Memorable stay
Convenient location at walking distance from Old Town with undisturbed surroundings. Was touched by Matija's thoughtful gesture for the packed breakfast as I'd vacated before opening time

Great location in a very busy city!
The location was perfect to get to the old town walled city. About a 5 minute walk away. Having parking was wonderful! Our room was huge with a balcony where we could watch climbers on the mountain and people hiking up to the overlook.
The only downside was there are several flights of stairs, however the owner helped us with our luggage. Breakfast was average.

Great location, spacious private parking (with small fee), very spacious attic room, owner recommended nice local restaurant.
Minor point: the breakfast room is small and silent - it would be nice to have some soft background music.

Close to everything, nice bed and excellent host
It was close to Kotor Old town, fortress hike, good restaurants and amenities. Room was spacious, breakfast area was nice and host was excellent.
However, it was very noisy from metal grates on the road, church bells ringing for long periods in early mornings, garbage collection and proximity to old town can have late night noise (note that we required window open to keep cool)

The location is very good. Breakfast is nice. The room is Ok.
Having a coffee machine in the breakfast room would have been nice. We would preferred the mattress to be firmer.

Kotor Stay near old town
First of all I have to say that the owner was super helpful and polite and he gave us a different/ bigger room than the one we booked because we didn’t like the original room. The location is great literally just 3 walking minutes from old town of Kotor.
Unfortunately the photos are quite misleading and you have to be cautious which room you book. After the upgrade which we still appreciate the stay still felt some what over priced for what it offers but maybe that’s the location or the season or just us.

Great place to stay and explore the old town.
Loved the location and the air con was great in the room. Nice to have some kitchen facilities both in the room and downstairs. Staff was extremely helpful and let us check in really early.
The room was a little dark and didn't have the best view but it was mainly a place to sleep for us. Other than that can't fault it.
