Spacious and clean room; very good air conditioner and large curtains; two elevators always available (one large and one normal); no waiting time or queues; friendly, smiling and supportive staff with good English (including the cleaning staff); very close to the beach (5 min) and bakery (3 min); at ground floor there are available supermarket and coffee place; free parking.

Situated on the main road with lots of traffic, but the windows isolate the noise very well. Since the accommodation is located inside a business center building, very large windows which can make the room quite hot in the summer without air conditioning and curtains.

Our stay at Hotel Centar Novi was absolutely exceptional. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived until the day we left. The hotel is modern, spotlessly clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location. What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was the incredible staff. Every single member of the team was kind, professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. During our stay, we had an unexpected problem with our rental car because of a flat tyre. The hotel staff immediately came to pick us up, making sure we got back safely. The following morning, they had already arranged everything, and the car was waiting for us. Even more amazingly, they refused any payment for their help. This level of kindness and generosity is something we will never forget. Travelling with my partner, who uses a wheelchair, we also greatly appreciated the care, respect, and attention shown to us throughout our stay. We have travelled to many countries and stayed in many hotels, but the hospitality we experienced at Hotel Centar Novi was among the very best. It wasn't just excellent service—it was genuine kindness. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special. We hope to return one day and will recommend Hotel Centar Novi to everyone visiting Herceg Novi.

Everything was perfect

The hotel was very clean and the staff were amazing. The room size was brilliant and it’s within walking distance to shops and a beautiful marina.

Staff couldn't be more polite and helpful. Room was spotless and comfortable.

Rooms with mountain view are a little bit quieter There is minor roads noise on the front facing rooms, but it's not intrusive and the view is better.
