We liked hotel, but improvements in food quality and family-friendly facilities would elevate exp.

We stayed at Carine Hotel Kumbor Superior for 3 days and overall had a pleasant experience. Our room was excellent – spacious, very comfortable, with a fantastic view and two bathrooms, which was a big plus.

However, the all-inclusive food left much to be desired. The quality of ingredients was quite low, and the options became repetitive very quickly, especially at breakfast. After a day or two, it was difficult to find something enjoyable to eat. Another downside was the lack of amenities for children. Despite many families staying at the hotel, there was no dedicated playroom or space for kids. The indoor pool connects to the outdoor area, but unfortunately, the water wasn't heated, which made it less enjoyable.

Quiet Hotel with private beach but food needs to be improved

The staff were nice and hotel sets at a quiet place with private beach front where you can enjoy amazing views. There are shops nearby and Portonovi just 15 mins walk where you can find nice restaurants and shops.

The food was very basic and not much choice. all fuzz drinks were too sugary, ended up having water most of the time. Need to pay extra money on proper coffee and cocktails. Not much entertainment going on.

Bad

Wrote to property few times and wrote to booking as well to change my date of arrival since my kids were sick. Booking informed me that property never replied to booking. Very unprofesional.

Delay in check-in for one room and they did not take into account our request for a room with 2 separate beds as it was previously requested in the booking.

Beach was very nice. View from the room was amazing. Hotel was clean. Great job for Ljubo the waiter and older waiter at hotel bar.

Staff is awful. Lack of staff in general. Nobody to welcome you or to take bags to the room. Nemanja was so rude. He would constantly chase kids out of the inside pool area and make them leave because inside pool is above the restaurant...Beach only had 1 waiter. Restaurant also had only 2 servers. Ljubo was awsome and polite. General issue with this hotel is that they do lack trained staff. 1 cleaning lady per couple of floors. No toilet at the beach so you have to go wet inside the lobby to use the toilet. No trash bins in lady toilets at the lobby. No music on the beach or pool area. Another dislike is that hotel does not sell ice cream for the kids. You have to walk outside the hotel area and go to Idea store to purchase icecream. Room coffee pods and sugar were not restocked at all. We were not notifed that rooftop bar was closed due to fire hazard that happend couple weeks ago. Same issue with the Spa that is located next to the bar. Left side of the hotel smells terrible due to the septic issues that Kumbor in general has. Food was very poor comparing to the other hotels that we stayed in in Montenegro. This hotel needs new management ASAP

There were small mistakes, but we had a pleasant holiday at the hotel.

The hotel is in a wonderful location. Positives are the private parking lot and beach, the pools can be used well. The hotel is very nice and modern. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is kind and helpful.

Breakfast and dinner were not varied, they were the same every day. The food was tasteless. The cleaning lady scattered. Sometimes she didn't change the towels or left the trash. According to the hotel's confirmation, we can to check out by 11 a.m., but the cleaning lady wanted to send us out of the room before 10 a.m.

From the confirmation of the booking we had check-out at 11 o'clock , but we were told that we had to leave hotel at 10 o'clock.

The hotel staff were really helpfull and kind. Everything was very clean and all the necesities were there. Beautiful view and location. Breakfast was delicius

The AC in the room is weak, its central and u can adjust temperature... I wouldnt recommend the restorant, it doesnt have a good selection outside breakfast hours.. The Spa Centre didn't work as well

I visited 1st of june and the hotel seemed empty, almost no staff. We could not order room service since the bar was closed and we could also not order snacks at the beach since the restaurants were closed.

.We got wrong room, had to wait 4 hours before management came to sort the problem. Not great with 30'C heat. But thanks for champagne later. Manager and barman were the only ones to speak English, girls in reception didn't give a deem. Staff is not the best...
