Very good value, much closer to the old city than I thought

Amazing value. I was expecting a bare-bones minimum for the price but the room was actually quite charming. The entire place was clean and had basic supplies such as body wash and toilet paper in the bathroom and dish soap in the kitchen.

The bed was too hard for my liking, but not because its old, its just the way it was so I think it just might be my own preference. So no real issues really.

Good value

Nice and comfortable stay. Very well located to old town Kotor and main tourist sites. Very good value (off season prices) The room was clean and well maintained, with access to a shared bathroom and kitchen. Everything was tidy and practical, and the space felt comfortable. A good option for a short stay.

This is a 3 room 1 kitchen 1 bathroom. Kitchen is very small, you probably can not cook a lot there. In winter in a room there is a AC, so ok, but in the kitchen / bathroom it is freezing cold

Good value

The location was very good. 2 minutes walking to the old town. Bakery and supermarket are close by. The room was comfortable enough and good value for the price.

A towel had stains but luckily I had another towel without stains. The bathroom is quite small. The building is a bit old. The room and bathroom can be cleaner. I couldn't close the front door so sometimes it automatically opens and I could hear noise from outside.

Amazing value

The price is fantastic for what you get. A cozy room in the middle of Kotor, close to everything. There is a super friendly cat who hangs out by the door, be sure to give her some tuna to pay tribute 😁

The front door does not lock or fully close, which is a bit unusual for me. But it just goes to show how safe of a town Kotor is, that such things are not a problem here!

Comfortable for a short stay

Location is excellent! 15min walk from the bus station and then takes less than 30seconds to get back into the old town from the accommodation. Bedding was clean and beds were comfortable. Kitchen area was well stocked with cutlery, pans and equipment which was helpful when everywhere was shut for Orthodox Christmas.

Bathrooms were not clean on arrival despite the expectation being for guests to clean after themselves. No one came during our stay to clean the bathrooms or re-stock with toiletries, including toilet paper. Unfortunately other guests left the showers and toilets dirty. Main door to the rooms was to be left unlocked at all times which didn’t feel safe during the night. On 2 occasions (once we were the only guests left staying in the building) someone entered at gone 23:00, used the bathroom then left. Towels were old and stained and floor of the room was relatively dirty.

I was given a room upgrade by the kind and friendly staff which is significantly cleaner and spacious than my original booking. I had a few nights of good sleep. The bathroom is clean and spacious. My booking did not have breakfast option but I did see the delicious spread of breakfast items. It’s also near the old town, just mere 5 mins walk! No weird smell, very nice.

Staircase (just take note if you have limited mobility or heavy luggages). The bathroom though clean and spacious has shower drainage issue. It was draining very slow. But no funky smell. Well I can’t complain too much as I was given a room upgrade with a PRIVATE external access to my toilet/bathroom outside my room.

Showering is a nightmare; it's basically the toilet area made to fit a shower. The water outlet was choked in both bathrooms on the first floor during our stay, and no bath mat was there.

Loud, Uncomfortable, and Far Below Basic Standards

Well located, close to the old town

Very disappointed with our stay. While the accommodation is located as the old town is pretty close, everything else was bad: the beds were bumpy and super uncomfortable, we woke up so tired and that says a lot considering we’re not even picky when it comes to comfort. On top of that, the shared kitchen is directly in front of the room, so from early morning it was impossible to sleep due to constant noise from other guests and the cleaning staff. This place seriously lacks basic standards for a restful stay.

the location was really good close to the city central also the staff was helpful and guided us well. The room included great view at the same time.

the bathroom was really small and the water overflowing when you take a shower, the bunk bad also too small and you cant sit in it and there is no place to change your clothes

Such a good price for what you get. Great to have a private room. Comfy bed. Lots of blankets if needed. Superb location 2 seconds from the old town North Gate entrance — I felt safe as a solo female traveller Good facilities in kitchen and bathroom. Hotel cat was a lovely bonus Special shout out to the cleaning staff. They were so friendly and did the most AMAZING job of keeping the place clean and tidy. Literally, you could shower and 5 minutes later all the water in the shower room was mopped up and it was clean for the next person. Incredible. They do such a good job! Thank you!

Lovely staff. Right next to old town (100m). Close to shops and supermarkets. Bed rooms basic but clean and comfortable. Shared bathrooms very clean and pleasant. Lovely outside area. Small but useful kitchen. Viktor is incredible, thanks for being so welcoming!

Had a wonderful stay here

I stayed at Viktor rooms with my friend 2 nights and we had a lovely time here. The host was extremely helpful and friendly. They all met our needs immediately. The rooms and shared areas were very clean. Great location, only 4 minutes away from the old city in Kotor. I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you for everything! :)

Pleasant stay in Kotor

The location was great, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bathroom was also very clean. It was also easy to get from our room to the old city and back, which really was the most important thing for us. Everything was within walking distance.

Unfortunately we were right across from the kitchen which led us to be woken up early by people in the kitchen. It would sometimes also smell like food from the kitchen in our room.

Very good

Perfect location just outside the old town, 15 minutes walking from the bus station and 5 minutes walking to supermarket, Kotor's beach and port. The shared bathrooms were clean. We could leave our luggage in the common area to enjoy the day in Kotor after checking out, which was nice.

The sound isolation is really bad, we have been woken up by the neighbours coming back. The room was quite small, the beds were not super comfortable, and one window couldn't close properly. The owner doesn't live in the house and the check-in was super quick, not very friendly.
