Not ideal, but good location!
The location is great. Old Town, very central. Close to the north gate to climb the wall.
Where to start? There was no one at check-in, at the official check in time, the staff was rude, told us off for contacting them on the number they have on the window to ask if we could check in. The place was cold. (guess this is not a bad thing in summer!) the place feels uncared for, and for the price it was quite a bad deal. It was dirty, toilet didn't flush properly, and bedsheets felt previously used, it was definitely a low on an otherwise very cool kotor stay. Do not recommend, it's such a sad room that you do t want to stay in and rest in it.

disappointing stay in historic center of Kotor
The location of this apt is the only thing that was good about it.
I had emailed and asked about how to get to the apartment from the bus station and never received an answer back. The website lists the room as an apartment with kitchenette. There is a kitchenette, but there were no dishes, silverware, cutlery, glasses, etc... The whole reason we booked the apartment was to make dinners ourselves. Also- we only stayed one night, instead of the 2 nights I had booked. We left for an early bus to go to Budva. I was told that breakfast boxes would be there in the morning because brakfast doesn't start until 0830. No breakfast boxes were waiting when I checked out. no apology or explanation as to why the boxes were not there. A disappointing stay all around.

Location was great- right in the old town. Lots of things to do near by and not too far to walk to the bay. The staff were really friendly ☺️
Room was a bit tiny and one bed is under the low roof- I kept bumping my head! The bathroom had a funny smell and the walls/ ceilings in the room could be cleaner. Would have liked more breakfast options- especially as I don’t eat eggs or gluten.

The location...except for the music in the bar down the hotel..
Expensive...poor service.. Negligent staff.. Dangerous stairs.. Not at ALL worth a Three ⭐⭐⭐ star Hotel ! Who do they think to they are fooling??
