very warm welcome

The warm and welcome arrival by the staff is something you will not see every day. Felt at ease straight away. They show you everything in the room how it works and guide you through the hotel. The spa is one of the best I have experienced so far on my trip. The room had a beautiful view and was very comfortable. If something was needed they are happy to help you.

Google maps does not give the right location so be careful. The breakfast was not the best but it was nice you could make a choice. The hotel is not very soundproof so when there was a private party it was very loud in the room and that was disappointing especially when it was not mentioned before.

Amazing hotel - our room was perfect & the staff really looked after us during our stay. The breakfast was definitely a highlight! Would love to visit again in the summer months in hope for some better weather. Would definately recommend this hotel for a luxurious break❤️

We stayed at the beginning of October so the roof top bar was closed which was a shame - would loved to have tried this.

Cozy place with great energy

I liked everything about this place. Its very clean and has a great restaurant in the hotel for breakfast and also by the beach. Manja at the reception was a great host. Blazo at the restaurant is amazing waiter and host. Ferry is 2 minutes away to go to Tivat and 20 minutes is Herceg Novi. Perfect location

Amazing Hotel

We had an amazing stay here. The beach restaurant, the room and breakfast all excellent. We loved the indoor pool and sauna. Thank you to all the very kind staff who were on hand to answer all our questions.

The stay started off with real promise and ended in disappointment.

The hotel was charming and intimate, with an excellent location right by the beach and the added bonus of reserving sunbeds. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the staff were generally efficient and courteous. Most of the team were polite and attentive—special recognition to the lady working in the spa, who remained professional despite the less-than-ideal conditions of the room. Outside of the hotel, we visited two local restaurants operated by other companies, where both the food and service were absolutely exemplary—showing what a difference a well-run dining experience can make.

Spa: The spa room was unbearably hot and stuffy with no air conditioning, making it anything but relaxing. I had booked three sessions but cancelled the third as it was simply uncomfortable. Restaurant: The Limoneta restaurant was shocking in terms of service. Despite only two other tables being occupied, it took an hour for our starter to arrive. The menu promised “scallops” yet we were served just one scallop each—at €28. The waiter’s poor attitude and repeated clumsiness made the whole experience feel like a scene from Fawlty Towers. We eventually left before our main course. Follow-up: Although one staff member handled our complaint well and kindly offered us a free lunch with wine, this was never communicated to the morning team. Instead, we were given unwanted fruit and drinks on the beach, and the chips we later ordered never arrived. By then, it felt like we had been labelled as complainers, which ruined the atmosphere for us

Beautiful hotel and stunning scenery but spoilt by too many humans and traffic.

The staff were delightful. The property is very clean and pleasantly furnished and decorated. The breakfast buffet was good. Nice to get a sunbed over the road by the water’s edge.

The room had no mirror other than in the bathroom over the sink - so nowhere to check your clothes. Room number 3 balcony has bad view of the roof of the restaurant- even though I had specifically requested a nice room many months ago when booking. The traffic outside is horrific! Very hard to get anywhere because of it. The taxi from Tivat airport (7km) cost 140 euros return!!! Buses run very cheaply but are so slow because of congestion. The outside pool is only a plunge pool not a full size pool.

A real gem in Boka!

The rooms are beautifully furnished, combining comfort and style. The hotel interior is elegant and welcoming, and the spa was a true highlight. Everything was thoughtfully designed to create a luxurious and enjoyable experience. I would definitely come back. Special thanks to wonderful staff.

Perfect start to our holiday

The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The property was tastefully decorated with some really nice features. The spa was a really peaceful and tranquil place to relax in. We dined in their waterfront restaurant Bocasa for the 3 nights of our stay and were impressed with the attentiveness of all the staff. The breakfast menu was varied and plentiful with some lovely local produce. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and indeed the Casa del Mare chain of hotels if this is the standard they provide.

Excellent hotel, very friendly staff.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were exceptional. We had a few teething problems with other guests, however the staff were very responsive and tried to help in a very positive manner, they went out of their way to make sure we were happy. The spa is small but lovely, it has a small pool, a sauna and a steam room. It is also a nice place just to lie down and read a book. The restaurant on the opposite side of the road on the bay had a beautiful setting. I wasn't too fond of the menu, but that was personal. Breakfast was plentiful with a lot of choice. Our room was big with a very comfortable bed (that was huge), and we had a lovely (side) view of the bay. There is parking available and the hotel is very close to the ferry. You need a car to explore the area, although cabs are available. Perast and Kotor are a must!

There wasn't much to fault about the hotel, but other guests sometimes caused issues that couldn't be helped (for example rowdiness in the spa when you are trying to relax, or smoking on the adjoining balcony which is unpleasant when you don't smoke).

A very special place.

It was a true 5-star experience. The staff was super friendly and provided top-notch service. The location is excellent, and the small, quiet beach is perfect. Also, the breakfast is amazing. We decided to cancel a reservation at another hotel during our trip's last two days and return to this one instead—it was the best possible choice. We would definitely come back.

Amazing from start to finish, great team, great food, great views, wonderful hotel

Wonderful stay! Every single member of staff went above and beyond. My girlfriend and I were celebrating our anniversary, the staff arranged balloons, chocolates, biscuits and champagne in our room whilst we enjoyed the seafront. The hotel itself was beautiful with a good range of facilities, pools, gym and spa with pool, steam room and sauna. There was a rooftop restaurant where you can book meals with a Michelin chef. The restaurant breakfast was delicious with a wide selection including vegan options. The beach is stunning if a little stoney underfoot, you can reserve beds and the restaurant is delicious with a dedicated team who provide excellent service. There are a couple of restaurants nearby and the one next to the hotel had live music from well-known local musicians both nights. The highlight of our trip was the boat tour the hotel kindly organised and the skipper was very knowledgeable of the local area. Cannot recommend staying here highly enough and we will certainly be coming back!

Perfect place to unwind and heal

The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful! the hotel itself was gorgeous. We had the junior exec suite and the views were spectacular. all the spaces, including the breakfast bar and seating/communal were well thought out. The hotel spa is particularly a reason we will be coming back. we will miss the sauna, steam room and pool very much.

There just a tiny few things- we didn’t see a hair dryer in the room we were in. Also, there was no drinking water in the spa. But that is only if pushed to feedback! on the whole, it was perfect.

Here is a small hotel that has considered every detail. From its initial design to the facilities provided it's absolutely top class. Every member of staff is helpful and can support any request a guest might ask. Pool, saunas, relaxing areas, towels, fresh fruit everything is kept ready to enjoy. As we were there during the winter period the in-hotel kitchen was closed but where ever you are in the property the staff will bring you a snack, a drink or a coffee, it just comes from the main hotel restaurant across a not busy road. And there's another highlight, I have experience of the worlds best food and here, that's what you get. Fabulous perfectly cooked and presented meals in a location that offers every table great views down the lake (river, sea - I'm not sure what to call it as it's fresh water but tidal sea!). Very short trip from the airport, hiring a car is a good idea as there are so many places to visit in Montenegro and quite a few within 30 mins of the hotel.
