Viktor Rooms is located a stone's throw from the River Gate of Kotor. It was quite easy to find. There is a kitchen in the hallway to use and the bathroom is located nearby. I thought my room was comfortable. I'm not sure if the cat lives there... there are a lot of cats in Kotor!... but there was a talkative and affectionate black and white cat who accompanied me for dinner and breakfast. The human host was helpful and I was able to pay with a credit card which is not that common in Montenegro.

The place is practically at the old town, few minutes walking from the bus station and 6 minutes walking from the port. Matija also the other guy who received us and the lady who was cleaning the place were very nice! The room was very comfy, air con and mattress were pretty good. We were very welcomed and informations were provided pretty clear. Kitchen was basic but nothing missed for us. We stayed there only one night but was enough to make a good friendship with Matija who is a wonderful person.
To not be able to stay longer ;-)
I had a small problem with the hot/ cold water after midnight. I took shower with cold water but in the following day was normalised. Nothing to worry.

The location is very good, near to Kotor old town and markets. The staff was friendly and the room is clean.
Unfortunately, even though our room was on the second floor, the toilet on the first floor smelled very bad. Even with the window closed, we could still smell the odor.
