Barka B'n'B - Elegant Seaview Rooms

All overall, our stay in this property was very pleasant and relaxing; the beach is just walk away and we had our sun loungers and parasol right in the first row. Breakfast was lovely, although we're not particularly picky. The coffee was excellent, and it was lovely having breakfast outside enjoying the view of the sea. During breakfast, the restaurant is reserved for guests staying at the property, so it was really relaxing and quiet without many other people around.

There was nothing that we particularly disliked. The only minor issue: the parking was a little difficult to find, and we had a small misunderstanding with the owner's older son about the directions. I understood his reaction to my question, it may have seemed a little unfriendly at first, but I know it was not meant that way because I am originally from the area and I understand the local way of communicating... but, this can easily be perceived negatively by other guests... The TV in our room wasn't working on the first day, which was a little inconvenient for my husband as the Soccer World Cup was going on.. we really appreciated how quickly the owner took care of the issue the very next day.

We arrived early in the morning, well before check-in, and the hosts welcomed us with such warmth and genuine hospitality. Even though it was still too early for check-in, they offered us breakfast and drinks and kindly let us use the beach loungers while our room was being prepared. Barka is a family-run place where you can truly feel the care and love the owners put into what they do. They treat their guests with such kindness and friendliness that you immediately feel at home. As for the place itself, it is simply beautiful. The rooms are stunning, modern, and exceptionally well designed, with so many unique details that you won’t find anything quite like them elsewhere. Everything is thoughtfully arranged and fully equipped. There is also a private beach with comfortable loungers, making the whole experience even more relaxing. Breakfast was fresh and beautifully served, with delicious homemade olives grown right in the restaurant’s own garden. Honestly, we have never experienced such a warm and welcoming reception anywhere we have stayed before. Everything was perfect, from the hospitality to the rooms, the beach, and the food. We highly recommend Barka to everyone — we would gladly come back again!

Lovely, modern rooms. Comfy beds. Nice food at the restaurant. Plenty of parking. Own sun loungers on the beach front and a nice evening stroll along the seafront to more bars and restaurants.

There was a kettle and fridge in the room so some tea/coffee and milk should be provided

We booked a room with a 'side-sea view' The view was better than expected. The room was beautiful - the bed super comfy . The inclusive breakfast platter was outstanding - highly recommended.
