Lovely location, very friendly and helpful staff
Breakfast was great. The restaurant attached to the hotel was not good, very sub standard food.

Perfect location. Staff were friendly & cordial. Svetlana & Helena were very helpful.
No elevator going to our room, though staff helped us with our luggage.

The location is very comfortable (at the entrance to the old city) room are nice.
the hotel facilities mention that there is parking but actually they don't. they send you to two public parking's and you need to pay, in one , Euro1.9 per hour and in the other Euro4.8 per hour - WITHOUT LIMIT. we parked in one of them any needed to pay Euro100 for a night parking. problematic.....

Exceptional hotel with perfect location and very friendly staff. Great breakfast. Even though parking is a bit far but the staff took care of everything so no hassle for us.
When we arrived, we didn’t know where to park and so it was a hassle. The property should provide those instructions ahead of time. A small improvement could make the experience better.

The location is absolutely perfect, outside noise didn't disturb sleeping; breakfast was delicious with lots of variety; personnel extremely helpful; hotel was beautiful with nice views from the balcony to the old town.
Overall everything was nice.

The prime location and exceptional staff with a high level of service contributed to making the visit an enjoyable experience. The rooms feature beautiful décor and thoughtful attention to detail. However, they are relatively small, though still comfortable

Location in the middle of the old city. You simply can’t get better than that. Staff were awesome and ready to help.
Parking is a mess and uber expensive. Hotel staff was very kind to facilitate a preferential access once we spoke with them but i feel clients would be better served if that parking limitation plus the potential preferential tariff & mechanism was explained a few days before check in. That would avoid stress & some euros.

Location was great for a short stay in kotor and staff were very welcoming and helpful. Facilities were historic so we were not expecting new and modern. Breakfast was really great. A lot of options and really delicious.
We booked a double room option but were given two twin beds which was not ideal. Air conditioning was dated so did not function that well. We found the room quite dark as well.

Great staff, comfortable room, interesting historic building
Right on the central square in Kotor - noisy until the early hours of the morning

This beautiful old hotel is right in the old town overlooking the square, right by Sea Gate. It is quaint and comfortable and surprisingly quiet given how close it is to the action. It has a restaurant and bar and the breakfast is good. Staff very good and helpful. Definitely will be returning to Kotor and would be more than happy to stay here again

This was a perfect location right in the old town. Breakfast was very good.
They tried to put us in a lower grade room than we had booked and said it was the correct room. When we showed them a photo of what it should be, they admitted that they were just out of those rooms. They did work and eventually got us two of the correct rooms, but I don’t like to be put under that kind of stress when I check in. The air conditioning in one room was great. The air-conditioning in the other room was awful, a bar of chocolate, I left sitting on my desk melted. When I checked out, they asked me why I hadn’t told them about that, but I had told them when we moved that room that it was too hot and they said it would cool down. It seemed pointless asking for a different room when they already told us they were out of those.

Very nice and clean rooms, 1 minute walk into the old town. The staff and the management went above and beyond to help us plan our trip. Suggested an amazing driver for our trips. The restaurant on the property are nice.
A little smell in the rooms possibly because of the old town

Perfect stay in old town of Kotor.
Even taxis cannot drive to hotel, "Sea gate" is very near by, so that was not an issue.

Great hotel in the best location in the old city. The staff was very very helpful particularly Adriana who helped us book a great boat tour and restaurant for dinner. Breakfast on the terrace was great too!
The room was a bit dark but was great otherwise.

Personnel were very nice and helpful. Accommodations are very comfortable.
The heater was turned on because of the season. Eve though I turned it off, I need some fresh air to go into the room. Windows needed to be open but all of them faced the square and the nights were noisy. Despite that and the watch tower, I was able to sleep.

Classic hotel right inside the magnificent Kotor city walls. You are wrapped in the embrace of history, the perfect way to immerse oneself in everything this magical city has to offer. Lovely amenities and caring staff. Helpful transport for moving luggage to exterior parking. Excellent breakfast, with the option of enjoying it on a balcony high above one of the many squares.

Historic elegance. Old world charm.
The mattress in our bedroom was very uncomfortable. Also, the bed was noisy and creaky every time I moved.

Couldn't work air con. Room was a bit too warm

The views from our room A2. The location and the service.
The fact that if you wanted to close the shutters you had to climb up in the window ledge to unlock the window and lean out over the edge to close it. It was very dangerous. Not something an older person could do.

All was good

Definitely a class property. Situated right at the old town by the main square. Based on an old/ historic building, it has been very tastefully renovated. Would like to call out the staff for their courtesy and understanding (being a family with 2 small kids, we sometimes had specific demands which were met with as best as as possible). Thanks for that.
We were in a family/ deluxe suit, which is very large and spacious, and with big windows overlooking the main town square and clock tower (wonderful views hands down).
Also appreciate the impromptu arrangement of boat trip for us.
The breakfast options and range could be improved, with little more flexibility if we ask for slight off-menu items.

I like this hotel the more times I stay - this was my third visit. At this time of year, (February), the hotel and Kotor in general are quiet and enjoyable though, late April and early October are my favourite times to visit. On previous visits, I had a "deluxe" double, once booked, once upgraded. This time, I had a standard double, slightly smaller, beautifully furnished AND with a walk in shower (no bath) - much better for me (a single traveller) and brighter. This room shares the common outside balcony on the second floor and I will request this room next time I stay .
It goes without saying that again, all staff members and management were excellent and the breakfast, taken in in the adjoining Pub AS, (outside was my choice), was superb.
All round, a lovely hotel and easily recommended.
Leaving.

The location, the staff, the ambience, the room! The view, it was enchanting!
I tried to take a bubble bath and the tub filled up with murky water so I don’t know if the tub was dirty or the water coming out of the faucet.
