Great place to stay in Kotor

Really nice apartment just inside the old town. Perfect location near everything but away from the crowds. We stayed in apt 2 with balcony which is definitely worth paying a little extra for. Great suggestions on what to do in Kotor prior to arrival. Highly recommend

Although the facilities did mention there was an iron it seems there is not....not a major issue

Very very nice but a bit noisy

Good recommandations from the host, very nice place. The shower is fun. The view is amazing !

You should know that at 7am a church bell rings for about 5 min !!! Every morning !!! You can hear everything from the street, unfortunately there was also construction work every damn morning at 8 am right in front of the windows so we really couldn’t enjoy a calm morning for all of our stay

The owner was super helpful and suggested several wonderful places to eat and things to do. He was also very responsive to all questions that we had along the way for our stay. He accommodated several requests. The apartment is bright and well appointed. It’s in a wonderful location. We were able to walk everywhere in the old part of Kotor and also to the nearby beach. We really enjoyed the lovely little patio. it was a great place to stay and the old section of Kotor.

Guests should be aware that there are two flights of relatively steep stairs to get up to the apartment. It wasn’t an issue for us, but it might be for some.

Back in time!

Staying inside Kotor Old Town was an unforgettable experience! Waking up early and wandering through the empty, quiet streets felt like stepping back in time. It’s a whole different vibe when the town is still asleep. Our room was near the upper gate of the old town, so finding a parking spot just outside wasn’t too difficult. Waking up in a medieval town is truly priceless!

Great Value for Money for Stay in Kotor!

I love this property. It’s beyond my expectations. It is spacious, clean and well equipped. The location is near northern gate. All the major sites are within 15 minutes or less walking distances. I wish I could have stayed longer to visit nearby islands. Maybe next time. If you ever want to stay in Kotor, I highly recommend UNA Apartments.

Close to South Gate so not in cruise ship path. Very nice rooms with large windows and everything you need.

Had to pay our city bed tax at register office. No reason host could not collect and pay instead. Check out time of 10 am is an little early.

Location was perfect. Host was very nice and it was easy to collect the keys on arrival, they even allowed us to leave baggage the day after. The place was nice and confy with AC.

Not for mobility impaired. Nice hostess, her granddaughter helped me down the stairs with suitcase and wheelchair. Nice clean apartment, fridge, stovetop, limited crockery, central. Bus stop under 10 min walk; Can't use taxi - it's too close. Well preserved walled city, probably a quarter in size smaller than Dubrovnik, lots gorgeous cafes and restaurants. Very compact. At times it felt claustrophobic. Rough cobblestones. Markets and street food outside walls, opposite harbour. Pay tourist tax yourself at Tourist Office under 10 min walk, give copy to hostess, across the hall from your apartment.

NOT ♿ accessible. BUT it is listed as such. I had to climb 13 steps, with difficulty, to reach apartment. Strangers carried my wheelchair up and down the stairs. Loud music till 1.30am Perfect for party goers. Not much natural light.

Kotor bay is gorgeous, hardly wait to come back

I had the “mountain view appartment” on the first floor, it vas really nice, quite ok equipped for a short stay and very nice in stile, view was great, location in the old town as well, public parking was near and since it was beginning June it was possible to find parking place.

have on mind that old original houses in Dalmatia usually have many floors with steep stairs, so here as well

A cat lovers dream

Location and views from the terrace were the prime qualities. Observing the cats interacting in the closed park next directly from the comfort of our terrace while sipping drinks or eating breakfast was a surprising joy. Tourist masses are also not really visible so you felt like the only one to see the show! Everything worked as expected. Good bed and pillows. Plenty of water for showers. Wifi was excellent. Apartment looked nice. Would for sure stay again just for terrace.

Some small rooms for improvement, nothing major: - Bathroom air conditioning didn't seem to work which made the bathroom feel a bit damp almost all the time - Would have been nice to have some cover from the rain in the terrace - Kitchenette was a bit disorganized - Tv didn't work in our 10 minutes of testing, but we didn't even need it and hosts said they'll fix it if we want

Exceptional

Great location, very easy to find. Helpful host who kept in touch and explained how to find the apartment. Very clean. The studio is in an old stone house so it might be a bit chilly inside - but there is an air conditioner and a warm blanket. There was a little issue with the tea pot but the sweet lady who lives downstairs fixed it. She also treated us to a few hot buns as we were leaving which was really nice.
