Amazing Location, Friendly Host - who helped with any queries I had. Large comfortable bed, and ample kitchen supplies.

Room got very damp after a shower, as ventilation is minimal. There is a dehumidifier in there, but anything I did seemed to make the situation worse. Some of the kitchen supplies were in poor condition.

After reading reviews about loud nightlife in Kotor’s old town, we decided to switch to HealthyStudio512 Apartments—and we couldn’t have been happier with that choice. Nestled in a quiet corner, this self-service apartment offered the perfect peaceful retreat while still being close to all the restaurants and lively spots. The apartment itself is cozy, charming, and truly unique. It was impeccably clean and provided some of the best sleep quality we experienced on our entire trip through eight countries. The stairs might not be ideal for everyone, but we loved the character they added to our space. The staff was very accommodating, allowing us an early check-in and having our apartment ready right when we arrived. Communication via WhatsApp was seamless, and we really appreciated the helpful dining recommendations they shared. If you want to enjoy Kotor’s vibrant dining scene without sacrificing a good night’s rest, this is the place to stay.

Very great location. Still within the wall but in the quiet area! The street don't have shops or sight sp no tourists walking, yet down the street is already where the action is. Very cozy and comfortable.

Nothing! (the plates abd cutlery were in a very space-saving tucked away cabin which i only found on my last day, but that was my fault :p)

A beautiful room, perfect size with lots of thought put into comfort. The room was spotless (and I am very fussy with cleanliness!) and with little touches such as a kettle with teabags, enough shelf space, cosy bedside lighting which was appreciated. The location was quiet enough to get a good night sleep but down the steps takes you right into old town and to my pleasant surprise, Cat Park! Felt safe and secure as a solo female traveller and appreciated the kindness and friendliness of the host who went above and beyond! Would highly recommend staying here if you visit Kotor! Thank you so much!

Not a complaint but a bit of advice to future guests if they have wet weather, make use of the humidifier setting on the air-con system as I kept forgetting to turn it on- coming back in the evening to a damp bed oops!

I absolutely loved this place! The location is perfect.. right in the middle of the old town. I really recommend staying there specially if you have just a few days in Kotor. The host was super nice, very flexible, and communication was easy throughout. The apartment has a rustic charm that’s just adorable; it really felt like a place I could happily live in. Such a lovely experience overall!

Many stairs to get to the apartment

Apartments located in the heart of old city, walking distance to all attractions. the interior is very cosy and creates a home-like atmosphere. The host, Alina, is wonderful! She told us about the city and what we can do here, provided recommendations for restaurants and cafes and helped us to have a wonderful experience in Kotor!

It’s a cozy and clean place nestled inside old town. The owner was really nice and accommodating and the caretaker was kind and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay and relaxed despite the heatwave. A must recommend stay!

Slightly uphill going there and steep when entering the room so be careful for those who have very big and heavy bags, nevertheless it was really great for our trip.

Close to bus station and easy to find. It was raining in Kotor during my stay couple days so I really appreciated free to use umbrellas.

Some sorta table cloth will be nice to have, as it was difficult to keep kitchen area tidy which very tiny but enough for a person to make a sandwich.

The location is great. Right in the old, town tucked away in a quiet area and close to Kotor walls hike. Cozy and quaint.

The apartment is stylish, location is great, the host is super friendly and responsive. The garden is very nice, and we also used it to park our bicycles, which was very helpful. Highly recommend the place! ☺️

The apartments could be a bit more soundproof; the staircase to the apartment is a bit hard to climb (however these didn't spoil the experience)

We stayed for one night in Kotor, and we didn't encounter any problems during our stay. The hotel owner was very friendly and hospitable. He provided us with excellent recommendations about the city. The room was clean, and everything we might need was thoughtfully provided. The room was spacious enough for two people. Thanks to its central location in the Old Town, we could easily reach everywhere. Thank you.

Perfect central location, but tucked away from the noise of the Old Town. 5 mins walk to bus stops and Kotor Beach. 15 mins walk from the main bus station. The host is really welcoming and gave us fantastic recommendations for food, transport and quiet swimming spots. The apartment is very authentic, comfortable and has a lovely outdoor area. We absolutely loved it!!!

The steep steps to the bedroom may be tricky for people with mobility issues.

The location is really convenient: close to the North Gate ergo to the carpark but far enough from the hustle and bustle of the shopping and dining area to hear the cicadas in the evening. The building is a historic one with a lovely private garden. But the best thing about Healthy Studio is the owners. Especially Alina is the nicest, most helpful and most knowledgeable host ever! Both my Mum and I looved our stay there. Thank you again Alina!

Exceptional location, in the most beautiful part of Kotor. The staff is very kind and professional. Without an additional charge, they accommodated our requests regarding the dog and early arrival

Rooms located in the attic are ideal for young people. For those 40+ I recommend lower floors or good physical fitness :-)

I had a great stay here. The stairs were steep and narrow but it wasn't a problem even with my large suitcase. The temperatures were hot but that wasn't an issue inside the unit with the cool AC. It's a small space but I enjoyed the feel of being in a castle on top of the old town. Alina was extremely helpful during my entire visit, I would be happy to stay here again.

I booked a room here last minute - it was the best choice for the old town I loved the central location down a quiet alley of the old town and within easy walking distance of many cafes and restaurants Staff were extremely helpful and check in process was very easy. The host provided me with excellent tips and was very easy to communicate with. The room itself was clean with decent wifi/netflix and good air-conditioning (much needed in the heat)

Fantastic location

This is a charming place to experience Kotor the way it has been for hundreds of years. The hosts were SUPER in communication and helped me locate, met me at the Gate to the town, and carried my suitcase up the steps to make sure I was at ease. Upon departing, I was given the royal treatment by helping me locate, and negotiate a taxi AND even taking my suitcase down the street for me. On the way to the taxi was given a treat to see a 400-year-old church. I liked how the apartment, while small, had all the amenities, even a washing machine, lovely patio where I had a glass of wine and watched the sunset. It's not The Ritz, it's real, easily walkable to everything in town and you'll feel comfortable. Note: steep steps entering and inside the unit so be steady on your feet.

I prefer pillows to be smaller, feather and not large and firm. I would suggest that the host consider this. Also, to provide instructions in English as to how to use the various machines, fans, etc., but the trial and error process worked okay. You will need to squeeze into the bed from either side because it is about the size of the bedroom, but it does not impede your sleep.
