Good hotel for a night or two

Bed was comfortable and staff was nice - probably the hotel is nicer in summer when rooftop terrace and wellness area are open.

The room smelled like smoke and we couldn't really get rid of the smell.

Hotel of Hell ...

The fact that now I know where is the Hotel of Hell.

The reception staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. At check-in, they insisted on keeping our passports, promising to deliver them to our room shortly. Not only did they fail to deliver them, but at check-out, they also neglected to return them, something I only realised after a six-hour drive when reaching the border. What followed was a nightmare. The hotel ignored our situation and refused to cooperate in retrieving our passports. We ended up stranded in another country for two days and had to pay for a face-to-face courier, as the hotel refused to send them by DHL. To make matters worse, Booking.com’s so-called Genius 3 customer service only added to the mess instead of facilitating a solution. This has been the most unprofessional and stressful experience I’ve ever had while travelling. Never again will I stay at this “Hotel of Hell” or book anything through Booking.com.

Location good. Hotel average. Breakfast was between 8 and 10. But before 10 am staff started to clear away the buffet and I was told it was too late for coffee.

In short, our stay was frustrating, disappointing, and far below the standard we expected.

We specifically booked a room with three large beds, even though we are a group of four, because we valued the extra space and comfort. However, upon check-in, we were only provided a room with two beds, and when I raised this issue at the front desk, I was told that because we are “only four people,” the hotel decided to give us a smaller room. This is completely unacceptable. Moreover, the room itself was far from satisfactory. There was only one mug, two glasses, and the tea bags were scattered and disorganized, as if the room had not been properly prepared. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, making it nearly impossible to get any rest. The door lock was also broken and could not be used, which raised safety concerns. In short, our stay was frustrating, disappointing, and far below the standard we expected.

Extraordinary experience in Montenegro riviera

First of all, the receptionists were great, especially Tatjana. The restaurant staff was great and the food was exceptional, Michelin star standards. They all made my stay in Herceg-Novi very special.

Staff at reception was great. Large room with comfy beds and modern lighting but the carpets were very old and dirty and need to be replaced. Location directly on the road but within very short walk from the seaside promenade leading to Hercog Novi.

Spa wellness area was the main reason I chose this hotel but it wasn't worth the promise. The only item working was a lukewarm sauna and a cold salt room. I would not call it a wellness and spa unless they make it a full facility with steam room and all other items working.

Restauran was very good, food also, and tha staff.

The room was not cleaned properly before our check in. Hygiene was not on expected level. Spa was working only till 4th January. Indore pool doesn't exist. There are only two saunas in function and that is it. If you are choosing this hotel because of the "spa" in the name, you will be disappointed.

Our expectations were not satisfied. You're paying much more than you get. Maybe for a work trip, it can be okay.

Our expectations were not satisfied. Breakfast was not good, the cleanliness was not the best and the room had an unpleasant smell due to the kitchen drains. They don't vacuum the room a daily. Management and reception were extremely irresponsible. We complained about all the things, but we did not get any response, nor did any of them get back to us. We came to rest and use the entire spa center, but they closed everything except one sauna without any convenient hospitality.

this is not a spa hotel

great super friendly staff

My main disappointment is that the hotel is positioned as a spa center, but in fact only a very small sauna and a salt room are available to guests. This is not a spa. This hotel is good if you are not going to visit the spa. There is also very poor ventilation in the gym. Also the first room I was placed in was bad. There were no things there at all (slippers, bathrobe, bathroom cosmetics). 4 stars really? :) The phone wasn't working, so I couldn't call the front desk. I booked a room with a view and the windows overlooked the backyard with garbage. The staff changed the room at my request, but it made a bad impression. Now it's not the height of the season in this region, and the hotel was almost empty, so I can't understand why these problems with the room could arise.

Overall it was ok, nothing critical - The room is very spacious - Breakfast is ok - Part of the staff is very good - Good gym - Parking

- The pool on the roof is too small and the water is not so clean - In the SPA Turkish sauna did not work and a jacuzzi would be a good addition - The view on the other side is not very pretty (the old hotel on the other side)
