Nice hotel, best enjoyed during the season when all facilities are open.

The hotel is located in a very quiet area with beautiful views from the balcony. The beds are comfortable and the place is clean. However, the access road is long and winding. This hotel is best suited for stays during the season when you can use the pool and the restaurant, but outside the season, it feels quite isolated with no dining options on site. The nearest shop and one restaurant are a 15-minute drive away. We stayed in the second half of October, so it was already off-season, meaning both the two nearby restaurants and the hotel restaurant were closed, so we had to drive every day to find somewhere to eat. Staying one or two nights off-season is fine, but longer stays mean spending a lot of time driving around because there is little to do nearby.

Lack of meal options. I think that since the hotel is still open outside the season, there should be access to some kind of kitchen where at least breakfast can be prepared. In the room, there is only a kettle and cups for tea. Although there is a small fridge, there are no plates or cutlery, so preparing a meal is difficult. It would be useful to have a table and chairs or an armchair in the room, because now you have to sit on the bed while drinking tea or coffee.

Great views from a modern property.

It was comfortable and the views were amazing . It was secluded and had a nice access to beach. The couch was very comfortable, the layout of the room was well thought out. The terrace had amazing views.

It felt like certain things were not finished: there was nowhere to hang or place towels in the bathroom.

Luxurious peaceful stay with island lifestyle.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful location, just missing some finishing touches.

Amazing views in a beautiful, quiet location. Comfy bed, spacious room and lovely balcony. Kettle and fridge provided but no tea/coffee, wine glasses and bottle opener were a nice touch to enjoy with the view.

Bathroom drains smelly, floor and shower need deep clean of grout, corners and seals. Shower head rail/bracket broken so would not stay up and had to use as handheld, water also sprayed all over bathroom causing puddles. Room missing a desk/dressing table area.

A great hotel, above the sea, with a really wonderful view over the bay. The room and the bathroom were modern, clean and spacious. The pool is clean and the terrace with sun-beds has the same wonderful sea view. A supermarket and a couple of restaurants are located nearby, along the seashores. There is a great pebble beach not far away from the hotel (10 minutes walk from the room), where you can rent sun-beds and umbrellas or where you can stay on your towels, for free. The village is peaceful and quiet and it’s a great place to connect with nature and with your soul.

Incredible location and helpful staff.

The location was incredible - the view and the small village of Rose tucked at the end of the peninsula. It was so calming to listen to the harbour below and the water and have such an expansive view around the bay. Amazing.

For it to be really exceptional a bit more attention to the decor and finishing touches. But it didn’t negatively impact my stay at all.

Amazing views and sunsets and a good place to switch off entirely.

The views are stunning!

Rooms are okay, but could be more functional/charming (no shower curtain). Dinner options are super limited in the area (especially for vegetarians; there is pizza at the hotel or 3 restaurants in the marina, one of which is high-end, one not welcoming tourists- leaving only one remaining)

Quiet and front beach place, with a pool. Stairs all the way

Everything else was very good. I even could manage to charge my electric car, with the pleasant help of the staff/owner.

You have to climb and descend stairs to the car, to the pool, to the beach. Since I have a bad knee, this was not good,

Really nice view , and hotel close to couple of amazing beaches. The structure is clean and well organized . To reach the beach side there are around 100 stairs :)

The bathroom is not functional - the shower is “open” , which means a lot of water will splash in the bathroom itself and there is no space to lay any of your staff.

Location and views

There was only one coffee cup, and no teaspoons. It doesn’t feel like any love and attention to detail is put into the space. The basin looks as though it had been broken before being installed and was patched up and installed anyway. The towels are all different. The hotel just lacks finesse in every sense.

Great views but bad plumbing and many stairs

The views over the bay are amazing Terrace is spacious and big with a clean pool. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good, could have a bit more choice for a 4 star rated hotel.

Stench coming from the shower drain is unbearable. Even with the bathroom door closed and aircon on night mode, it woke me up and I had to open the balcony door and the room front door to get fresh air in. Please fix this!! Stairs and more stairs

The room was spacious and the interior was very nice. The beach was nearby and the pool looked nice, although we did not make use of it.

A very basic hotel quite far from Tivat

We did not like this hotel very much at all. We were happy to leave after one night!

We really didn't like this hotel. It is quite far from Tivat and really high up from the beach. You need to walk down lots and lots of steps to get to the nearest beach. It was so hot that this walk up and down was exhausting! The hotel also doesn't offer breakfast and again, you need to walk down lots of steps to get to a cafe... the location was terrible for us!

Hotel with magnificent sea view

The room had a beautiful view, and the pool area offered a lovely space to relax and sit around.

There was no TV in the room, and there are quite a few stairs to reach the beach and swimming area.

Wonderful Stay at Agape

We enjoyed the stay, the service was great very welcoming and catering. It’s such a nice get away place just away from fast paced life, so relaxing with beautiful views. Really enjoyed it!

I truly enjoyed my stay, with a spectacular view, a relaxing atmosphere, and a wonderful staff.

The location is spectacular, tucked in the hills of Rose, overlooking the entire bay. The room is spacious with a terrace overlooking the bay. We loved the pool on the large terrace with the view of the mountains and the sea. The hotel is run by a wonderful and welcoming family, always ready to help.

This is a brand-new hotel, so the rooms don't have WiFi (yet).
