Utterly charming little guesthouse right on the waterfront. We started our days with a swim off the jetty opposite, then a powerful shower in the spotlessly clean brand new en-suite bathroom, before sitting down to a delicious breakfast in the shade of their terrace, watching the locals stake out their towels & deckchairs for the day. Boat trips to the blue cave and Zanicav beach stop right at the jetty, or it’s a stunning 45 minute drive around the winding bay to Perast and Kotor. Very comfortable beds, aircon which was a godsend this august. The location is brilliant - you are right in the authentic heart of how Montenegrins holiday, but turn right and walk 300m up the coast and you’re in the global luxury resort of Portonovi with its marina full of super yachts. Stefan and his family looked after us with such warmth and kindness - we wished we could have stayed longer than 3 days.
