Great spot

Sky Apartment was a great stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean with a beautiful view. The beach in front of the hotel is lovely.

The only issue is that there’s no proper footpath to access the hotel, so crossing through the beach doesn’t feel very safe.

The outlook from room 1 was lovely. The staff were so kind and helpful. The breakfast was brilliant.

Unfortunately the busy road outside spoiled any walking we did outside the apartments.

A wonderful stay in Zelenika

We stayed for just one night, but it was truly excellent. Since we arrived late in the evening, our host Petar kindly offered us a late check-out. The staff were generous and friendly, making us feel very welcome. The room was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Breakfast exceeded our expectations, and the view from the rooftop was absolutely stunning. Highly recommended!

Perfect choice

The SkyView apartments are fabulous! Everything was great - the staff, the cleanliness, the location, and the food. The view is stunning and the room is very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our one-night stay, and we look forward to coming again! Thank you guys <3

Excellent apartments. Nice decorated, maintained, clean and with AC. The room that we stayed in had the most amazing sea view. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Brilliant view from the window

The view from the property is exceptional. It was very pleasant to have breakfast on the rooftop terrace. Just a few steps from the beach. We tested evening meals, and I recommend having dinner at SkyView apartments with a wonderful view, Pizza is wonderful (very tasty dough, by the way all bread in Montenegro is very tasty), also local fish and chips is perfect. We liked everything, the apartment was clean and cosy. We even had swings on our balcony where our kid spent his time. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly. Thank you very much.

Our favourite stay in Kotor Bay, perfect rooftop restaurant hotel opposite beach!

The apartments were very clean and new. The pool area was a wonderful relaxing spot. We loved the beach opposite and spent our day there. Our favourite part of our experience was sitting out on the roof terrace at night over looking the bay. The roof terrace restaurant was such a relaxing space and the host and chef were so personable and took great care of me, my sister and parents. We drank wine and eat fresh pizza and salad. We loved the attention that was given to us, great care from the hosts and chef to ensure we had a relaxing night. The breakfast was also so fresh with ex optional choice, our favourite for choice of our travels! This was our favourite spot in the four hotels we stayed in across Kotor Bay. The beach (with beach towel provided!), the hotel, pool and exceptional customer service made this a wonderful stay. The rooms also provided a balcony over looking the ocean, we really could not ask for more! Such value for money with a beautiful personable vibe!

There just needs to be a bigger sign from the accommodation as you drive along the road. But I think this is easily remedied, other than that it was exceptional!! Thank you so much!

Superb

The staff was friendly, everyone try to help us, they also helped us with laundry for free, it was really nice of them. The view from the room is incredible, we used our balcony every day. The room has everything you need, also we requested the iron and got it, it was great. There was no daily cleaning, but when we asked the staff about it, they did it, thanks a lot.

It would be great to add fruits or maybe homemade bakery for the breakfast. It would be great to add hooks for towels in the bathroom and a place to dry swimsuits on the balcony with clothespins.

Friendly and helpful staff, modern newly built building.

The room was quite small (12 s.m.), there weren’t any hooks to place the towels. During the night one can hear the noise from the pipes of the upper neighbor using the bathroom.

The room is nice and the view is amazing. The beach across from the hotel is very nice. The host is very welcoming and accommodating.

Nothing really important but we would've appreciated a more comfortable pillows and an extra bed cover. Because we were with 2 kids, the stairs were a bit much for us. Otherwise all is good.

Overall everything went well and we had good times

The staff in restaurant was amazing! Super helpful and kind. Our room was modern and clean. Thanks to the restaurant staff. The building was really stylishly decorated and the details were carefully planned. Breakfast on the roof was a great experience. The small but clean swimming pool was a nice addition to the accommodation.

Girl at reception didn’t speak english at all so communication was a bit challenging. There was no blanket in the room, just a sheet. Fortunately, we got a thin blanket when we asked for an extra blanket. It didn't bother us that the rooms were really close together, but the soundproofing could have been better. The noise started after 7am in the morning and some customers did’nt respect others and made a loud noise. Our room was below the breakfast room which was definitely one of the loudest rooms.

We are really happy that we've chosen SkyView, everything from the apartment, view, breakfast to the restaurant was perfect. The property stands out from the rest of apartments in the neighborhood, because of its modern architecture and location - the highest point of this area, which makes the view from your room just amazing. Every single member of the staff is helpful and do their best in order to make your stay comfortable. Congratulations for the owners :)

Very pleasent stay!

Very modern, stylish and big rooms, everything super clean! The sofa bed was even a double bed, which was great. Loved the view of the bay and the beach from our balcony. Great hot and cold breakfast on the rooftop terrace – had also extremely good homemade pizza there one night. Very friendly team.

Good

Bed was comfortable. Air conditioning was working well. The breakfast was diverse and tasty. The building is new and looks contemporary. The rooftop view was amazing. The receptionist was attentive.

The general impression about the property was ok. The first negative experience was from the neighbourhood. The hotel is second in line from a street that is very frequent( 5-9 August) and there is no sidewalk or crosswalk. This is especially important when you are with a dog and there is no possibility to walk in any direction. I assume that other rooms were better, but room 106 ( pool view ) was narrow and very noisy from the pool guests. The terrace is 1m2 and can fit 1 person only ( not child or dog because the handrails don't fit agains the wall ant there is gap). The shower drain was clogged and water was accumulating in the shower. The position of the toilet is odd and if you are taller than 178cm your legs will bump into the sink. The first night we decide to have dinner in the rooftop restaurant( wonderful view). The main course was ok but the salad Caprese was with yellow cheese instead of mozzarella and no basil.

The stay at SkyView apartmen was excellent. Everything was more than perfect, accommodation, service, location and of course, the view. If you ever decide to visit them, you should try some of the specialties they offer for dinner. Pizza is no.1

Great stay with beautiful beaches and great restaurants right outside your door step.

Peter and his team were awesome host. They were very attentive to our needs. The breakfast at there rooftop restaurant was phenomenal definitely gourmet. There are also nearby restaurants within walking distance. I don't think we ever had a bad meal during our stay there. Across the street is an awesome beach with a beach bar. Some of the prettiest swimming waters we have experienced. This is a hidden gem in such a beautiful country - Montenegro.

The location is great, close to Herceg Novi, Igalo, Portonovi... The apartments and the owners as well as everyone working at SkyView apartments are trully great. The place is new, the breakfast was great, we thank everyone for great hospitality!!!!
