Room was absolutely disgusting, without bathroom door handle, electricity outside the walls, smells so bad. No photos of this room on booking.

The location is perfect to travel old town. Hotel was clean and we found all we need. The lady whose working for Bella apartments was so helpfull.

The location inside the Old Town was very convenient.

The building was old and the music from outside could be clearly heard inside.For those who like to sleep early, the noise can be a problem.Cleanliness was not very satisfactory.The price felt a bit too high for what was offered.

Location is great, calm place to stay.

Smell of the apartment is not great. All beds are awful 🤐 Linen doesnt look great as well. Everything is so old and so poor supervised. Lost electricity in the morning. No one came to fix that problem for two ours, seems that nobody cared. Answer was "we went to take tourists from airport".

It was okay, but frustrating to be lost for so long and was a lot more walking than we anticipated for our elder parents

Good to be right inside the old city (except for the noise part), the kitchenette was useful

Very hard to find the actual building and the reception desk (which are not at the same location). Calling the front desk was somewhat helpful as one lady was nice but then a man came on and berated us for no reason for bothering them with too many calls and saying we should just find the reception ourselves “like everybody else” - very strange behavior.

Very central and amazing AC

Very central location, good AC and a nice receptionist.

There was no lock on the door from the street into the apartment. We didn’t mind, as we were given a padlock to lock our door. The bathroom was a little old, but nothing to worry about.

Good location, but note it gets very noisy in the morning due to tourists climbing uphill which starts exactly next to the apartment window on ground floor. Good space.

Ants, hair remains and rotten food (chips) under the kitchen. The smell of humidity. They don’t do daily cleaning despite charging for it.

Location was in Old Town.Owner helped us for early check-in due rainy days in Montenegro.Nice mountain view with balcony which they offered.(Not for this apartment on the picture).Very fast wifi connection.Thank you for all.

The location is perfect! Near the bus station and it's towards the end of the old town and just a few minutes away to the entrance to the fortress.

I think putting a trash can in the toilet and room will be a nice idea. There was only one trash can in the entire apartment and it was in the kitchen.
