A beautiful apartment, nestled in the very heart of Kotor’s Old Town – an experience that truly must be lived! Everything was spotlessly clean, fresh, and perfectly maintained. The interior is authentically decorated in the spirit of the Old Town, and every detail fits the ambiance beautifully.
A special highlight is the spacious balcony with a stunning view of the Old Town walls, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or relaxing in the evening.
The service and hospitality were outstanding – the hosts explained everything in detail, were always available, and extremely kind.
Thank you once again for a wonderful stay. We are looking forward to coming back!

Location was great in terms of being in the old town. Very accessible. I liked that it had a balcony.
The shower had become detached from the wall and the bathroom in general was quite tired. The bedding for the sofa bed wasn’t really adequate.

Nice apartment albeit a little bit dark, even with the shutters open. I think that's just because of the age of the building and the fact streets are narrow in the Old Town so you're surrounded by close buildings. It's really well located in the old town and the owners will send you a very helpful video on how to find it. GPS can drift in the narrow streets when you're looking for stuff so it did really help. AC was very appreciated! We didn't really use the kitchen a lot, only to make coffee, but it seemed quite well equipped with a bit of coffee and sugar provided.
The only downside was the balcony. We couldn't really relax on it in the evening because of the extractor fan at a neighbouring restaurant. No one's fault and it can't be helped but do consider it if you're looking for a place where you can sit outside of an evening. It was lovely for enjoying a coffee in the morning though whilst listening to the town slowly come alive.

Приятная мама хозяйки. Доброжелательная, легкая в общении. Пришла, взяла наши паспорта, сходила сама в контору и зарегистрировала нас. Сами аппартаменты в старом городе. При первой встрече у парковки выдала нам парковочную карту резидента и проводила до аппартаментов. Парковка рядом со старым городом.
В номере интернет хороший, телевизор с приставкой. Есть выход на балкончик. Большой холодильник. В гостиной раскладной диван.
Кровать ужасная. Даже просто провести рукой по поверхности - сплошные пружины из матраса выпирают, а уж спать - просто мучение. Нашла в шкафу какой-то плотный коврик, сверху теплое одеяло вдвое сложила - только так можно было спать. Но до часу ночи еще и из ближайшего ресторана бумкала развеселая музыка.
Техника на кухне допотопная. И розетка одна. Либо странную плитку на две комфорки включаешь, либо чайник. Если на плитке яичницу, к примеру, жаришь, то чайник можно вскипятить только на полу у входной двери.
Унитаз ужасный. Он просто ничего не смывает. Даже бумагу. А уж про фекалии говорить нечего. В лучшем случае смывает на 11-12 раз. И то не обязательно.
Это не две комнаты, а одна. Просто перегорожена шкафом, но он не до потолка. И потому, если в гостиной кто-то храпит, то все это чудесно слышно в "спальне". Ибо комната все равно одна.
