on the ground waiting 50 minutes and he did not once apologize. I was cold and it was pouring rain. The layout of this hotel is the stupiested thing I have ever saw. Every building is apart from its facilities. After showing me where the pool was , I was in shocked of how it looks nothing like the pictures. But mostly it was dirty and I was disgusted by it. I could’t not even get in it. I forgot my sunglasses in the room so I went back and when I returned in front of the pool, there was a staff member who was impolite. He basically asked me what do you want? He did not believe I was a hotel guest until I showed him my card. For a five star hotel, I expected respect and courtesy , I felt uncomfortable and out of place. Second of all, when we returned to our bedroom, the dining table kept wobbling and the bed was very uncomfortable. Finally, breakfast was included in our reservation and we had to find the restaurant ourselves because they did not show it to us. When we arrived, the waiter told us that we were not on his list. At this point I was furious of how unorganized this staff was. Then he called the reception and they confirmed that breakfast is included but I had already lost my apetite. After checking out, the receptionist did not even asked if we enjoyed our stay. This is an overly expensive hotel and I wish I could get a refund.

This is wonderful place, good personnel, perfect views.

How to take excellent place un kill it completely? It's easy. Just set up ventilation system which is very noisy and sounds all the day and night. It was hard to sleep in the apartment. May be I was unlucky and there is just my apartment has such a problem. I'm going to try another one because this place is really good. Also they had another noisy fun machine for the TV system. But they fixed it by my request quickly.

Fantastic

We had a terrific stay. The quality of the rooms is superb. We ended up extending our stay from 2 to 8 nights and used it as a base to explore all of the Bay of Kotor which is a stunning destination

Awesome vacation at a high level

Very nice and quiet place in the heart of Boka Kotorska. Here you have everything you need and everything within reach. Beautiful beaches, various restaurants at fair prices, cafes, beach clubs, parks and sports facilities (I used the gym and played tennis every day. On the tennis courts, Arsen is the man to ask for. Very professional and nice!). Not to mention the many stores, kiosks and boutiques. The apartments are large, yet comfortable and well equipped. The cleaning staff does a great job and the front desk team is very helpful (especially Nino Jovanovic is a pro - there are no problems, only solutions!). If you connect with the team via WhatsApp, they are there for you 24/7 - great. Buggies are available anytime and for various reasons - just text them and they come. Transportation to and from the airport in Tivat is top notch (black limo, very clean), and the driver (Stevan) is a pro at what he does. Portonovi has its own boats that can be rented to explore the hidden caves, beaches and bays. If you are looking for a quality vacation, Portonovi is for you!

The beds are a bit too soft for my taste and the fridge could be refilled with water every day. The beach club menu lacks burata with cherry tomatoes and beef tagliata with arugula ;-)

If you want to very missed up your trip this a right hotel for sure. No respect their clients at all. This hotel accept our booking but extend other clients in out room, give us one bedroom with no view instead of two bedrooms with sea view. They screwed us up with fake promises to move us to our room for 2 days. Also if you want order food from room service I recommend you go to restaurant directly because reception managers don’t send orders to restaurant (most of time just forgot about it) so you can wait for your food 1-2 hours and figure out that they just didn’t place your order. That’s why you can find a lot of angry clients on the reception. So thank you Portonovi for worse experience I ever have in my life.

Rooms are super big and cozy. AC works very very good. There is hewated pool on the top floor. Reception is very good, and also we used nanny service which made our night perfect! Thank you!

We loved it here except for the food at Romeo & Juliet which we didn't like and the service was very very bad. Not that they were unpleasent just very slow and ignored us for most of the night.

resort beach is in private ownership and sun bads is very difficult to book even you stay in resort you have to fight to get your place on the beach...

unfortunately not value for money .

clean and quiet

staff were a bit confused.not very helpful.no TV remote control in the room,Aircon was not working, in the bathroom no extra toilet paper and bath conditioner container was empty. reservation was made for the Portonovi beach club the day before but when we arrived the next day they could not find our names from the guest list.

Excellent Christmas stay

Location was great. Staff was always friendly and willing to walk the extra mile, and help. They made us feel welcome and special.
