Perfect price / quality ratio - fantastic location, perfect view, friendly staff, decent breakfast. You can clean up the mess next to the stairs and the pool because (we can all see it :) and this could be a 10. Perfect for 50 euro a night.

Breathtaking view from the room and a great pool made our stay memorable.

The pools and views were stunning. The room was nicely decorated and comfortable. The breakfast had a nice variety of food.

Everything was amazing. Its been operated by turkish people, the management was really nice. The view from the room was amazing and it was so close to the Tivat Airport. Breakfast and dinner had also Halal things. So as a Muslim you will love it, as there are no options outside to eat much

On the first day I wanted to change hotels, but then they explained that this is the case in many places. Our TV didn't work, no one ever fixed it. The phone/light on the balcony didn't work either. On the second day there was no water, but this was the case throughout the city. Keep this in mind too. Small bathtub, no pressure, water was constantly pouring out of the shower. One day they didn't clean the room. Another day they didn't clean the bathtub, only towels. On the first day we came to the pool and asked for towels - the worker said that they had run out and she didn't know what to do with us... 😳 where is the service? What was missing at breakfast - they took a very long time to bring them.

Very disappointed with the careless staff at this hotel

It’s worth noting that this establishment is run by the owners and a fully Turkish staff — and as a result, hardly anyone spoke Montenegrin, and very few spoke any English. While the staff were very warm and welcoming with Turkish guests, they showed little to no consideration for other customers. What was most frustrating was seeing that the staff spent more time smoking and chatting among themselves than actually attending to guests. No one was available to serve drinks during the day, no one handing out pool towels — yet all of them gathered around smoking and talking. What upset us the most was that we had specifically booked this remote inland hotel for peace and quiet, and because it had an on-site restaurant — so we wouldn’t have to leave the premises. We ate at the hotel on the first day: the snack menu was limited but fine. On the second day, we were waiting for the restaurant to open, and by 2 p.m., seeing everything still closed, we asked about it and were simply told: “It’s closed, we don’t know when it will open, there’s a store further ». At over €200 per night, while the hotel itself is decent — with two lovely pools — the service is absolutely deplorable.

It was a lovely hotel, well appointed and good size rooms, super comfortable bed, very effective air con, and lovely balcony with gorgeous views of the bay. We had our 16yo on the sofa bed she said it was comfy and the staff provided additional top cover and pillow on request. The swimming pools are stunning and lovely respite from the heat. The rules are no use before 10.30am at the pool, and I assume that’s because breakfast is served right next door around the pool. The bottom pool could be available earlier to satisfy some of the kids who clearly wanted to jump in! (That being said it would require parents to actually pay attention to them! Clearly nothing to do with staff!) Staff are so friendly and kind and very generous with their efforts, which I think guests could be better with, such as staff putting out clean towels every morning and people just leaving dirty glasses/foods and wet towels at beds rather than to the bar/bins, so people don’t know if beds continue to be I n use. As you can tell most of the issues were guests rather than staff or the hotel. Breakfast was good, and varied. Beers were cold, my 16yo had a smash burger which was massive and she said it was really good. We didn’t eat there very often.

The route to the property from Kotor was quite difficult in a hire car. You need at least a 1.6l engine (and be confident) for the single lane high gradient road. The road to Tivat is better! There seems to be some communication issues between staff as to when drinks and/or food is available. Everyone is lovely but it seems a few teething issues.

View is amazing. Hotel is quite new.

Staff smiled but did not speak English except of one person on reception. Service was bed and was getting worse day by day. Starting from breakfast with poor selection of dishes and some of the salads looked like they were used for several days, they did not even bother to make coffee just put hot water and can with cheap instant coffee. Some towels we received were dirty. In the bathroom we got only two bottles of shampoo (one very small and one big) and no shower gel or anything else, top of the shower worked badly pouring water all over the room. Rooms supposed to be apartment type with the kitchen but it does not have any kitchen equipment not even spoons, in the draws I only found some parts of kitchen legs/extensions for furniture) . Strange but there was sharp kitchen knife (I think it was forgotten by someone because it does not make any sense to put it there alone), two regular glasses and two cups for the room for four people. We got two tea bags and after we used it we never got refill. We tried to eat dinner in the hotel restaurant: food was good but we had to wait about 40 min before we got to order despite that we called them several times and there was only one other customer in the entire restaurant except of us. Other day they forgot about entire order that people next to us ordered and that was family with small kids who was very tired and hungry. Definitely not a 5 starts hotel.

Location and the rooms in general were good.

We first got a worse room than we paid for, then had to wait for a new one. Terrace had not been cleaned, there was a hole and bleach stains on towels. TV channels are only in Turkish. The breakfast was a disappointment.

Enjoyable, the building and the staff were excellent, but there were short-comings in organisation.

We liked the room and the view was splendid. Everything about the room was to our satisfaction.

Several dishes on the menu were unavailable. The swimming pools were out of action for a whole day of our stay. There was no kettle in the room when we arrived but we forgave that since we were allowed to use the room before check in time.There was no coffee shop, only a bar in the foyer. There should be a coffee shop with cakes for sale, as there is in the majority of hotels of the same size and calibre.

while booking the room it said very clear on the hotel website that you provide a ride to the airport in and out. When i tried to book a ride to the airport you said its not included. Tried to communicate with the hotel and they claim its a policy change. In my view until you update the new policy on your web you need to confirm with what is published till now. I want the hotel to refund my credit card for 15 Euro I've paid to the taxi to the airport

We enjoyed our stay very much.

Beautiful new hotel at a very attractive "soft opening" price. We were there with another couple for 6 nights, we knew that the hotel is new and not everything would be fully operational. Overall, it was a very nice stay, we enjoyed it very much. The staff is exceptional, professional and friendly. The rooms are 35m2, with a balcony, wonderful view and very comfortable. The two swimming pools, the sun beds, umbrellas and the towels were fantastic. The staff is exceptional.

I understand the people that are complaining about the breakfast and the kitchen utensils etc., but, you have to be fair, when everything is fully operational the price would probably be much higher.You have to know that they are in process of adding more services. Location:Like many hotels in this area if you don't have a car you have to take a taxi to the beach and restaurants (or use the hotel's pool and restaurant). There isn't anything (restaurants or coffee shops) around the hotel.

Exceptional

Brand new resort. Turkish owners and feel. Felt like I was in Türkiye. The 2 swimming pools are amazing with a beautiful view of the mountains and the Adriatic.

As they are new, there are still a few things they are working on. Nothing negative. Just haven’t completed certain things on the property like a spa and underground parking. But the entire staff went above and beyond to feel everyone welcomed

Ok stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel (in general) was fresh and the pools were fantastic. I have been to a lot of countries and resorts - this hotel had by far the best pools.

The cleaning was very bad. It was a lot of dirt in the shower (old hair and dust) that had not been cleaned. We also found an old, chewed gum under one of the side tables. There was a constant sound coming from the fridge which was annoying when we tried to fall asleep. We found out the last day that shampoo and conditioner were given out when asked (so we had to buy our own during the stay). They didn't fill up the soap, body wash or toilet paper (when cleaning the room) so we had to go and ask for refill from the reception which could've been prevented if the house keepers had stashed the things while cleaning. This was not a problem for us since we could solve everything by asking the staff - but of course it would've been better and easier if all of this was already done by the hotel staff. Due to being a newly opened hotel they have a lot of things that can be improved - but I'm sure everything will be improved and better in time.
