The best thing about the hotel it’s the location, it’s only 2 mins walk away from Lazure Hotel marina, restaurants, cafe and there you can walk all the way to Herceg Novi town centre by the sea which is a beautiful scenic walk with lots of beaches and places to eat and shop. Behind the hotel by the main road it’s not so nice but there is a Voli (supermarket) just next to it which is convenient if you need to buy something. The man at the reception was very nice as well and they arranged a return transfer from Dubrovnik airport for me. Overall I understand that beginning of October is low season for them (there was also no breakfast available) so maybe in summer the experience would have been even better.
Although the hotel management helped me with my airport transfers, they had issues with communication so they weren’t replying any of my messages but then apologised when I arrived. The transfer company then had to contact me for details became the hotel wasn’t getting back to them either. The room was nice but not spotless clean. The shower drain in my room was a bit clogged and the hot water took ages to come on. I also would have appreciated some spare toilet roll…

Location, secure new building, friendly staff, breakfast, and free parking.
The bathroom was only accessible through the secondary bedroom, which made it very inconvenient to use as anyone sleeping there would get disturbed.

The location is really good, as well as the size of the apartment. It is clean and comfortable.
Considering that we stayed during February, the air conditioning was not able to properly heat the apartment.
Additionally, during the three days of our stay, we did not have hot water to shower, which is unacceptable. The jacuzzi was also unable to heat the water, so we could not use it, even though we specifically booked the apartment because of it – which was very disappointing.
The TV channels were not available either, so we were unable to watch television.
The only positive aspect is that we requested a partial refund and received 50 euros back without any discussion or issues.
