Very close to entrance of old town Kotor . If you don’t mind stairs get top rooms. Manager is quite attentive and available.
Building has no elevator so be mindful that top floor is with stairs but do not get bottom floors that are not as nice as top floor .

Close to old town, very clean, spacious bathroom
Room was a little small for getting ready etc. air con worked but needs looking at as was making a load clunking noise.

Great location, only 2 minutes walk from Kotor old town. The staff were lovely, they arranged a taxi to the airport for us and even gave us croissants to take with us as we left on our last day.
Nothing!

The breakfast was good lovely fresh croissants every morning, fresh bread, salami’s and cheese with fruit and yogurt. The manager was very helpful and so was Marianna the housekeeper. The location of the rooms were excellent very close to town, bars and restaurants
There was a broken shade in the velux which didn’t completely cover the window allowing light in the room very early. Our bedroom access was stairs off the kitchen area which caused a noise issue when setting up for breakfast first thing in the morning
