Broken run down room and no service available; awful breakfast
The location in the Old Town was excellent
We were given a key at the beginning and that was it. No explanations. The room had notices saying towels could be changed. They were not. Our dirty cups were never replaced. Reception was always closed and we were told that no one could service the room as we had the only key. We could not hand in the key as reception never opened. The room needed cleaning. The bathroom was dirty and mouldy. The lights did not work properly and the windows were broken. The curtains were falling down. Our tea and coffee were never replenished. Breakfast was a walk away in a cold outdoor cafe and was very poor quality. We gave up after day 2 and ate elsewhere.

Great location, a little above average accommodation.
Great location in the old city of Kotor, and nice pleasant staff. Mediocre breakfast is served in a nearby cafe.
The rooms on the top floor were moderately comfortable - low ceiling made it challenging for me (I'm quite tall) but this was fine for my friend in comparison. We stayed for 2 nights, in between the room service and housekeeping did not meet expectations. Part of the facilities were slightly old and broken (eg- window).

Excellent accommodation in Kotor old town
What a beautiful room in a small, friendly, family run hotel. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the old town of Kotor. You are steps away from everything. Yes, it is a little noisy at night from the restaurants downstairs. There was a singer at the restaurant below. We actually really enjoyed listening to him from our room, then closed the windows, put in earplugs and had a great sleep. I had the best sleep for weeks! The family are so friendly and helpful. The host came out to meet us when we arrived at night and we were a bit lost. The room had everything we needed and a great bathroom. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

Kotor 1 night stay
The person checking us in was so delightful, friendly and extremely helpful. A smiling face after a long wait in traffic for parking. She was the best we've probably ever had in terms of instant communication and help. Thank you so much. You made our stay even more wonderful.
Everything was perfect. Unfortunately no parking in the old town so the local carpark had long queues.

Spacious apartment in the heart of old town, great choice for 2 people
The room was beautiful and we loved being right in the heart of the center of old town Kotor with shops and restaurants right below our apartment. We could hear the chatter of the city throughout the day and evening, but was quiet at night. The room was large and the main bed was very comfortable.
The towels in the apartment were quite rough and uncomfortable, the water from the shower ran on the floor, and the second bed for the third person was very uncomfortable and mostly meant for a child. I would suggest adding a twin size mattress topper to this bed when you have guests using it. Also, the free breakfast included with the room was at a different property within old town, about a 5 minute walk away, and the food was fair.

It was very clean and comfortable, right in the heart of the old town.
There is no lift, and the stairs wee a little steep up to the second floor. Also, there was no plug in the bathroom basin.
