Great hotel and nice location

Everything was clean and the facilities are great. Sea access (not really a beach) is only a short walk through the tunnel and we enjoyed swimming in the pool or sea. The breakfast is great, too. There is free parking and Great Restaurants nearby

UK traveller not US. Lovely stay at hotel, it is not in a lively area, which didn't bother me, although there are some bars and restaurants on the water front 5 minutes away. For lively places it is a 10-15 minute taxi or bus ride from the hotel, very much depending on traffic. One day this took me an hour as there is only one road through Montenegro. I booked a single economy room as a solo traveller, but it was unsuitable for me and very basic (in comparison to accomodation n the UK). The beds were very creaky and the second room was noisy. However on the second morning after very little sleep and my second room change Sladja on reception very kindly moved me to a lovely family room with a proper bed (the previous 2 rooms did not have divan beds are creaked every time I moved), with a lovely sea view and balcony so I could dry my things. The economy rooms had very little light as they had small windows and no balcony. If you book an economy room, be aware that they are extremely basic and small with limited amenities. The WiFi only worked at reception and pool area and not in the rooms I was given. The family room was a good size with 2 bunks and a queen bed, but the hot water would only last for 1 short shower and for a family this might pose a problem. There are no coffee/tea making facilities in rooms but there was a fridge. The pool area is lovely and bar staff are friendly and accommodating. The views at the front of the hotel higher up in the property are stunning. The reception staff were friendly and booked taxis for me and provided lots of information when I needed it. There was a varied continental breakfast with some hot options (fried eggs/omellete) and some hot continental style sausages, but if you're a UK traveller do not expect bacon etc. There was a large variety of cold meats, cheeses, fresh fruit, pastries etc and local dishes available, however and a coffee machine with lots of options.

The WiFi was limited in the hotel and would not work in the bedrooms I had. The wall sockets were hanging off in one of the rooms so I was reluctant to plug things into one of them. Hot water from tank in bathroom is limited. Fridge would kick in at night and was very noisy so had to be unplugged. The family room did not have any hanging space for clothes only drawers and a cupboard and probably not enough for a family of 4. The cupboard was also not fixed to the wall so I'd be wary if children were using it as it was a tall unit which moved completely when you opened it. The safe was not fixed in cupboard (screws were there so maybe not finished) so could be picked up as it was not a heavy type, so I did not use this. The room was not cleaned regularly, only once whilst I was there after I requested it and I got fresh towels and bin changed but floors were not cleaned, which do get messy after beach trips etc. I was given toilet rolls on request. There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms, if you're expecting that like we have in the UK. I was very happy with the final room I was given and appreciated being moved as I had booked the economy room, but be aware that economy in the UK and here are very different. If I was being picky I'd say rooms need full length mirrors, hanging space, better hot water tanks, better WiFi availability, black out curtains (it's very bright in the mornings if you are a light sleeper) and some general finishing off of rooms such a fixing the furniture properly to make safe and more appealing. Health and safety standards in the UK is very different to Montenegro so be aware of this.

Kudos to the chef, the food was excellent! Dinner and breakfast is very delicious. Very cleaning room and kind staff in the reception.Great view of the sea and night cruisers from the balcony. Decent place to book on very short notice

College dorm room but worse

Air conditioner did not work - just blew warm air - room had a window that opening up into a crawl space with no screen - so leaving the small window open wondering what bugs or worse might find their way in was not an option

1 Night Stay

Really nice pool area with reasonable drink prices and there's a walk way down to the beach which is about a 3 minute walk! The beach was lovely, not too over crowded and crystal clear water. We were up early to get a taxi to the airport so missed breakfast but the hotel made us some sandwiches which was a nice touch

The size of our double room was very small we were only staying for 1 night any longer it would have been a squeeze! The hotel isn't very close to the main town of Herceg Novi it cost us 8 euros from the bus station.

A really lovely place to stay!

The room was a two bedroom suite. It had one king and two twins. The living area had a couch and chairs, microwave, refrigerator, and a lockable safe. The flooring was a laminate hardware. It was a nice bonus. The pool was beautiful and clean. The pool bar and dining area was perfect for relaxation and meals. The breakfast provided a great variety of food. Dinner could be ordered at the poolside. We ate at dinner a few times. The food prepared was amazing. You can't go wrong with meals there.
