Clean, cool lovely decorated room in family home.

Location, air conditioning and clean bedroom and bathroom. Hot and cold water dispenser. Clothesline. Lovely friendly family hosts. Close to good food, inc ice-cream and north gate.

Up 3 flights of stairs. Shared bathroom but it was super clean and apart from once, available when I wanted! Cash payment only.

Very happy with the clean comfortable room. Hot and cold water were available and some instant coffee. Not for me but the offer is there! The bed and pillows were comfortable and the place was convenient to the city and access to nearby carparks.

It was fine for me but be aware it is floor three, no lift so if you have heavy bags you will struggle. A shared bathroom was fine but the place had an echo so visits to the bathroom and coming and going disturbed others.

Perfect apartment. The homophobic city.

The hospitality and care that the owners of the apartment was fundamental for the comfort of this stay. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom, which, despite being shared, was always very clean and the shower was very good.

Regarding the apartment, only compliments. The problem was the city, where we suffered several homophobic attacks.So if you are traveling and you are an LGBT person, know that people will pick on you on the street, attack you and mistreat you, even in restaurants.

Nice place.

Everything. Great location (inside the old town), super clean, free cold and hot water (they even gave us some coffee and bread). Nice host and friendly family. Finally, the kept our luggage some hours while we continued to explore the city.

Lovely room and great location

The owner sent clear instructions for check in and answered our questions over WhatsApp as it was a public holiday in Montenegro. The room was so lovely and spacious with an amazing view from the windows, and it was in a beautiful part of the Old Town about 2 min walk from North Gate. They provided cold water fountain which was nice.

The apartment is at the top of building with lots of stairs to climb, fine for us but please be aware you have to carry your heavy suitcase up like 4 flights of stairs.

really one of the best stays i had. the room was perfect and honestly the bathroom was one of the best in guest houses. but that is nothing to the incident happened to me. i forgot one of my devices in the room and before even finding out that i did, they texted me that they found it in the room and will send it with the next bus going to the city i was staying it. they were following up with me at every step and the host went 7 in the morning for the bus station. really can’t imagine better service and reliability. next time i’m coming to kotor i know where i’m gonna stay for sure

Family home for people on a budget

Great location. The beds were comfy and the host was really nice.

It should be a bit more clear that this is actually the home of the host and not a rental apartment or a hostel like accomodation. These are literally rooms in someone’s apartment. I wouldn’t have booked if I knew.

The property’s location was so good and you can have the atmosphere of old town and beautiful view of the mountains and old town. Also this accommodation is not like hostel. You will have more privacy than hostels. There was 2-3 rooms and the bathroom and the rooms were clean and landlord and other staffs was so kind.They allowed us to leave our luggages at the property before we stayed. Totaly it was a cool accommodation for me and my family.

the sweetest hosts

The hosts are super nice, warm and friendly! Thank you for rushing my laundry out because I am only there for a night. I arrived late night and leaving the next morning. The host is very helpful in rushing out my laundry during the late night and making sure my clothes will be dry by afternoon before I leave. The room I had was spacious considering is a private room and is able to sleep 2 to 3 pax, it is very value for the price. My bag pack strap was twisted unknowingly when I was trying to carry both front and back bag pack for my departure and the father stepped forward and adjusted it and gave me a pat signaling now I am ready to go. As a female solo traveler that is always away from home, this small action makes me smile :) So thank you.

Definitely worth my stay!

location is excellent as it is situated in old town kotor. just few steps away is one of the entrance to the fortress. Peaceful place despite of its location. Family is living in the apartment but you have all the freedom. single room is the best for its wonderful view of fortress when u open the window in the morning. most especially the bathroom is super clean!

prepare to climb as the property is located on 3rd floor but not really a problem for me as I already know it.

Great location and excellent price! A couple of private rooms are created inside a private apartment with a family leaving there but you have privacy. This is a great apartment for a couple that is looking for a quiet place. Air conditioning was great and access to the cold and boiling water.

It was great for us ( father and son ) but if you travelling as a couple you would probably benefit from more privacy

this apartment is beyond awesome. so clean and all the towels and bedsheets are fresh and clean. we the have a shared bathroom but it feels like we have our own bathroom the onwer keeps on changing the bathroom rugs. it is super clear. the location is perfect, inside the old town and the price is super 🫶🫶🫶👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽❤️❤️❤️
