I do not recommend this place.

This was one of the worst experiences while traveling. As soon as we arrived, we found hair and dirt on the bed, and the bedding was crumpled. We politely asked for the bedding to be changed. Instead of understanding or an apology, we were rudely shouted at and kicked out of the apartment. We were left without accommodation in a foreign country, experiencing a lot of stress and inconvenience. I do not recommend this place – guest respect and basic cleanliness are clearly not priorities here. There was also an unpleasant odor in the room.

In the bathroom there was no shower curtain/bath mat so after the shower everything was wet. And it was Cash only.

Nice room and nice view. The staff was very friendly. The location is very quiet 10 min away from Kotor and Tivat. Overall nice location.

A Nice Stay But Just A Little Far Away

I liked my host, Vlad. was very sweet and gave me Turkish coffee in the morning along with a couple of shots. He made a really nice breakfast for only 5 euros. The room was reasonably priced, very nice, and spacious with a comfortable bed and hot shower.

The location was to far from the city center so I had to pay 10 euros to get there and back. To walk there took about an hour and twenty minutes.

The view is great! If you a car or scooter, you should not miss this opportunity out. The balcony is facing the bay of Kotor (but the Tivat part), which you can see in the distance. It is exceptionally clean and well equipped. The owner was nice, too.

Almost nothing, Of course it is a bit further away from the cities, but we really liked that (still only 10 mins to Kotor). There is also a restaurant; During our stay it was closed though.

price was ok for the area in the main season, room is private and newly refurbished with some style so we liked it! enough towels, clean, wifi working, parking without troubles.

upon arrival we just received the keys, no instructions, and we basically needed to push money to the owner (?) who didn't appear to care at all. But good place for an overnight stay, good location to explore the area around if you have a car!

Elhanyagolt környezetű, nem jól karbantartott szállás.

Végül is jó helyen van, ha távol akartunk (volna) lenni az óvárostól (ennyire), alattunk a repülőtér, felettünk a libegő, romantikus hely fent a hegyen, a szobából éppen látszott az öböl csücske.

Iszonyatosan elhanyagolt a környezet, mindenhol eldobált vasak, gépek stb. Az első szobában, amit kaptunk (innen volt jobb a kilátás), nem működött a wc és a klíma. A második szoba, amit felajánlott a szállásadó borzalmas volt, és nem csak azért, mert sokkal rosszabb volt a kilátás. A fürdőszobában a plafonon vastag fekete penész(!))), elképesztő, hogy egyesek ki merik manapság így adni a szobát! A fürdőben épp csak annyi volt a világítás, hogy a sejtelmességre volt elég, se zuhanyfüggöny, se felmosó, se semmi, állt a víz. ÉS NEM VOLT MELEG VÍZ. Amikor jeleztem a szállásadónak reggel, hogy a nem működő wc, klíma után mellesleg meleg víz sem volt, csak hümmögött, hogy idő kell, míg felér a meleg víz. REGGELRE SEM ÉRT FEL.

A kilátás rendben. Az ár is. A bácsi aki a kulcsot ide adta viszonylag kedves volt.Légkondi hűtő rendben volt.

Hónapok óta itt nem volt takarítva , több vendég után .Azzal kezdtük az odaérkezésünket , hogy fürdő takarítás,pókhálózás,felmosás.Mindent lefertőtlenítettünk hogy 2 éjszakát tudjunk itt aludni.Kávét nem tudtunk készíteni magunknak .nincs rá lehetőség.

Accueil très sympathique par le propriétaire. Maison en travaux mais pas la chambre avec terrasse donnant sur la baie. Avoir d office une voiture pour y aller et parking facile gratuit. Le wifi est très instable et l eau de la douche très fraîche. Chambre avec Clim et tv, frigidaire et simple. 92€ pour les 2 nuits

À améliorer : wifi et eau un peu plus chaude et quelques points de propreté comme le placard ou la prise.
