Amazing sea side hotel with the friendliest staff 🤗

It was in a serene location by the sea. There are lots of free parking. They had amazingly friendly staff, from the reception to the cafe. They made our stay worth it.

The buffet had few foods to pick from, and very few intercontinental dishes. We had to go out to look for food after paying for all inclusive package. The gym was just a single room with few equipment.

Fantastic Week in Bijela!

We had a wonderful experience during our one week stay in Bijela this October. The food was amazing, such a great variety and delicious options every time! The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, and we want to give a special mention to Miki and Jiridon, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Everything from the atmosphere to the service made our trip so enjoyable. We’ll surely be coming back next year, already looking forward to it!

Best beach Ive been so far.

The room was spacious, we used the hotel parking. Enetertainment provided every day mainly for french people but it was still good. (Potoon, beach games, dance, streching and relaxing joga on the rooftop etc) Food was excellent and tasty, their pizza is fabulous. The staff was super nice, and the hotel provides tours, I recomend it. If you prefer to go yourself, rent a scooter, the roads are exteemly narrow, ferry from Kamanari only 5€ for a pickup. We been there in September, weather and see still warm but no crawd.

Only one thing, if you dont like air conditioning overnight, pay the extra fee for the beach front room, because the mountain side is the main road and very loud, cant sleep with the window open! Other than that everything is just perfect. Oh, and we turned the bed over because it was too soft, and thebother side was okay (but we start with this in every hotel,also drop the plastic cover)

Not recommend.

Bad service at the beach bar. Unprofessional behavior of the staff there, as well as the animation team. They work for French tourists only. Bad smell in the hotel. Food isn’t ok also.

Everything. There are not enough words to describe the comfort of our stay. The location was perfect and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We will be returning to this place again!

If you need a budget friendly getaway this is your place.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. We didn’t have a bad experience with anyone who worked there. It was very clean and the food was plentiful. They had a lot of fresh fruit and veggies if you don’t want heavier foods. They did mark if foods were gluten free for people with any issues. The beer was also cold and good.

I didn’t care for the free alcohol. The mixed drinks were made by a machine and not by hand. As soon as we stepped in to the hotel/resort I realized it was not what thought I booked at all. It was not plush or posh at all. It is very basic and plan. The room was always warm. They did try to fix that but it was never really resolved. The place smelt like a hospital or a kids daycare as soon as we walked in. I went and bought a plug in for the room to help with that the smell. The bathroom was very basic. It looked more like a basic kids locker room and not a hotel bathroom. There is zero privacy. There was only a sheet on the bed. I’m guessing because the place never really gets cool enough to have a blanket. I personally would not stay again or recommend anyone stay here but if you are on a budget and need a getaway this is an option.

Great stay with the kids for a few days.

The indoor pool was warm enough to swim and be comfortable for a long period of time, the kids loved it so much. The staff in the eating area was so friendly and helpful with the kids. They loved to make them laugh during meal times. The food was pretty good, with a decent amount of variety between the meals and the days. The beds were so comfortable and my kids loved the bunk bed. The room was also extremely spacious. They have paid parking in a garage but in April we were easily able to park across the street for free.

There isn't that much to do within walking distance. the beach was not like you see in the images on booking. The only complaint we had about the food was that there could have been more variety of fruit available. The floor in the indoor pool is very dangerous because it's like a foot pool to walk in. They need to find a way to get the water to drain so people do not slip and fall like my kids did while walking slowly multiple times. :( Do not lose your room key because they will charge you 10 euros for a piece of plastic. We were also bummed there were no beach chairs or umbrellas for our stay.

The view, the food the staff everything was on point. I never met such a pleasant and accommodating staff. Even the cook was checking in on us and making recommendations which was amazing to see. The receptionist made sure we have all of the information we need.

The bathroom doesn't provide the privacy and doesn't really accomodate for persons of Islamic religion such as having a small showers where the toilet is but that's expected

Location is one of the best. Everyone are very nice. Quality of food it’s on good level, especially handmade products! Staff are very friendly, especially blonde girl at reception!

It’s all inclusive, but for my experience it’s low budget. Materials are cheap, towels are cheap, instead ceramic tiles on the wall there is vinyl tiles, you can see that owner wanted to make hotel for small budget.

Our experience at Carine Hotel Park was far from our expectations. Although we were promised a nice view, the view from our room was terrible - the inside walls and windows of the other rooms. It seemed to be in a prison. The door of the shower and the bathroom was not normal. It had large space in the top and the bottom, which allows the toilet odors to come into the room. The walls of the room are thin and allow hearing the noises and conversations (even the TV) from the other rooms. It was no drinking water in the room. Wi-Fi was very poor. TV and safe did not work. The cleaning of the room was very superficial. The variety and the quality of the food were far from the normal expectations of the four-star hotel. Many times the food was not even fresh and the taste was awful. It was a children's food zone, where you could find the leftovers from the previous mealtime. The service staff was neither friendly nor helpful in the bar, restaurant, in beach area. They did not fulfill many of our requests. Their behviour was vey bad.

Superb place with phenomenal view

The hotel was exceptional by all means, the value for money is great, and the staff was pretty helpful and extremely professional. also loved that all was scheduled on time, the food was abundant, and never stumbled into a dish that was empty.

The pool was a little bit small & not deep enough, I think they're better off offering a pool separate from this one which is fit for kids but somewhat a letdown for adults.
