Average, I expected much more.

The location is really good, as well as the size of the apartment. It is clean and comfortable.

Considering that we stayed during February, the air conditioning was not able to properly heat the apartment. Additionally, during the three days of our stay, we did not have hot water to shower, which is unacceptable. The jacuzzi was also unable to heat the water, so we could not use it, even though we specifically booked the apartment because of it – which was very disappointing. The TV channels were not available either, so we were unable to watch television. The only positive aspect is that we requested a partial refund and received 50 euros back without any discussion or issues.

Ok for a short stay

The best thing about the hotel it’s the location, it’s only 2 mins walk away from Lazure Hotel marina, restaurants, cafe and there you can walk all the way to Herceg Novi town centre by the sea which is a beautiful scenic walk with lots of beaches and places to eat and shop. Behind the hotel by the main road it’s not so nice but there is a Voli (supermarket) just next to it which is convenient if you need to buy something. The man at the reception was very nice as well and they arranged a return transfer from Dubrovnik airport for me. Overall I understand that beginning of October is low season for them (there was also no breakfast available) so maybe in summer the experience would have been even better.

Although the hotel management helped me with my airport transfers, they had issues with communication so they weren’t replying any of my messages but then apologised when I arrived. The transfer company then had to contact me for details became the hotel wasn’t getting back to them either. The room was nice but not spotless clean. The shower drain in my room was a bit clogged and the hot water took ages to come on. I also would have appreciated some spare toilet roll…

Great stay in Herveg Novi.

Location, secure new building, friendly staff, breakfast, and free parking.

The bathroom was only accessible through the secondary bedroom, which made it very inconvenient to use as anyone sleeping there would get disturbed.

Overall, our stay was unpleasant due to lack of housekeeping and staff was very distant and not very welcoming

Close to the beach, easy to find, and room was a decent size for family of 4 (2 children)

Housekeeping only came once during a week long stay. Bedding was changed only once. Vacuum/floors only cleaned one time. Towels were brought twice. Toilet paper was not brought and we had to ask for more. Half of the trash cans were left in the room and we took it upon ourselves to take a bag of trash outside every single night. When checking out, the receptionist didn’t ask us how our stay was, didn’t welcome us back, didn’t show any appreciation for staying in their hotel. Very unfriendly vibes all around.

Service, staff was so decent, helpful and friendly.. They introduced Montenegro to us in a very good way.. And I'd like to thank all of them foe their sweet hospitality, specially Ajna, antoninna, dunja, jelena, alex.. Thanks guys ❤️

We had a really nice time at hotel Maksim in Meljine, would recommend it.

Breakfast was nice, quality ingredients, but not so many varieties and a bit smaller amounts of food brought and regularly restored, which is understandable since it's a pretty small hotel. Dinner which is not included, but was offered with some discount is really amazing, best sea food we had on our whole trip. Hotel was very clean and well conditioned.

The only unfortunate thing, was that from the images i understood that the room has a balcony with a sea view, but a huge building is being constructed in front of the hotel which is completely destroying the view. However, hotel stuff was so nice and offered us some free trips and mini bar to make up for the misunderstanding.

Beaches are 3 minutes walking distance. The hotel is SUPER CLEAN, literally spotless and everything is brand new so the rooms are incredible from the beds to the toilet etc. Very very good little hotel with a GREAT BREAKFEST
