Beautiful location, quiet at night, helpful and friendly hosts.

The accommodation resides in the middle of the Old Town of Kotor, a medieval castle in the port of one of the most beautiful bays in the world. Upon arrival we were welcomed by Nadja. She and my Turkish brother were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Upon request, we payed €6,- to do our laundry. Nadja took care of that and returned our clothes fresh at our front door. The apartment was spacious, had one double bed in a separate bedroom and a sleeping couch in the living room. There was air conditioning available and when you walk out of the door, you set step in the middle ages and you can find good restaurants and bars on every corner. The apartment was quiet at night and cool throughout the day. Perfect for a couple of days to explore the Old town day and night.

Great location but not comfy!

The location was perfect! Right amidst the old town. But the room was really bad! Very small and smelly! We could not have enough privacy as the window blind did not function properly. Also the wifi did not work in the beginning, although later it worked.

The toilet door did not close! The staff said they did not know when could they fix it! It smelled from the bathroom and the kitchen was not properly equipped!

The room is not clean and it is not the same as the picture. There is other guest's hair on the pillowcase and bedsheet. There is dead spider on the towel. There is no washing machine in the room, despite picture showing washing machine. The bathroom is poorly designed because the toilet is blocked by the sink. The wardrobe is badly designed because the hanger is too high.

Éramos 3 y había un sillón cama muy incómodo. Sentía todas las maderas en la espalda. La nevera estaba sucia y no había ni cubiertos para todos.

Goede ligging, echter niet proper en slecht onderhouden.

Ruim appartement en goede ligging in Om Town Kotor.

Niet proper en slecht onderhouden. Weinig faciliteiten: lege fles zeep, 1 handdoek, etc. De eigenaars verblijven continu in het patio, weinig privacy dus. Hier staan ze precies continu op wacht om te zien wie het gebouw betreedt, een beetje een rare sfeer. Hier wordt ook continu gerookt. Heel duur voor de accommodatie zelf. Eerst ook miscommunicatie over welke ruimte we gehuurd hebben. Wifi werkt zo goed als niet.

Хозяева аппартаментов не оплатили налог, хотя он указан в букинге и мы его оплатили при заселении. Девушка сфотографировала наши паспорта и я думала что это как раз для оплаты налога. Но при выселении сказала, что мы должны были сами сходить. Посуда была вся грязная, не было кружек. Хотелось бы наличие чайника и микроволновки. Заявлено было в букинге для троих взрослых, по итогу одна кровать была очевидно на ребенка. Мало полотенец, обычно на одного человека минимум два полотенца, в этом было только 1 на человека.
