Went for our honeymoon and it exceeded expectations in every way. The pool and sauna are amazing. The whole building is gorgeous and the rooms are luxury

Very good hotel with reasonable price.

My flight out of Slovenia was cancelled and I had a difficult time getting a hold of the hotel to let them know this and they told me I had to go through my booking agency or the entire three days would be cancelled even though I paid. I did get a hold of booking agency and they assisted.
The first night my air conditioner broke down so awoke hot in the middle of the night. The steam room was not working and that was a big reason I booked. I was able to get air Serbia to change my departure and thus I checked out of this hotel and moved to another city into a hotel that I am much happier with. It is a 4 star hotel
And much nicer than the 5 star that this place claims to be.
