Rooms, garden, pools were very clean, cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was also very cool.

Very good location if you travel by car. Hotel is just between Tivat and Kotor, so both can be reached within 20min easily by car. The view is super, you can see Tivat bay and sunset from the balcony. 2 outdoor pools are nice. in May it was still rather quiet at the hotel, plenty of room around the pool. The room was good size. Service staff was friendly.

Breakfast is not good. They do not serve coffee at the breakfast. Only instant coffee that you can make there. The breakfast is poorly organised, for example you do not find glasses where the drinks are. The background music they play at breakfast gets really annoying, we stayed 9 days, would have enjoyed the birds singing :-). In the room there is a small kitchenette but no utensils. No plates, no fork, no knives, not even wine glasses. We had to buy our own wineglasses to enjoy the sunset from the balcony. The walls are thin and door not soundproof. You can hear the elevator and other people walking. It was still ok though, as there was not too many people on our floor. Some people were smoking on the balconies, this also disturbed few times. The parking at the hotel is limited. You have to have a small car and good skills to get in and out. But the streets around are also very narrow, so you can practice a lot during the days.

On the first day I wanted to change hotels, but then they explained that this is the case in many places. Our TV didn't work, no one ever fixed it. The phone/light on the balcony didn't work either. On the second day there was no water, but this was the case throughout the city. Keep this in mind too. Small bathtub, no pressure, water was constantly pouring out of the shower. One day they didn't clean the room. Another day they didn't clean the bathtub, only towels. On the first day we came to the pool and asked for towels - the worker said that they had run out and she didn't know what to do with us... 😳 where is the service? What was missing at breakfast - they took a very long time to bring them.
